Filtering & Restricting Groups for specific Events
We have had a request by staff that they wish to filter certain Events to a restricted group of schools.
Therefore, we are seeking an upgrade by Wild Apricot to please include a Filter with a drop down box of individual SCHOOLS be available when creating new GROUPS and when the MANAGING PARTICIPANTS option is chosen - similar to the current “Search” option available in the CONTACTS ADVANCED SEARCH tabs where there is the ability to refine the search to School/Organisation from a drop down box.5 votes -
Print membership confirmation page
Create a simple option for members to log in and print a page that confirms their current membership, without showing all their personal profile details. For our association, we are a chapter of a national association. Our members get a discount on the national dues if they can provide a letter documenting their current membership in the state chapter. It would be great if they could log in and print this themselves, rather than contacting us for a letter every time. Should be very easy!

More Email Templates!
Love the templates -- but want more! Like back to school, President's Day, Woman's History Month that kind of stuff... Would also like more membership samples for renewal notices, profile update, membership drives...oh and some with imagery for events that has more of a business focus. And lastly perhaps some more inclusive variations for some of the holiday templates. Example - Christmas is a religious holiday that is not recognized by some and is not necessarily appropriate to send. Recurring payments are not supported for renewal periods greater than 1 year

Notify admin about new members
It would be great to have a notice (to the admins) that is in your face when you login and there is a new member. Maybe there is a way to do this and I missed it. Either way, I have to be diligent about checking if there are new members when a pop-up or something at the top of the page that stands out would be better. :) Thanks for listening!

ability to set different reply to email for event announcements vs reminders
We can set a different "reply to" email for events using the email address for each event coordinator. But then Announcements and Reminders both default to this email address.
Often a member will cancel when they receive the reminder, and we want the cancellation to go to a different person (an Event Administrator) who has access to Admin view.

Ensure important event emails are delivered to ALL registrants
Sometimes we have very important information to share with all registrants for an event - e.g., a time or location change. Great - go the event, select "Email registrants", and you're done. EXCEPT... anybody that's opted out of emails DOES NOT RECEIVE this important update. My request is to provide a way for these important "event update" emails to be delivered - perhaps by categorizing them differently than marketing-related emails.

Change appearance of membership application gadget, when member is already logged in.
The current view that a logged-in member has of the membership application gadget looks like a broken link or an error. We would like the option to change the error graphic, and/or modify the text. Photo attached.

Displaying web page images on social media
I regularly experience problems sharing pages on social media, as images (so important on social media) either do not display, or I'm unable to select which of several images on the page displays. I would love to have the web pages more social media friendly for promoting our events and blog posts.

Need transaction description to go to PayPal
Want more information to be passed to PayPal from Wild Apricot (e.g. what payment is for - membership, event payment) and which program a donation is being directed to (e.g. 1st fundraising campaign, 2nd fundraising campaign).

Responsive Design in Coding
We run our website with Wordpress and embedded Wild Apricot pages. We will be updating to a "responsive design" in the next year. Our developer tells us "responsive design" has been around for at least five years, but WA does not perform this way, so it embedding pages requires extra work.

Membership Fields Auto-Populate Category Response
Membership fields automatically populate a specific category response. Example: Each member gets a free "new member" ticket for an event. When John enrolls, his membership field will automatically show he has an "available" ticket that can then be changed to "unavailable" upon him redeeming the ticket at an event.

Simplify setting event access mode when creating a new event
On the Create new event page you see:
- Admin Only (default)If you want to change from the default you click Admin Only and...
You are presented with a dialog box with these options
- Public
- Admin only (selected)
- RestrictedThen you make your selection
Then you click Save===
Why not move the contents of the dialog box to the Create New Event page where the initial selection Admin only is shown?

Better Facebook representation when posting links
When posting a link on Facebook There are no pictures shown and nothing visual to indicate my site, my business, what we do or anything to promote my organization. All I see is the words Object Moved and a Wildapricot address that doesn't speak at all to what I want to show.
How about making it possible to show something that represents us and our pictures so we can promote out organization?7 votes -
Specify time not just date for event's registration available period

"Event registration start time (not just the date - under Registration Type/Available period). Currently it opens at 12am on the date of the local timezone, but we need it at 9pm. We can set the timezone to ET (we are in PT), but if we forget, it's a hassle. It would be really nice to have the time in addition to date."78 votes
