Event Registration List Security
Option to secure the event registration list so only the admin who posts the event can delete or add registrations via admin editing. We have many event admins, but have encountered some abuse where admins go into events not their own to change participation.

Ability to send Password Email in an Email Blast
Re: Forgot Password Request. The email that is sent after entering an email address and the code, cannot be customized. Our organization customizes all of our emails with a logo and try to make them as user friendly as possible. Example: the first line reads "A request was made to recover a lost password for this email address at https://(name of organization).wildapricot.org/. Instead of the URL, why not just give the name of the organization. But, I really want to be able to customize this email.

prepopulate event registration
If we have membership fields that are the same as event registration fields, they should be prepopulated for members, so that members don't have to enter all their details again, but non-members do have to provide that info.

generate a report on member attendance at events
Issue discounts on Membership Subscription Annual Fee based on event attendance.
We would like to offer our members discounts for attending our events (value of the discount changes per event attended i.e. Annual Conference discount would be higher than a one day forum).
We would like to assign the discount to the event, so when the Annual Member Subscription invoice is generated, it automatically deducts that from the fee.2 votes -
Assign income codes to financial transactions
It would be helpful if Wild Apricot offered the option to automatically assign a certain transaction type with an income code.
We currently add the income revenue buckets that we use to the transactions on a monthly basis, and this would save us a lot of work!
It would be helpful if, for example, we could assign all revenue from membership dues for both new and renewing members to "4100 - Membership Income"; all revenue from monthly programs to "4200 - Program Income", and so forth.

Poll questions - 'Option' box.
We use check boxes for a positive and negative survey response. In addition, we use the "Option' box for text responses in addition to their checkbox response. However, a text response in the Option box looks like an additional poll vote. For example, 50 people responded but their are more than 50 answers. Can the Option box text response be subordinate to the checkbox vote?
Also, can a narrative answer feature be added so we can just ask if they have additional comments to make about an event?

Add text description for questions
Ability to add a detail description text box after the question and before the answers. It will better explain the question or provide members why we are asking question.
Normally, we are voting on Bylaw changes, so we want to explain how it is today and the proposed bylaw.
Or we are voting on a slate of officers and would like to put all of the officers and their proposed positions. Its an all or none vote.

top menu drop down section
I'm not sure if this has already been covered but I couldn't find it. Currently, when navigating to an internal section of my website, the top menu for that section loses its drop-down capability, meaning users have to navigate further using the side menu (which I hate and plan to remove), or go back to the home page. Is there a way to keep the drop-down capability of the top menus at all times?

Add Field/Macro Showing Last Renewal Date
Feature request: currently, the date on which a member paid for their membership is shown in system generated "Internal Use" notes in the members Contact Details page. I think it would very useful to have a dedicated field that can be used as a macro indicating the payment date the last renewal was made so such info could be merged into emails.

Donation Goal Gadget should take into account donations that had to be refunded
I would like the Donation Goal Gadget to take into account refunds made of payments mistakenly made as donations.
It probably sounds strange that we have to refund donations but it happens. Sometimes members make a donation online when they really meant to pay membership dues. In order to set the record straight, we "refund" the donation and manually record it as payment of dues.
The Donation Goal Gadget appears to be based on "collections" only (without subtracting donations that have been refunded) and thus is overstating the amount we've collected. I would like for the gadget to reflect the…

Automatic suspension of membership after membership has lapsed for a designated period of time
I would like for there to be a way adjust the settings so that a lapsed membership is automatically changed to a suspended membership after a designated period of time. We would like a membership to lapse for failure to pay membership dues after, say, 90 days, and then if the member doesn't renew after, say, two years, to have his/her membership automatically suspended. We want to be able to identify and follow-up with lapsed members during the two year period, but I'm finding it burdensome to manually suspend lapsed members who haven't renewed during that period.

customize items in store order
We have store items (ie name badges) that members need to be able to specify the name. It would be beneficial to be able to identify/flag these items and then ask for purchasers input.

Wordpress widgets for Store Catalog and Cart gadgets
For organizations using WordPress or other tools for their website, availability of widgets corresponding to the new Store gadgets is essential, but not sufficient, for the Wild Apricot Store is to be considered.
Far more Store functionality must be available, as noted in other Wishlist entries on this forum, for the Store to be usable by many organizations.
As noted elsewhere, it seems the Store was "pushed out" before it was ready in an effort to justify the recent substantial price increase. In its present form and on its own, its not enough.6 votes -
fundraising pages
My client just finished her first fundraising event which will be an annual event. It was a fun run and we set up individual pages for those participating in fundraising and it was a really nice touch that they could see how much they raised and share the page link to obtain donations.
https://womenveteransalliance.wildapricot.org/Jaclyn-Kirkwoods-Fundraising-Page/
The down side is that I had to run a weekly report and email a list of donations to them and the comments that were made with the donations. Then I manually added the comments to the individual page.
We are now preparing for next years…

Poll questions re-order
Once the poll question is entered, there is no way to order the questions. You have to pre-design and ensure the questions are created in the right order.
