email history of saves
I just lost over an hour of work because the WA email I was editing deleted itself and autosaved an empty email. Worst email system EVER.
If only I had a saved event history I could get my afternoon back!

Multiple Event Rates per Registration Type
Events - it would be helpful to be able to set two different rates for events under the same registration type -
example: Conference Attendee Rate, $5 if registered by March 10, $15 after March 10, max # of attendees 100. This would allow the total number of attendees to be under one registration type when you have to set a limit to attendees. Thank you for your consideration.5 votes -
Group emailing
I would like to be able to put an "Email Group" capability on a Group page. (i.e. anybody who has checked that "Group Participation" checkbox can send an email to all the other Group Participants)

Email distribution for manual waitlist registration
Waitlist -- When manually moving a guest from waitlist to registration list the "Send notification" should include distribution to the event organizer. Currently, distribution includes the event organizer when using auto registration.

Recording Data - System Capabilities
After opening a registration record, editing it, and saving, the system should take you back to where you were on the list. Instead they system takes you to the first registration record. It is time consuming and very frustration to have to unnecessarily page back to where you were on the list. Please contact me if question. Thank you. Sandy 314-401-3089 (STLTMA - A/C 35025)

Create feature to place a picture with a hover capability on calendar so the data pops up within the calendar view.

Provide standard participation reports, and reports on other useful data
WA provides a nice financial report. It's not all that accurate, since it doesn't account for cash and other non-card payments, nor for events that do not require payments. It's a start, at least for recognizing a trend.
But no such reporting for membership and non-member activity? WA specializes in member organizations!
I've tried using Contacts and Members advanced reporting, but the fields, operators, date ranges, and such just aren't there, or aren't flexible enough to report such important data as:
How many members attended events last year vs. this year?
What was the average number of events attended by Members last year. Ditto for non-Members.
How many non-members attended more than one event last year, and who were they? Ditto for members.
How many registrants did each of many specific events have over the past five years
I'm no longer in charge of analyzing our data, so I've left out a lot of questions I would have if I also had more time or personal need. I'm just noting the total absence of the WA system to address this issue at all. Apparently the only workable approach is to maintain a complex spreadsheet over a period of years, which for many of us is not workable at all.WA provides a nice financial report. Interface with Zelle and other such payment systems, so they are reflected in our Income reports.
I have no idea how WA would do this (nor why WA would want to, now that you offer your own card processing system), but it would be helpful, at least as the WA financial reporting system goes. This year, our organization began encouraging Registrants to pay via Zelle, which charges neither party a processing fee. The difference is thousands of dollars in our bank account (paying for our WA account ;-) . Those payments are received instantly and go directly into our account, so they are relatively easy to enter into our books. Yes, we must keep separate books, since we accept checks and cash for many events, or at them. But it would at least help us track trends in our cash levels and flow periodically.

Registration details macro
It would be super-awesome if there was a macro that would list out the field name and value of the registration fields. Currently, I do this manually, which is OK until I change a field name or duplicate an event and forget to update it. The {EventField_All} macro is close, but it doesn't include custom fields.
As an added bonus, it would be nice to bold the field names in the result.1 vote -
Can I display a Wordpress blog on a WA webpage?
Is there any way to share blog posts from a Wordpress blog on a WA page? We have our website built within WA, but the blog feature doesn’t work nearly as well as a Wordpress blog. Would love to be able to blog through Wordpress and have the posts appear on our WA site!

Show first session only in Upcoming Events gadget
We offer classes for homeschooling kids. I want to have several upcoming events gadgets around the website showing which classes are starting soon. But I can't do that because it shows all the sessions of a class. So if Class A starts in 1 week and Class B starts in 3 weeks, then I get a gadget full of Class A sessions and Class B never even shows up. So I have to create and continually update manual upcoming events lists on multiple pages and it's pretty tedious. I would love to see a way to show only the first session of an upcoming event in the upcoming events gadget.

Sticky Footer
Sticky footer.
For the Whiteboard themes, it would be nice to have a sticky footer. In other words, regardless of how little content a page has, the footer should always be anchored to the bottom of the viewport. Currently, on pages that don't have a lot of content, the footer renders high up in the viewport.2 votes -
Enable other Payment options than Creditcard via Stripe
Currently via Stripe only payments via Credit Card are possible while Stripe itself also offers payments via other options (e.g. Alipay, Apple Pay,...)
It would be very helpful if such options would made by available for the Stripe integration of Wildapricot. Details are to be found here https://stripe.com/docs/sources/alipay8 votes -
Express offline event registration, payment recording, and invoice settlement
Admin express event registration.
* Select the user
* Enter the amount and number of the member's check
* Select the registration type (offline)
* Show a list of matching future events
* Select events to register by checkbox
* Show count and total cost like on member side
* final click to register and settle the lotUser story: A 1000 member organization recording about 8000 registrations per quarter paid by check that is transitioning from offline to online registration.
Loop ergonomics appear to offset the $2000/year savings on WA subscription vs our legacy member & registration provider. In a tight budget regime, board is reluctant to migrate membership and registration from the former provider to WA. We are moving he website.

Better admin invoice settlement ergonomics needed
Express invoice settlement in admin financial transactions. The current admin finance forms to record the payment then settle the unsettled invoices one at a time until the funds are used up is somewhat slow. It would be preferable to have a check box model like that in profile/finances payment screen.
The user story is that an organization is transitioning from offline payment to online payment and needs to be able to efficiently support both processes (we're 1000 members creating 8000 or so registration invoices to settle per quarter).

Removing Home From Menu
I wanted to remove Home from the Home Page menu since it's redundant. I also embedded a link in the logo that would take the user back to Home.
So, when I removed Home, the word Home underlined and linked appeared next to the logo. And when I removed the word from besides the Logo, it removed the link.
It would seem that I can remove Home from the Menu. but I cannot also have a link embedded in the logo.
Would seem that this should be doable.
