When editing events, return to the edited event instead of to the latest event in the list
Right now after editing an event, you are returned to the last event in the list. This means continually having to scroll back to the required event - usually the next event in chronological order.
It would be much better if you were returned to the event just edited, so you could just move to the next event in the list5 votes -
Make it possible to batch edit event access levels i.e. change from admin to pub lic or restricted.
We post events as they are submitted but do not want people to see the future event list e.g. summer events until a specific date, so the access is set to admin only. Currently we have to go into each event individually and change the access level to restricted or public. It would be much faster if this could be changed as a batch

Donation fund transferred to PayPal
Currently if a person gives a donation via PayPal and a donation form on Wild Apricot, the Item Title in PayPal is simply "Donation". For donations we have multiple funds and have configured a required donation field titled "fund". Please allow us to include the fund in the item title that goes over to PayPal Express

Have a rotating option for "New Member" feature.
We have a feature on the Home page of our website that highlights "New Members". I would like this feature to be able to rotate multiple names. Right now it can only list one name at the time.

Support variable price memberships types with minimum base price
Our organization has three different types of membership: individual, business and family. Each of these different types has a minimum base price. Each of these types also have "levels" based on the dues amount the member chooses to pay. (In our case all dues are tax deductible and are treated by the IRS as donations.)
It would be very useful to us if Wild Apricot allowed us to establish a membership type with a minimum required dues (e.g. donation) and then tracked the total donations made by that member during the current year and was able to report the level to the member and others based on the cumulative giving. One item related to this that Wild Apricot should also do is allow a membership dues to be treated as a donation rather than a payment.
For example, to setup a Membership type:
Membership type: Individual
Minimum donation: $50
Dues are treated a Donations: Yes
Renewal Period: 1 Year on January 1
Track total donations for renewal period: Yes
Thresholds for levels:
Basic: $50
Contributor: $100
Sustaining: $250Another membership type could be set up called "Family" similar to above with a different minimum donation and with different level names an thresholds and with the membership allowing bundle members.

guest event
When a guest is registered for an event, their specific extra info field ( choice of dinner in this case ) does not show up on the confirmation eMail. I do not see a macro option for that field while editing the email template either.
Not that I need one if the above issue is resolved, but I do not see a separate eMail confirmation for the guest that might alert us to what they ordered either.
Finally, that field does not show up on any of the reports that we could gather a tally from. In fact we cannot design a custom report to get that. These seem like basic things that should be available. When a guest is registered for an event, their specific extra info field ( choice of dinner in this case ) does not show up on the confirmation eMail. Provide an "auto-enable" functionality for events.
It would be convenient to be able to preset a date on which an event listed on the website is to be automatically enabled.

Automatically delete or archive pending new memberships after certain number of days.
We have an ongoing issue with people who fill out the memberhisp form then never pay membership fees. These pending new members never expire. I would like to see those with a "pending new" status that are unpaid after 30 days be automatically deleted/archived & the invoice deleted.

Pay On The Day (cash) registration along side online payments
Give the ability to make one ticket a 'Pay xx amount online for registration' but also have the ability to make another ticket in the same event that says 'Pay In Cash' and doesn't bill it to the users account or send an invoice.
At the moment to do this, ( as some people pay online and some don't) we have to make one of the registrations 'free' but make it clear that they must pay cash on the day. Annoyingly enough it says $0 by the ticket. Even the option to just take away that $0 would be nice.
In short, we need more customizability when it comes to event registrations. Allow some people to pay online but others to pay in cash on the day and still register on the site.

Give the ability to show 'Nicknames or Handles' for members
give the ability that members can include their 'handles' and 'nicknames' on their profile so that when they sign upto an event their Nickname displays instead of their real life name. (obviously their real name would still be attached to their profile but no one else would be able to see it.
We are an airsoft club and we require this for safety reasons.
Most people know each other by their in game handles so its a feature we're really looking for8 votes -
Custom Administrator Permissions - to define new admin roles and access permissions depending on an organization needs
Currently there are set administrator "roles." If an organization's administrators don't fall neatly into these roles, then they end up with either too many or not enough permissions. It would be nice to be able to customize administrator roles, and determine whether that type of admin has full access, read-only access, or no access to all of the items described in the tables on the Site Administrators help page. I.e. A page to create/edit a role with radio selection to determine access for that role for each feature of the site. This would be immensely helpful for reducing clutter for administrators that don't need to see certain features and menu tabs. http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Managing+site+administrators

Sort alphabetically by Last Name and then First Name (not ID) when exporting
I have multiple contacts in my database with the same last name. As it stands now, when I export a list to excel, the default is that they are sorted by last name and then user ID (not first name) so my contacts do not end up in alphabetical order in the output (John Smith listed above Adam Smith, etc). I have to remember to sort them myself in Excel every time I export a list.
