  1. Change the label for the button 'Public view' to read 'Regular view'

    When any member who has been granted any level of admin rights logs in, they have the option to switch into 'Admin view' by clicking the 'Admin view' button at the top right of their screen. Once in Admin view they see a button labeled 'Public view' at the top of their screen - but since they are already logged in clicking that button will not give them a 'Public view' - rather they would have 'Regular view' which will still display content to them that the public does not see. To have a Public view, they must log out.…

  2. Bigger registration button

    The registration button is so small and light grey. I have had many members from several associations complain about how they cannot find the small register button at the bottom of the event page. Being able to make it a different color and bigger would be a huge asset.

  4. Edit message on event page so that it doesn't automatically say SOLD OUT

    ability to edit the message that appears on event page when waitlist is enabled.
    Waitlist option is turned on BEFORE registration opens and would prefer the message not to say SOLD OUT.

  5. Set join date as date dues were paid

    It often happens that people complete the application and then take a few weeks (or even more) to actually pay their initial dues. The "joined" date is automatically set as the day they filled out the application. I'd like to be able to instead have it be the date the money showed up.

  6. email failures

    simpler variation of email failures suggestion.
    Tech support recommended I make this feature request. Since failing emails are logged to an email failure page, If any outgoing email(s) fail(s} notify the admin or a preset role to view the email failure page. Only 1 notifiication need be sent per day. The admin can then logon and fix automatic emails or notify a user why their email failed. This will prevent the admin from having to log on each day or from getting tons of emails if there are multiple failures.

  7. auto-fill contact info for events

    Along the lines of auto-filling, I was asked whether our members could have events registrations autofilled since all their contact info is already n the membership database. We have many events per year and it would be nice if folks didn't have to re-type everything, every time. It would also avoid the inevitable typos.

  8. Reorder registrations

    I would like to be able to reorder (sort) the registrations to match my event. For example: our registrants are schools for a choral performance. I would like to be able to sort by the ultimate performance order. That is established 3 months prior to the performance and I download dozens of reports based on information gleaned from the registration forms. Thank you.

  9. Split membership fees between chapter and parent organization

  10. Deep integration into Wordpress - Create Event Plugin -

    The website themes and website builder feel out of date and complicated, but I love the membership and event features. I would love to see a deeper integration with Wordpress so I can use that to easily create content and not have to visit the WA site to create events. It would be great if the Wordpress plugin would include the ability to create Wordpress/WA events, create WA content - new post in Worpdress gets put somewhere in WA.

  11. Full-stack finance management in Wild Apricot

    Add a managing finances overall the organization...

    I mean not only membership and event payments but overheads and all clerical /admin chores... because all of that still lives in Excel :(

  12. Event Reporting

    We'd like to be able to pull aggregated reports of our events. Year over year, to see who is attending. Paid members vs. walk ins. Whether the price affects attendance, or certain months/seasons affect attendance. It would really help with forecasting and budgeting purposes. Thank you.

    Have GST transfer to QuickBooks and more information transferred from the Online Payments to Monersis (POS) reports so we can cross reference transactions when doing the bank reconciliations.

  14. See which contact search got event announcements

    After event announcements are sent out, there's no way to review which contact/member searches were selected. I have others building events and don't always review before announcements start going out. I'm looking for this b/c I've run into problems where emails go to the wrong list and I want to make sure I can at least address the problem.

    It would really be helpful for all emails that get sent out through W.A. in any mass quantity.

  16. Automatic email tracking

    I am a new administrator for a museum website and email system, and I was surprised to find that open- and click-through rates were calculated for manual email sends but not for automatic sends. The latter becomes a time-consuming manual calculation, but no less important to our effort to measure the efficacy of our communications. Adding this summary would greatly improve the email product.

  17. Renewing lapsed members who want to catch up overdue time

    Ability to renew for multiple periods. Often members lapse then want to catch up. The system is set for a 1 year period but it would be great to be able to renew for say two years bringing the member up to current.
    At the moment we have to fiddle with the due date if lapsed for over a year and it's really rather clunky!
    This would be another work-flow improvement.

  18. Improve void invoice workflow

    When voiding an invoice, it would be good to be able to enter a reason, that would be put in the internal notes. as to why this action is being taken.

    At the moment one has to edit the invoice, add the reason, save the invoice and then void it. Clunky work-flow!

  20. Saved contact or member search in email log

    After an email is sent, it is impossible to determine which saved search was used – perhaps the search used should be recorded somewhere so that it can be used again and you don’t have to spend time guessing.
