address validation
Our contacts common fields contains mailing address. It is important that the addresses entered be legal, that is, conform to USPS standards.
We need access to a process which both validates entered postal addresses and replaces ill-formed addresses with the conforming address.

Centrally managed gadgets
I would like to be able to save a gadget to a central directory (not specific to a page) so that I can update it once and have the update appear on all pages in which that saved gadget exists. While the gadget can be added to a template, if the same gadget is on multiple templates, I have to update each one.

App Login Enhancement—multiple sites
Suggestion for the Wild Apricot app: I have three Wild Apricot websites that I access from the app. Currently it retains ONE login email address only. Adjust it so it can recall several email addresses; maybe a drop down list of email addresses used for Admin login.
An option to "Remember passwords" associated with each email would be the. Icing on the cake.5 votes -
Remember event access restrictions and last selection on Select recipients dialog for event announcements
Current behavior:
When admin needs to send or resend an event announcement (buttons "Send now" and "Send again") he/she has to select recipients in popup dialog every time because "All contacts" option is always selected by default.Desired behavior:
1. If event has a restricted access (membership levels and/or groups) the same restriction should be applied by default in "Select recipients" dialog.
2. System remembers previous selection in this dialog when re-sending an announcement email.4 votes -
Mobile app. Use TouchID for the log in.
I wish that TouchID was enabled. I use random passwords and a
password manager so I always have to do multiple steps to log in.
It would be much more productive to be able to log in with my

date query
In the query function add the date option “Today” and “Yesterday” similar to This month and Last month. Alternatively add functionality to select T (today) or -1 (yesterday), -2 (2 days ago), etc. These options would allow for a Saved search that did not require selecting a date each time the report is run.

Marketing Automation is a really important and effective feature for building relationships with members, retaining members/customers, and building a brand.
Unlike one-off campaigns, automations are triggered when specific people meet the pre-defined criteria you set.
For example, you can introduce folks to your company with a welcome series, get repeat customers by sharing product recommendations, re-engage lapsed customers, send happy birthday messages, and more.
It would be ideal if WA offered a number of automation types with built-in triggers for common activities, with the ability to create a custom automation if needed.
Once you’ve chosen an automation, added your content, and set your sending criteria, WA would manage the subscriber queue and email sends. After someone receives the first message in an automation series, they’ll receive every email in the series in sequence, unless they are removed from the automation.

Common Fields - ability to choose admin only fields
I like the option of not including all common fields on my event registrations. However, if I do not select the "all common fields" box then I can not include our custom ID number which is an administrator only field. It would be great if we could choose all fields to be included -- even those that are not visible to attendees.

Delaying Member activation and Renewal confirmed emails
It would be a good thing to allow the delay of Member activation
and Renewal confirmed emails. Say by a few hours, days or even months. The reason for such a feature is to allow some administrative work to be done on an account manually before relaying confirmation.This could be somewhat accomplished right now with a saved search + scheduled email marketing in combination to see who renewed last month so it's not critical but it could be useful in certain situations.

Add user ID as account number
We have hit a road-block with our credit union.
As we were attempting to set up online payment so that members cold pay directly from the Credit Union (vs. using PayPal), our CU informed us that we need an account # on the invoice.
When we are creating the invoice, it shows the user along with their user ID#
However, when the actual invoice is created, the system drops their ID # and only shows their name.
If we could have this ID# printed automatically on the invoice as their Account number, then this would satisfy the requirements to having our club added to the CU as a list of Payees.We have hit a road-block with our credit union.

Improve date selection for registration open & close
The calendar for selecting dates when editing "Registrations types & settings" is very slow to come up and takes forever to change months. Please use the calendar that pops up to select the date for an event. It is very fast and much brighter.

invoice search
I would like to be able to export my Member List with an added "invoice date" choice. That way I can easily sort for those who have paid since the last time I mailed membership cards sicne we have year round renewals and 1 and 2 year membership levels. Right now the "Changed Member Level" and "Date Joined" or whatever don't capture them all.

Modify Screen for "Guest" of Registrant
For an event, when registering a guest, don't show the "guest" entry again at the bottom of his/her entry. It's very confusing to the user.
