Real read-only access, prevent contact list downloading
Currently read-only admin settings have a HUGE exception: they permit downloading of the entire contact list.
I've contributed to the conversation about Custom Admin Permissions which is a much broader conversation: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/12479814-custom-administrator-permissions-to-define-new-a?page=2&per_page=20 This would be great.
In the meantime, I still can't give read-only access to volunteers because of the download issue. Why is this part of the read-only profile? Can this one setting be changed?

invite individual contacts to an event
It would be incredibly helpful to invite individual contacts rather than saved contact groups to events. We often hand pick individuals to certain events and I am currently unable to send invitations via the event notification.

Include initial description along with Forum Title
It seems that every other forum I have used always lists the initial description with the title of the Forum Topic at the top. Replies to the topic are listed below. Your own WA support forums work that way!!
The current forum gadget treats the initial description the same as one of the replies, so that it may appear at the top or bottom . depending on your settings. This is a problem and should be fixed.

Obscure an event organizer's email address in event email announcements.
Currently if an event is announced using the event email settings the organizer's email address will go to all recipients. The only way to protect the email address of the organizer is require that the event organizer be listed using a more generic administrative email address but this will reroute all event email reports on registration away from the organizer as well.
This proposal is that there be an option to use the admin email return address but to include a hyperlink to the organizer's personal message system contact web page.
The status of this option would map the organizer's…

List Membership Invoice and Status on Individual Pending New Members List
I would like to suggest a membership invoice column showing the payment status when you are reviewing your Individual Pending New Memberships list.
If I knew their invoice was paid, I could go in to review their application and activate their membership. Currently you have to view each pending members membership tab to see if their invoice has been paid, then scroll through each one individually. If their was an invoice column on the listing page that showed the payment status of that invoice, you could save a lot of time and just go into the profile that needs to…5 votes -
Admin app. Add an ability to manage guests for registrants
The admin's app should allow managing guests registrations. People can't add or edit guests themselves after they've already registered so they ask admins to do it.
27 votesThe thread was divided into two, managing guest registrations in admin app and registering guests in the member app.
The latter is in progress, you can find the update here: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/48343238

Consolidated Invoice to Non-Member/Contact
We have bundles but the person who pays is invariably not a member (nor should they be). We have no way to send a bundle invoice to a non-member for payment. This is causing a LOT of issues.
In addition, we often need to manually create an invoice to set up an invoice outside of WA to allow an organization to pay for memberships and open event invoices for a single payment.
This is an extremely painful and manual process. Sometimes, we can find a way to do this (please see attached example), but most of the time, we can't.

Provide a page where a viewing member or not, can forward to a friend. Other websites call it "Tell A Friend". The point is if you are interested in a particular event, whether you can make it or not, you can forward the event page to someone you think is interested. You provide your email and the friend's email.

Aging receivables report improvements
It would be helpful to have the invoice number show up on the Aging Receivables Report. It could be a separate column by the contacts name and organization. That would eliminate the need to click on the contact's name to find the open invoice in their account.

Photo Order
When uploading photos the last one uploaded shows up first! It would be great if photos could be ordered the other way...the first one shows first, the next one uploaded shows second. If not, then at least have the ability to move photos so they appear in the order we want them to show.

Add ability to record a donation using Wild Apricot app and PayPal Here mobile card reader
We are very happy that we can now accept payments using the PayPal Here mobile card reader in conjunction with the Wild Apricot app. However, we have discovered that it is not possible to accept a donation and have it recorded as a donation in the member's account using PayPal Here - because a payment can only be recorded against an outstanding invoice and there isn't a way to generate an invoice for a donation. This is a big drawback!! We want members to be able to pay both membership dues and donations this way -- preferably in one transaction…

subscription for updated photos
Social forums are great. Users can subscribe and get an update anytime something changes in their topic(s) of interest.
We need the same concept for uploaded Photos. Each Member can subscribe to get updates any time a new photo is updated in a specific album/page.
By having this, Members would be automatically sent updates that they can visit the website. Sometimes, a little prodding is good to help with adoption AND this is when something NEW has been added. Going to a site and viewing all of the albums looking for new photos can be a waste of time.

Allow event registration within grace period, for members with past renewal date
Since the March 2017 release, this was implemented: "For existing members, member-specific registration types are only available if their renewal date is not in the past. This applies to members with statuses of Active, Pending - Renewal, and Pending - Level change. This prevents existing members whose membership is not paid up from using member-specific registration types."
WA provides for a Grace Period defined at the "membership level". The "no event registration" for member-specific registration types should be set after the grace period is up, NOT AT "PAST DUE" . That is the meaning of Grace Period for many organizations.5 votes -
Add a user access level for Contacts
Currently for a number of gadgets, such as the directory gadget, privacy levels for information display and access are set to either admins, members, or anybody. However anybody is actually two distinct categories: contacts who have set up system user accounts to access limited parts of the system, say the forums, and members of the public who have not set up any system user accounts. By having a Contact user access level administrators would have one more level of security to filter system use access; this could be used as a measure to build trusted access for non-members (presumably prospective…
