Add saved search widget to Dashboards
On the dashboard if you can "assign" typical searches that get done by various members, then it is an all in one for them... at a glance.

Increase lenght of answers in Polls
We use the membership poll for elections, which works great! But we also use the poll so that members can vote on proposed bylaws amendments. The body of the poll is limited on space. It would be great if this was not limited. Each question in the Q & A portion is also limited. Could there be an option for an unlimited question text box which would allow us to enter the current bylaw language and the proposed bylaw language the allow the user to vote. Not all questions are short and sweet. I think all users would appreciate the flexibility to add a question to the poll that was an unlimited text box.

Message Board - General Communication Gaps
Hello.
As a paddling & social club one of our biggest gaps is communication between members and non members. Not everyone has admin privileges and access to our calendar and email. So when it comes time to announce events, paddling trips or general gatherings they turn to facebook. Which is great for some but not for all. Our message board was used briefly in the past, but then it was hidden due to lack of use. I am dusting it off and making an effort to encourage more people to use it again as a bridge for communication.
HOWEVER, I quickly realized the biggest gap is lack of an App that truly would make this a valuable tool. Adding it to the the existing Wild Apricot App would be very helpful!I can not expect that everyone would stop using facebook groups and instant messaging for these types of communications, but it certainly would be helpful if the message board had convenient access.

generate invoice without changing to pending-renewal
I would like to generate an invoice for membership renewal WITHOUT changing the membership status to renewal-pending. In fact, I'd like to be able to remove the "renewal-pending" as a status altogether. It's not useful for us. People are either Active or Lapsed. The system can send reminders the number of days beforehand and such, but in the summary, there is duplicity in counts because of the way it is displayed.

wait list priorities
Waitlist question - If we have one space available for an event, and the first person on the waitlist has a guest, does that person get advanced without the guest or does WA advance to the next single person on the list.

Invoice Amount Owing and Amount Paid, add to Export Registrants and Registration Emails Macros
We would like to see Invoice Amount Owing and Invoice Amount Paid added to two areas of Events.
First would be the Export Registrants spreadsheet. Currently only the total price is being displayed and we need to add an additional column showing Invoice Amount Owed / Due once exported. We can pull this information from the Amount Due field in the Attendance List under Reports and enter it manually. Just thinking if the amount due can be tracked in the Attendance List it would be relatively easy to add to the Export Registrants spreadsheet.
Second would be the addition of a Macro in the Registration Emails allowing us to show either the invoice details or the Invoice Amount Owing and Amount Paid. This would prevent our members from having to click a link leading to the members invoice.
Any work arounds to display this information, until this is resolved, would be greatly appreciated.

Saved Searches for Event Registration Type
There is an inconsistency in the members who can be selected to receive emails for an event and those who can be selected for Event registration type. For emails you permit one to select a Saved search. That is not true for the Event registration type. Since it would seem likely that whoever is selected to receive emails for the event would very likely be those who could respond to the Event registration type, that one should be able to select a Saved search for identify the members who are to be able to use the Event registration type.

Match Font Families in Different Editors
I am fine with the limited selection of font families, with long experience working on the web before we had all the web fonts. What I'm really struggling with is matching font families and general styling between the new editor and the older automatic email editor.
For example, our chosen website theme uses Open Sans. Great all around sans serif font. I can also use it in manual emails so that they are styled much like our website. But automatic emails do not have a similar or even decent sans serif font ('Basic' is just ugly) so I chose Trebuchet. Now the problem is that event email mix up the two, using what's available with automatic emails (Trebuchet) but including event details that match the website (Open Sans). The result looks amateur and like we don't know how to use this system.
And don't get me started on the color picker. One editor has our theme colors all right there! The other forces me to find, copy, and paste the hex code for every single hyperlink so they better match the colors and logo.

Support a longer text for the poll question field
It would be nice if the form would support longer text lines and wrap the text on the poll. I had to shorten the questions to make it work.

Extend API to allow updating fields on an existing Event
The swagger pages show the get options but nothing to update an event
Primarily I would like an option to disable the registrations at the event level as there is no front end feature to disable registration by x days before the event, the admin of editing multiple events with multiple registrations types is cumbersome and subject to errors
POST /accounts/{accountId}/events/{event id}
With the body containing the filed(s) to be updated and the valuesIf the API extension is not an option please consider adding this feature to the front end.

It would be really helpful if we could edit the system generated 'Apply for membership' button that appears during event registration, when a user who isn't logged in is registering for an event that has member-only registration types. We were recently asked to edit one of these buttons, as they lead to the first PUBLIC page with a membership application gadget of the website and in this case that page was not the new member registration page that was being used by the organization, but a sponsorship application page. We couldn't make the change for them and had to just hide the 'Apply for membership' button.

Update Default WildApricot Avatar
If clients such as myself can't change or update the default avatar (silhouette that vaguely looks like a person), then WildApricot should update it on their end. The current generic avatar is low quality, ambiguous, and even creepy. Many of my members have not uploaded avatars, so it makes the site look unprofessional and uninviting. This would be a ridiculously easy change, but since WildApricot hasn't bothered to add a feature that would solve this that was suggested in 2015, I'm sure this request will go into limbo, too. Too bad, considering how much I'm paying per month.

Font Changes for links impossible
After setting color and style for links on our website, it is impossible to change them within a webpage. This is quite infuriating! If you rename your document or link from its orginial name, the system does not allow font changes. Please change this fast!

Allow event registration edits without having to confirm without invoice.
Allow event registration edits without having to confirm without invoice. Currently, if I make any type of edit to an existing registration, after I save it, the system generates a new confirmation email. This only happens for registered attendees that I have provided a complimentary registration and there is no correlating invoice.

qr code for web pages
Provide means to generate a QR code for an Event Page, the Home Page, any page or anchor, so we can put them in emails and posts and provide easier link to our pages. Inserting links is great but younger members want QR codes.

country adjustment
We are a non-profit association and we would like to have a membership fee adjustment for our new members during registration who are having residence in a country depend on the annual gross national income. (Country A-B-C) and we would like to reduce the membership fee 25% for Country B, and 50% for Country C. Country A has no discount. how can we make it automatic? I saw that there is a multiplier, but there is no such an option to reduce the fee either using minus or divide function. Can someone know how can we handle this? Thank you.

Not sure if it is here already here, but an internal [post login] member to all members communication like a list serve is badly needed. Members can connect with 1 on 1, but a way to communicate to all members wo option in for members to members communications is needed badly!

- member selects send message to all members
- member composes message and it is sent to all members opted in to receive mass members communications
- messages can be flag to admin
- admin can set to moderate messages first before they send
- members must login to access, view, and reply to mass messages
