  2. Copies of emails have to be highlighted to read.

    Fix copies of emails where they show the text when Admin personal review the ones sent. You have to highlight them in order to read them.

  3. Create a new Page Title gadget

    It would be handly to have a "Page Title" gadget that could be placed into page templates (or directly onto a page) that would automatically display the page name defined in the page properties.

  4. Build registration for events so that Members do not see General admission and overpay

    When my members log on and go to register for an event, they see the member rate that applies, but they also see the general public rate. (I assume they see that because it is open to nonmembers and so the system shows it to everyone.)
    And inevitably a handful of members blindly click the general public rate. In which case, I have to contact them and refund their money and then step them through another registration. Very time-consuming.

  5. Wording Clarification on Email Lists

    This is a tiny change and won't gather many votes. But it's easy and would smooth the learning curve for new admins.

    In the Compose your email screen, change the wording of the button from "Add contact list" to "Add saved search or subscription list". Or abbreviate to "Add search or subscription".

  6. Add schedule to "featured member" gadget, so it can be adjusted to run for a day, week or a month.

    Would like functionality to this gadget for time display in days. This would allow a setting for selecting how long to run the "member profile" to run for a pre-determined amount of time. I would use this gadget if it offered this feature.

  7. Offer the option for a report that summarizes by participant the categories in each registration.

    I want to be able to print a report for an event that lists each participant and then shows me the type of registration (e.g., three, four or seven day registration) plus transportation in a way that I can summarize to see the details of the category. I know that I can pull a summary report by the registration types, but I want to be able to see the detail.   8. Better integration of event registration process when embedded into an external site

    We would love for Wild Apricot to provide a seamless transition and a more optimal user exerpience. We tried to integrate our website with wild aprioct so we created a wild apricot event link on our personal website. When the user clicks on it they are expecting to register for the event. What is happening is that they register and provide their personal information (member application form for first time users who are registering) and after that it doesn't continue on to register the person for the event.   11. when a member sends a message, system should copy it to the sender

    Currently, if a member uses the facility to send a message to another member, the sender has to remember that this message has been sent. Please could you change the system page to that the sender can cc himself? alternatively, you could change the system page so that a copy is sent to the sender automatically.

  16. Wild Apricot in other languages

    Current behavior:
    Wild Apricot administration is only available in English. Websites and emails can use different languages, but system pages and gadgets may contain some uneditable English text.

    Desired behavior:
    Support different language sets, which will update all labels to the selected language.

  17. Create the option of indicating the distribution list in an email blast

    It would be handy to have the option to indicate on an email blast who the email was sent to in total. eg if the email was sent to all Committee Members. At the moment, members receive an email without know who else is on the distribution list for that particular email.

  18. Routing of Emails for Events to different email address per event

    I need to have event registration notifications go to unique email addresses for a given event.

    Eg.

    Event1=nofication sent to a1@mysite.com

    Event2=notification sent to a2@mysite.com and a3@mysite.com

    I'd like to rename the thread, or perhaps it should be a separate thread?

    Enhance Payment Report to separately total Manual Payments and On Line Payments as it did before

  20. Send automatic emails for manual admin actions

    This is a relatively minor request but something I find to be a workflow pain. As an admin, when I add a new member to the database the new member activation email does not automatically get sent out to the new member if I set their status to 'Active' initially. I have to add the member in two steps to get the email to go out -- first add them as 'pending', save it, then either go back into their record and record receipt of their payment or change their status from 'pending' to 'active' to trigger the email.
