  1. Make refunds easier

    Canceling an event registration and refunding the money should be WAY easier. By attempting to follow the separate steps, it is very easy to get into an endless loop with no resolution and an embarrassing situation on the member's record.

  2. More clarity on switching payment systems

    We recently switched from PayPal to AffiniPay and were blindsided when all of our existing PayPal subscriptions were automatically cancelled. According to the Wild Apricot help documentation, "If you have recurring payments set up, you'll need to stop those payments through your existing payment processor".

    We expected that our members' PayPal subscriptions would continue and we would have to deal with them manually until they switched over. We were not equipped to handle a mass cancelation of subscriptions and now expect to lose members as a result.

  3. Add checkbox as a custom field type

    End users are quite used to check boxes for yes and no options. In fact they are ubiquitous. The same goes for Boolean variables. There are everywhere in the IT development world except in Wild Apricot. It's an undeniable waste of time for every new developer to have to figure out why they aren't there and find a workaround, and at the least an eye roll from end users who have to react to the strangeness of having to process a radio button in place of a checkbox, not to mention the extra (wasted) space it takes to implement it.…

    Ability to bulk update email and notifications with a template design. e.g. for all communications we would like a 1 column layout with our logo at the top. Currently I need to update this for every template…..

    Apply a Cancellation deadline to all registration types with specific name type at once and not individually. Many future events have been created, and the new cancellation functionality is great. However, it must be done manually. Is it possible to apply this action to many ticket types under the same name?

  8. View Email Queue Status in the form of line graph

    The ability to see the email queue delivery status in the form of a line graph. Sometimes, it takes forever for it to be delivered and members inquire about not receiving the emails. Can we view the length of time it may or is taking for an email to be delivered?

  9. Better CASL Tools

    According to CASL rules, if you are a club, association or voluntary organization and the recipient is one of your members, you have implied consent. For non-members who register for an event, donates or subscribes to receive emails then there is implied consent which is valid for 24 months - after which you will need to obtain express consent.

    There needs to be a way to create a saved search that includes contacts that have interacted with the site in the last 24 months. Currently there is no way to select contacts that registered for an event, donated, became lapsed,…

  11. Apply renewal actions/emails to existing members

    When admin set up automatic renewal actions/emails existing members could exist. So need to apply this actions to them. The most important looks the situation related to members with past renewal date.
