  1. Newsletter manager role restrictions

    Suggest further granularity on Newsletter administration role. Should be allowed to restrict to specific groups or contacts, or require another administrator to approve mass emails.

  2. Product Tag Central List

    The Online Store products have the ability to group them by meaningful tags. These tags are nice for breaking the products into meaningful customer groups.

    However, manual tag entry must be an exact match which is error prone to maintain and very difficult to correct.

    It would be nice to have a pull-down list of tags that can be controlled centrally when new products are added to the store. This would make it much easier to enter and make the web page presentation dynamic. See

  3. Add Certificate to Members files upon completing training

    Our members receive CEU's for attending our Annual Conference and workshops. It would be great if we could automatically add a copy of their certificate to their file storage after each event. ie. Certificate template along with confirmed attendance list creates file in each attendees account. I can easily use a mail merge to to create the certificates from the list of attendees but we have to manually add each certficate to the users account. Attendance at our annual conference is 350-400 which makes it impossible to do manually.

  4. Automated Reports (saved searches)

    Automated reports. I'd like to be able to have WA automatically run the same report (or saved search) on the first day of the month. Relying upon a single person (or multiple people) isn't working because the 1st of the month isn't always a work day. We use reports to compare all kinds of things and this would be VERY helpful.

  5. minimum Limit required for an event

    can we set a minimum registration required? we want to have at least 6 (or 20) or any number to run this event, and we will cancel otherwise.

  6. Apply Email Editor for Events and Member Emails

    We were all switched to the new email editor, which I have gotten used to. Now, why can't the event and membership emails use the same editor? It is frustrating to create a template in the new editor and not be able to apply it to an event or membership email without it bringing in lots of awkward tables. Being able to use the same email editor in all parts of Wild Apricot would be really helpful.

  7. Extend event API to control automatic registration cancellation

    When an administrator edits an event, the "Registration types & settings" tab shows a checkbox labeled "Automatically cancel registration if payment not received within 15 minutes" in the "Registration settings" area (see attached screenshot). The event API contains no corresponding flag.

    Please add this flag to the API that creates a new event record, POST /accounts/{accountId}/events.

  8. Files on Event Details

    I would like to be able to add files to the Event Details tab. I could then set up our board meetings as events and include agenda, presentations, and minutes on the event, which then could be seen by board members both before and after the meeting.

    I have tried to do this with modifications to the Registration Form, but this isn't a workable approach.

  12. Show event attendance in public registration details

    When someone tries to print out their event attendance from their profile, the Checked in mark does not show up. Is that a feature that could be added? Our members can use this report for reporting continuing education hours.

  13. Selecting roommates during registration

    We do multiple Ski Tours each year. Each registrant registers and selects the room type and roommate configuration. ie: Double, triple etc up to seven roommates( three bedroom units).
    1) During our registrations for events, we request whom the registrant would like to share a hotel room with. This in turn allows us to match up persons with the rooms and discover how many rooms are actually required for our trips/tours.
    Is there a way to have a lookup table inserted or access to the membership list at that time so they could just select their roommate/s from the list.…

  15. More flexibility in renewal messaging

    We need more flexibility in the configuration of automatic messages around renewal:
    1. We would like to send out the first reminder as an advance announcement before sending the invoice.
    2. The current post renewal date messaging allows only two phases. We would like to have three:
    Phase 1. 1st overdue warning (grace period notice)
    Phase 2. 2nd overdue notice, membership changed to „lapsed“
    Phase 3: 3rd overdue notice, membership suspended and renewal invoice voided
    As it stands now, we must perform phase 3 manually. This requires individually voiding and editing each renewal invoice and individually suspending each unpaid membership,…

  16. Saving Invoice Line Item

    There should be a way to save invoice line items and create a drop-down list so some manner of consistency exists. makes no sense that there is no drop-down if predefined items.. I have never seen accounting that does not have the option to select or create a list of invoice line items!

  17. Print labels for member list

    need the ability to print out labels for the members/contacts if you have to do a mailing that isnt emailed. As it stands now you have to export the whole list and do a mail merge somehow. Please create this option!

  18. private messaging in forums

    I would like to be able to contact the author in a forum directly without having to post it on the forum. there should be a contact form that allows the author to be anonymous. For example, a buy sell forum you should be able to contact someone without simply posting it on the entire forum.

  20. Create a second level membership application

    We are a boat club that offers boat moorage to members only. It would help us to have a second level membership application gadget that can only be accessed by logged in members, and uses different member fields from our membership application to apply for moorage. We have developed a semi-useful work-around, but a real application gadget would be useful for many organizations.
