Allow "add to calendar" on events not requiring registration
Right now, "Add to calendar" in an Event only appears (on the Events page for end users) if Registration is turned on. This option should be selectable whether or not registration is required.
It should also appear in the email announcement sent about the event.

I have a running club. We have weekly group runs at various locations that I'd like to create as events so they appear on our calendar. But we don't require registration for these runs. First, how do I create such an event? Jillaine implied that this is possible. Assuming it is, i would also want our members to be add these to their personal calendars as desired., as she requested.
Update: It *is* possible to create an event, with or without multiple sessions, that doesn't require registration. Simply fill out the Event Details tab as desired. In particular, don't create ticket types. You can't enable registration (which you don't want anyway) but you can make the event visible to the public or a restricted group. The event will appear on your calendar. When you click on it, you will see "Add to my calendar" in the upper right.
The documentation here https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/99-adding-an-event-to-an-external-calendar should be updated to explain that registration isn't required to add an event to an external calendar.
