  3. Create a Member Nomination function for invite-only memberships

    As an invite-only organisation, rather than having members apply, we would prefer to have current members nominate new ones. This would mean an Application within the site using different language - e.g. Nominee's email, Nominee's name, Person Nominating, reason, etc.

  4. Stop applying website styles to emails when composing

    Currently when composing an email you cannot tell if it is styled properly as website styles are applied in the composition window.

    E.g. my website text is Open Sans 16pt and I want to send an email in Open Sans 16pt. It looks like it is already formatted that way when composing, because website styles are applied. When a test email arrives in my inbox the text might be a mix of styled and unstyled. (Also, the font indicator in the email composer is unreliable.)

    I can't think of any good reason for it to be set up this way.

  7. display only the one instance of a multi-session event

    Currently, if we have a multi-session event in progress and other events scheduled for later, all sessions in the event are shown in the event list gadget.
    For example, we have Event 1, Sessions 1-5, followed by Event 2, Event 3, Event 4, Event 5, and so on.
    The event list gadget is set to show 5 events.
    We get
    Event 1, Session 2
    Event 1, Session 3
    Event 1, Session 4
    Event 1, Session 5
    Event 2

    Events 3, 4, and 5 don't show up.

    I'd like to have a way to show only Event 1, 2, 3, 4,…

  8. Email event reminders relative to the END date of an event

    Schedule emailed event reminders relative to the END date of an event.

    For our art exhibits, we need members to drop their art off for the first day of a show, and pick up their art on the last day of the show. This translates to reminders as the start approaches, and as the event ends -- we currently would have to create 2 separate events.

  9. Allow pre-select of donation form fields via query parameters

    I want to add QR codes with a donation form URL to our facility, so members can contribute to various areas/funds in WA by scanning the code, logging in and donating.

    I'd like to pre-select a "fund" drop-down and ideally an amount, based on passing them in to WA in the URL query string, such as:

    www.foo.org/donate?area='ice cream stand'&amount=10

    Is there a way to easily do this?

  10. have step by step instructions for EVERYTHING like you do for setting up PayPal

    I'm new and I'm spending countless hours every day, trying to figure out how to do something and wasting valuable time. Your Help section says a lot of "you can do this and you can do that" and "you can create this and you can create that" and you show a picture of what you're talking about but there are no step by step instructions on how to go about doing anything. This is very frustrating. As I was setting up our Paypal, I had no problems whatsoever and I said to myself "If everything was like THIS I could…

  11. Future event with not defined date, with a future posting date

    I would like to be able to create a future event that will automatically become visible at a future specified date, rather than me having to create the event, set it as Admin Only and then change the access permissions when I want it to be visible to the public. Thank you!! :)

  12. Zoho

    What would make Wild Apricot unbeatable would be having a very tight and easy integration with a CRM such as Zoho. You would also make a killing on affiliate income from such a move. I have searched NEON CRM and other and they have no such integration. You really need to add integrations with 3rd parties.

  13. I would like to receive an alert when certain contacts/members register for events.

    I would like to receive an alert when certain contacts/members register for events. The reason for this is some of them have multiple delinquent payments or a poor record of paying on time. I do not want to fully block them from registering, as I would be fine with them attending as long as they pay in advance.

    Definitely need to allow us to create expand/collapse list on website pages. You even have it throughout your manual so it's very frustrating that we cannot use it. The Support response I received was to use one of your partners so that would mean paying for your system and then having to pay a third company. This is a deal breaker as to whether I progress from the trial.

  15. Suspend members from upcoming & ongoing events if their membership lapses

    Currently if a membership lapses the members details need to be checked to see if they are participating in any upcoming or ongoing events and then unregistered by admin.

    The ideal situation would be to give admin the options to leave registrations as is, flag these registrations to the admin and automatically un-register. Globally would be a big help if this is difficult to do on the actual event page.

    Alternatively if there was at least a way of flagging the upcoming and ongoing events which a member is registered to, when their membership lapses, in the email which is…

  17. Ipad app improvements

    From our registrar: I've also been using the iphone app, also pretty great, but it would be nice if it showed more of the event details (which tends to be the sort of thing I want to check on the fly (dates and prices) it would also be great if I could sort the list of names of the registrants differently like by order of registration or registration type.

  18. When editing events, return to the edited event instead of to the latest event in the list

    Right now after editing an event, you are returned to the last event in the list. This means continually having to scroll back to the required event - usually the next event in chronological order.
    It would be much better if you were returned to the event just edited, so you could just move to the next event in the list

  19. Make it possible to batch edit event access levels i.e. change from admin to pub lic or restricted.

    We post events as they are submitted but do not want people to see the future event list e.g. summer events until a specific date, so the access is set to admin only. Currently we have to go into each event individually and change the access level to restricted or public. It would be much faster if this could be changed as a batch

  20. Donation fund transferred to PayPal

    Currently if a person gives a donation via PayPal and a donation form on Wild Apricot, the Item Title in PayPal is simply "Donation". For donations we have multiple funds and have configured a required donation field titled "fund". Please allow us to include the fund in the item title that goes over to PayPal Express
