Event setup for household members
Hi, It would be helpful if a bundle administrator could setup household members for an event.

Email Open Rate Report Criteria
Add to the report criteria: date last email opened (is greater than, less than, equal to), number of emails opened (is greater than, less than, equal to), and percent of emails opened (is greater than, less than, equal to). This would be a huge benefit to help us identify those who are most engaged, and to weed out those who don't open emails. We use email open rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our email blasts and content. If we can't weed out the "dead weight" then we are without a critical self-assessment tool and are driving blind.

Flexibility on which contact/membership field as the official membership-holder
Our organization is an association, so our members ARE organizations, as an entity, NOT the indviduals in the contact fields. The work-arounds for this are not working. Currently, if the official contact individual changes for that org, we either have to (a) edit all the fields around the org name to match the new contact's info and lose/archive the old contact info from our records, or (b) create a new membership and lose continuity of membership records.

Establish tighter security for Administrators
Contacts/members with full administrative authority in particular, and to an extent perhaps, others with lesser administrative authority should have a wall erected between being just a normal member and acting as an administrator.
When I login as a member, I don't want to be in administrative mode. This mixes roles, and these roles must kept separate. When I want to go into administrator mode, WA must require me to explicitly request that role/mode (eg, a separate password, or some other mechanism).
I've also noticed that WA does not automatically logoff users after a period of time. In particular, for those…

photographs
One of our members does not give permission for her photographs to be used on social media or website. Have made note in Internal Notes, but I wonder whether this should not be flagged on all her event registrations? Could this be done automatically? We ask people at each event, but in this case it is a permanent opt out.

Membership Cards - Allow creation of multiple cards per family
I would like to be able to print an individual membership card for every person in a family. Right now I am limited to only doing one card per contact. I'd like to be able to create additional cards for each additional contact in the meter profile.

Member app. Member details. Add an ability to call using any phone like field
Currently, the call button doesn't appear unless the member has a home number entered. Lots of our members don't have if provide home numbers. Can this icon be changed to first listed number?
Or better still, move the icon down to the rhs of any number(s) provided?

small areas to work on
I just discussed a couple small problems that need to be addressed on your end:
1. When I use the ART tab and modify an existing text the Save/Cancel bars disappear at the top left.
2. I am unable to change the color of the bullets when I list text. The bullets remain black.
3. Sometimes a link button can not be justified right/left/center.Sukhneet is fantastatic - knowledgeable, patient, helpful!

Negative-Cost Custom Field Items
We’re setting up our ski club trip signups and invoicing in WA for the first time. Some options we need to create have negative costs, like a lift-ticket discount for a senior or a “ground package” discount for someone providing their own transportation to the resort. WA will allow us to manually enter a negative-cost amount on an invoice, but will apparently NOT let us create a custom field that has a negative cost. It would be a tremendously helpful enhancement if we could create a negative-cost item (under Custom Fields). Please consider adding this capability – or perhaps it…

Allow custom External Login sources
We need the ability to push authenticated users back to WA already logged into their account, like with the Facebook and Google+ integration. The oAuth / Single Sign-on implementation does not allow for the external authority.
Is there any way to integrate with a external login?

We support only Facebook and G+ as external authentication providers. Currently there is no way to use other providers. However if you want to implement single sign-on, then WA could be used as authentication provider. See http://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/200 for more details.

add an "open" button to pop-up file folder list
In the files pop-up window view, please create a button that will open a folder. When I am using my iPad, I am unable to open a folder. Tapping the folder just makes the pop-up window enlarge. I am also unable to move down the list past the first few folders in view. If I could click on a folder and then have a button for "next" and "previous" that would move me through the list of folders. Thank you.

adding event registrations later under same email
Members who have logged in to the site and registered for an event cannot return later and add more people to their registered party under that email. It'd be great if you could add that functionality.

email alias
Need to be able to have email alias. i.e. president@organization.org that will forward an email to a particular member (i.e. me@gmail.com) or group of members i.e. executiveboard@organization.org that will forward to a group of members.

Allow an automated email to waitlisted people
There is no way to email only the waitlisted people. We can email registered people in several ways using filters. But we can't email just the waitlisted people. We would like to have both a manual method (with a green button on top) AND an automated way such as when we set up Reminders to registered people.
Our purpose is to remind waitlisted people they are on the list and to ask them to let us know if they are no longer interested. That way we can get to actually interested and available people more quickly when there are cancellations.

Code for Documents
It would be nice if you could add a code to certain documents that only individuals with that code could access. Seems like this might be fairly easy to do relative to what is set up on the accounting program for member/non-members payments, etc.

Dues Bi-weekly
Our dues are paid by payroll deduction from members biweekly paychecks'. The employer sends one check with list of people who payed dues. Need a way to track these payments.
