We're an organization that focuses on growing fruit. I'm creating a directory of the fruits we grow in our area and would like a user review/user comments gadget. It would show the user's name, give them to ability to rate it on a five or ten star level and leave some feedback about the particular fruit on the page.

Add a Drop Down arrow feature to select business or personal email for members
Add the following function a “drop down arrow, ” in Wild Apricot’s email field for members online registration. For example add a drop down arrow for users to select a “business email,” or “personal email preference.” Many members registering may not want to use their “personal email,” address especially when using a “work business credit card for payment.” It helps to keep personal and business transactions separate. Thank you for considering adding this improvement.

Route Membership Notices To Specific Manager For That Membership Type
Hi.
Right now, renewal notices go to the member and/or the site administrator. Various people may handle different renewals. We have a golf pro handling gold renewals, and someone else handles swimming renewals.
It would be great to have renewal notices directed to the appropriate coordinator, and be added to those that would be notified.

Unique Poll announcement Email
The Announcement Email for polls should be unique to each poll. Currently the announcement email must remain generic as it is sent with every poll that is distributed. It would save time if we could create a unique announcement for each poll without having to go to the WA email system.

time slot bookings for appointments
To be able to create and "event" with time slots in it. We provide our members with some professional services like Reflexology, Podiatry, Tax Clinics etc. We need a way to book time slots (appointments) for these services.

Need individual write access feature to folders and files.
WA has good "read" access rules for the folders and file but Write access is practically missing. We have many contributors to the web site and upload files. I don't want to give many people admin rights. Currently all files upload goes through me. This is not practical.

set password expiration periods for passwords (30 days, 45 days,etc)
I would like to have the ability to set password expiration about a certain period (30 days, 45 days). We would force users to change their passwords after a certain period for tighter security.

Safari Image Problems.
I use Safari on my Mac. Many of the images don't display on my groups main page. It does work on Chrome. I won't use Chrome. Is there a way to fix the Safari?

Different Home Page for Members
I understand the option to designate a landing page for members once they log in. we use that option to display a different home page that includes members only content. under the Home menu item i added "Members Home Page" to allow users to navigate back to this page once they leave it. Would be good to have the actual Home Page change depending on whether the user is a member or not.

Event Registration - we need a feature allowing registrants to pick multiple options/fees for our conference and pre-conf.
We have a pre-conference for a limited number of participants and then the regular conference for everyone. Each one has a fee associated with the registration. It would be helpful for a person to select both of the options and then pay both fees at the same time, instead of registering for one. Getting out and then coming back in to register for the second one.

Easy for customers to cancel regisrations
It would be nice if registrants for events could receive a confirmation email with a link where they could cancel their registration in one click.

Email Text Formatting
In the Email Template I often encountera formattting problem where the text is basically on top of itself. This happens both when I copy and paste text from a .doc and when I type in the text. It would be very helpful if this did not happen. It takes extra time and is very frustrating.

Add Snippet capability and hide date/authorhsip
Recent Blog Post Gadget. Can you make improvements to it. This would help with USABP. Such as in the USABP Viewpoints landing page. I'd like to be able to serve up the articles with a summary/snippet or first 155 characters, etc to draw people in to the article. I'd also like to have control to hide author and / or article date. Title and snippet is way more current and user friendly for leading them to further engagement. Also, I'd like it so that this gadget would serve up to the public blog summaries from blog gadgets that are only…

aggregate billing discount
I am on the board of an organization with multiple branches. I looked into the multi branch discounts you offer, but it is based on the total number of branches, not on the total number of members. Currently we have 4 branches, each with their own membership process, and are adding a 5th so we might get a slight advantage out of this. One of our branches will probably exceed 1,000 members this year for example. Under the current multi branch plan, you could have 10 branches with 20 members each that would get a significant benefit, while we could…

Under ADVANCED CONTACT SEARCH in HELP:
Modifying saved searches
To modify a saved search, you display it within the Advanced search screen, modify the search criteria, then save the search using the same name or a different name. In either case, a new saved search will be created and the original search will remain unchanged.
It says "original search will remain unchanged", but it seems to me if you save the search using the same name, how could it remain unchanged?
