We would like to be able to DELETE orders after they are CANCELLED.

Please create a point of sale checkout option. We hold five events per year at which we have a "trading post" and sell our merchandise. Being as we are volunteer run, an online-only shipping store isn't conducive.

Delay Payment When Registering for Events
When setting up an Event, allow payment at the time of registration or X days before the event. If we are holding an off-site event and need 30 days advance notice of headcount, some individuals will not register until a couple of weeks out as they do not want the charge sitting on their credit card for weeks before the event.

Support for Voting on Forum Posts
Similar ideas have been posted here before, see https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/34133521-thumbs-up-in-forum and https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/9904584-idea-management-voting-system-gadget. However, these presuppose the develpoment of new functionality, and the latter is evidently considered already addressed by the "Polls" feature. However, this is not the case. The polls require a fixed list of options, all of which are known in advance and determined by an administrator. What we need is exactly the voting functionality of this Wishlist forum, which is open-ended and encourages user participation. We already have two forum categories where this would be useful:

Registration limit per bundle member
We have registration types for our events of 2,3,4 & 5 prepaid lunches. I would like to suggest that there be a setting to limit registrations per bundle member so that the group within the orginization can be limited to the amout of prepaid lunches they have on their membership. The others would have to use the $30 option.

Fulfil multiple orders in bulk
The Orders summary screen is way too basic. At the moment, fulfilling orders has to be done individually by opening each order. It should be possible to select multiple orders on the summary screen and fulfill them all at once.

Additional Security for Payment Data
Can separate security be setup for admins that manage payments within Wild Apricot. Currently, all administrators can change the payment information.

exporting based on coupon code used
Unless I am missing this ability, the first thing we have found that we want to do that is not available is to be able to create advanced search list and to export based on the coupon used to join and received discount off membership. I can view the members that have utilized the various coupons which is great, but you have to drill down several layers, not so bad, but then exporting just these doesn't work for me.

How Many People Join for One Year and Don't Renew?
We would like to know how many members join once (for a year) and don't renew. This would be a number that we would target to decrease over time. We want to know if our efforts of retaining members is working over time. Looking at the total membership numbers doesn't give that information. Knowing the average length of time a member stays would be useful.

Membership proof & LinkedIn
Membership Cards: it would be beneficial for our organization if membership cards could be linked and displayed on a LinkedIn account via their "certification" program: (https://addtoprofile.linkedin.com/) We believe one of the main values that our organization provides to members is the ability to publicly prove that members are active in communities, in furthering their education, and networking in their profession. However, it is easy for anyone to "fake" membership on LinkedIn and we have no control over this. audio file upload to event registration
add music (audio) files. including .mp3, .mp4a or .wav files to event upload file in events. Love the feature on event registration but doesn't work for my music organizations. We host music competitions and the our students register for the event but must upload audio files to another site!! Please allow audio file uploads!

Overall registration count report over the years
Ability to pull a report for all the registered events with the total count over the years. Currently it has the ability to export people who have registered for a particular count but does not report in how many they have registered specifically.

Offer discounts in Events
fields in event registration forms must allow negative values as many of the choices our members can make, will actually reduce the base price. We advertise the all-inclusive, all tax price. if they chose to take part of the package out, it is a discount. This should not be difficult. As our board is unsatisfied with this limitation on WA event registration, we will change database providers at the end of the 2019/2020 season if negative amounts are still not possible.

Check In Functionality (Non-Event)
We are a community swimming pool. We need a way for members to check in electronically at the front desk (preferably using a card) and log how many members and guests are checking in. I don't believe WA has this functionality, but I wanted to see if you have any preferred partners or recommendations. One of your competitors (https://pooldues.com) has this functionality, but does not sell that module separately.

Scheduling dialog box missing day-of-the-week indicator
Under event emails, the "Announcements" schedule button displays a modal dialog that shows dynamic help text describing the date of the schedule as "Wed Aug 07 2019 17:15:00" but the "Reminders" schedule button modal dialog only shows "Aug 07 2019 17:15:00" without the "day-of-the-week" help text. Having the day-of-the-week displayed here is actually tremendously helpful given that there is no calendar pop-up to assist with choosing the specific day. ("I want this to go out on the Sunday night prior to the event, but what date is that again??") Can this be added? Thanks
