More Variants and Shipping Options
The Online Store need the more flexibility in variants and shipping options.
I need a variant for an up-charge for larger sizes (e.g.sizes larger than XL) along with the ability to have size and color as variants.

Event email menu cutoff
The event email menu should be available until event close - date and time, instead of having to postdate the event, sending the email, then correcting the event date.

Additional detail on "Order" page
We just started using the online store this year and think that on the "Order" page there should be a tab for the "Item purchased" We have a few different sponsorship opportunities going on and in order to see who purchased what we have to go into each order (which is tedious).

Make notations on transactions available
I want to use the mobile app to receive money for merchandise & donations, to renew memberships, to receive reimbursements, and then on occasion to receive payment/check people in at an event. I want to do these things at the same event, and some of them at the same time.
Here's what I need: an ability to make notes on the app so that I can tag what the transaction(s) is for. I would also like for the receipt, either texted or mailed, to have that note. It can be a drop down window that I created before the event,…

Make forum accessible via email
We have been using the forum gadget for our discussion forum. We suggest 3 sueful additions for this gadget:
1. Receiving an email for each message that is posted, with the whole message contained in the email
2. Being able to reply to an existing message by replying via email
3. Being able to post a new message to the forum by sending it via emailIt would be great if this good be implemented at some stage. Thank you!

auto populate guest registration if existing members
When a person registers for a Trip it auto-populates their information, but when they go to try and add a “guest” it requires them to complete all the information even if they’re a current member or in our contact database. The way it’s set up now a member can register themselves and add a guest without the guest being a member, which we do not allow. It requires someone to go in and manually review the guest registration to make sure they’re a member.

Support multiple concurrent payment systems selectable by payment type
Create the ability to support multiple payment systems at the same time with the ability to assign a payment type to a given payment system. This would solve the issue of having only one configured payment system which does not support a payment type you need. We need to have PayPal, credit cards and bank transfers at a minimum. As we are based in Europe, it seems the best option is PayPal Express Checkout. It supports all 3, but we have members who refuse to use PayPal and will not create a PayPal account. Add Messaging for members w/restricted e-mails to Android App
I am with the Hoosier Canoe & Kayak Club. Most of our members have restricted their E-mail addresses so that they are not visible to other members or to the public.
With browser based access, I can still Message these people after acesesing their profiles. However, I can not message people who have chosen to hide their e-mail addresses from the Android App.
I would have expected the phone app to mirror the broswer app relative to Member Messaging.

Membership Summary by Date
It would be ideal to have the ability to pull the membership summary data by a specific date (breakdown by membership type that shows the number of active, pending and lapsed members). Right now the membership summary only shows the live data as you are viewing the page.

Pay Now button through Wild Apricot/AffiniPay
As of right now, there is no way for me to send a link for a member to pay through AffiniPay that is linked to Wild Apricot. For example, if I send a member a link to pay their membership fees through AffiniPay and they do, I still have to record that payment in Wild Apricot. If WA developed a link from their website to pay for a membership and recorded it when it was paid, it would just save me some steps.

Data Needed for Determining Polling Results
The Polling functionality should include the number of individuals the poll was sent to. This information is required when calculating the percentage of votes received to determine results.

Calculate values with Macros
The ability to calculate numeric Marcros like a "forumla"
Example: ({Finances_PaymentSettledAmount} * .60)
So if the amount was $100, the above statement would display $60.
This way we could show proper amount for discounts, or portion of payment that is tax-exempt directly on receipt.2 votes -
Auto generated email for non participants who registered
We started having a reoccurring problem with people registering for events and then not cancelling nor showing up. It would be REALLY convenient to be able to send out an auto email for those that registered, but not attended. So that way they know that we were aware they registered and did not attend. I really like the feature for auto emails for when people register saying they are confined, and when someone cancels. This would take it a step further and would be greatly appreciated and super convenient. Thank you

Product reports
Reporting on sales in the online store needs to be improved. It is impossible to know which customer purchased which product unless you manually chart the sales by clicking through to individual invoices. This is an impossible task with a high order volume.

Allow Export of Email Logs
Allow us to Export the Email Log to a spreadsheet that includes separate columns for each field. I need to send members emails from a domain other than ConroeArtLeague.com because their domains send our Admin@ConroeArtLeague.com to Spam/Junk.
