Flexible event organiser notifications
Event notifications to different contacts. We host many events with many different organisers and I have limited options as to who can receive these emails. A tick box option from the list of contacts would bring ultimate flexibility for any event organised by any one.

Allow members to stay logged in on mobile devices
Please create a way for members to stay logged in on their mobile devices. We have a members-only discussion forum. When members get an email notifying them that there is a new post in the forum, they have to log in every time on their phone or tablet. It shows a log in window that says, "Please log in to continue." Even after they click the box that says "Remember me," they still have to log in every time. I don't think it would be a security risk to allow them to stay logged in, because they are coming to…

exporting combined groups or subsets of members
we have several types/levels of members, and I would like a quick way to export their email addresses for mass mailings. I can easily do the total of all members from the summary page but if I want to export 4 of 7 types of members I have to do each type separately and paste the lists together... I would like a way to sort my membership types in the summary screen and export just some groups in a single action

Display of multi-session events on Calendar-list view
I want to suggest that on the Calendar-list view multi session events be listed in order of the next session date and not on the order of the first session date, because it makes ir very hard to find the upcoming events for the week or month. In our case we have many events occurring on a weekly basis and it is really confusing to sort through events based on the first session date.

Admin review of newsletters and email blasts
Allow saved email drafts and newsletters to be viewed by other admins for approval before being sent out. Also, to allow another admin to send out an email created by someone different.
For example:
1. Our newsletters need to be reviewed and approved before being sent out.
2. We should be able to create an email blast and save it so someone else can send it, such as when preparing to go on vacation, or when another person needs to make edits.

Customize the Attendance Report
When printing a registration attendance list, allow us to choose what fields to print. Having the membership type is not a useful field for an event attendance list. But having a contact email or phone number is.

Big Improvements to Blog widget
Update the blog preview gadget to allow scaled thumbnails, as well as more characters in the actual preview of the text.
Update the blog gadget itself so that administrators can list someone in the "by line" without changing the CSS, and make the posts so that you can save them to publish later (even with you select that you want to publish a posts several days later on the calendar, it posts anyhow - it doesn't work like it should.) Stop Emails with WildApricot domains from Going Straight to Recipient's Spam Folders. Happens all the time.
Please make the price tag on forms, and the security feature on the subscription form optional. I want like to remove them.
A membership price of free on job applications is out of place. The security feature on the subscription form takes up too much width.

Have a "Member Profile Review Reminder" for Admins
Need to have a scheduled eMail reminder and a "flag" system to mark/flag members whose personal profiles need to be reviewed at a later point in time by the admin.
We have members that need to do certain tasks like updating their profiles and provide new pictures in albums. I would like to just flag/mark the specific member for a later review by the admin and then receive an eMail with a reminder to once again look into the specific profile. Also in the database there should be a marked icon like a flag, star or anything that indicates this…

Select event registrants to receive tailored emails
I would like to see check boxes added to event registrants so that I can pick and choose who I want to send an event update email to. I often like to send a tailored message to a group of people within the larger group of people registered (such as sponsors, senior people or people from a particular organisation). At the moment I can only email everyone or I have to send emails to each one individually by searching their name and then emailing. Easier tools to archive/manage old discussion forum threads
Help! We're getting overrun with old discussion forum posts that never age off the forum, so admins have to go in and manually delete the oldest. This is inefficient (an hour each week for me). A better way would be to: a)have a 'best-before' option (i.e. 3 months) where anything older is automatically deleted, or b) offer an admin tool that lists all posts, allows sorting by multiple fields, and allows delete or archive of single or multiple posts.

search tags
How would I add metadata search tags to blog entries (for us they are newsletter articles)? I would like to add synonyms and alternate terms.
Alternatively, what would it take for W.A. to license Googles search engine, which provides much of what I need (PDF search, thesaurus)?

When I tried on our trial site (WATrial11) a search on 'VSO' brought up four hits, but NOT the blog entry with a title containing that acronym.

Allow additional info on each session of a multi-session event
Many thanks for the multi-event capability in 5.6! We offer classes that typically run 5 or 6 sessions, so it's an excellent enhancement for us. Now we would like to be able to add a short info blurb (maybe a hover note?) to each session to tell a little about what the topic of that session will be.

online punch card
Our members like the idea of having a punch card whereby they buy a block of 10 sessions but they can choose which days they attend. I was wondering if we can emulate that concept online with the members attendance (similar to checking smeone in at an event) clicking down the number of remaining visits left.

Optimized the site for visually impaired people.
We have three members of our club that are visually impaired.
They are claiming that the captura tool that is being used is not compliant with their screen reader software.I'm not sure how that works and what the technology behind visually impaired screen assistance reader.
