Event description divider image not included in confirmation email
If we use the divider in the Event description editor, an image is inserted. The event description is included in the registration confirmation email, but the image is not. It would be nice to have a simple <hr/> option as a divider.

Membership Pause Feature
Hi guys and girls,
In light of the current COVID19 situation, with various countries and their lockdown issues not allowing social activities, is it possible for you to implement a membership pause feature. Basically a one button feature allowing us to put all membership on hold until we then unhold and return to normal

Account Statement Date Range
When creating an account statement for a specific contact, it would be helpful to be able to set parameters for the account statement. For example, being able to see the account statement for just the last year.

Allow Recurring Payments for $0.00 Member Levels with Required Extra Costs
Currently, a member level fee is required to enable automatic recurring payments, even when there is a required extra cost. In other words, if the "level fee" is set to $0.00, then the option of recurring payments for Extra Charges is not even available.
Our dues are based on Tiers and it works best by using Required Radio Buttons to represent the Tier Options. We've tried several workarounds, but the best for us is to make the Member Level fee one penny (0.01) and the explain why there is an extra one cent cost of membership.

make email easy
How about making emails easier. Several of us have tried to figure out how to contact event enrollees for days now without success. At no time have we seen the Send Now or Schedule buttons below the email types. We are in public mode and have only recently disabled registrations. Very frustrating for something that should be very easy and essential.

The pinned forum post should not be pinned in the forum summary gadget.
We're just starting out, but the one forum that has a pinned post is showing that pinned post as the first entry on the forum summary gadget. It shouldn't be pinned there at all. If I limit that gadget to 5 entries and there are 5 pinned posts, that gadget will never update since it'll always be showing the pinned posts.
At this point, I'll need to exclude the one forum using the pinned forum post. -OR- I'll need to unpin the post and add it as a notice above the forum gadget. Neither option is ideal.

Please hide the "Registration is not enabled" on the app. People think the event is full already.

customer service query ticketing system
it would be great to be able to manage member queries via the platform, ie member questions come in and rather than responding to them via email, automatically issuing a ticket #, assigning them to a staff member and handling them in the system etc

Store order require phone number
I need the ability to make the phone number a required field for a store order. If people don't supply it, I am not able to get in touch with them quickly.

Q&A forum, let anybody create a topic, but only a subset of members can reply
Hi,
We'd like to create a Q&A style forum, where any of our members can ask questions (ie, create topics), but only a subset of our members with expertise can answer the questions (ie, reply to topics). Is this a permission option that could be added to the forum feature?

Template based meta tags
Hi.
It would be helpful to be able to add meta tags to a template for a specific section of the website. E.g. geo tags on the meeting pages.

Event Registrant View Sort by Last Name
Writing in regards to the “Registered” view feature in Events. I am disappointed to learn that the default sort for this view is by registration date instead of last name. The ability to view a “live” roster was a feature we presented our Board of Directors and a factor when making our database change to WildApricot.
The current sort by registration date is relatively useless and creates more problems than it does solutions. Anyone using the feature wants to know two things:
- 1. Did I register? Do I see my own name on the list.

We have events that are "Season Passes" for our regular programs. Is there a way to set it so people can check in more than once? The QR code check-in is really helpful for us.

Inserting Non-Breaking Characters in Email Editor
Need the ability to insert either a non-breaking space or hyphen when using the new Email editor. Previously, direct editing of the HTML code allowed insertion of non-breaking characters. Some thing like Ctrl-Shift-Space or Ctrl-Shift-Dash would be a good options (as used in Microsoft Word).

Underlining problem
There is a problem with underlining on a page.
If I write a sentence on a page and underline a word or two in that sentence, and then save the page, then at a later date decide to remove that underlining. It won't remove. The only way I can overcome the problem is to delete the whole sentence and rewrite it without the underline.

Site wide updates
Is there a way to have updates n (i.e. email addresses, registrant info) site wide? If a registrant updates their email after registering, the communications for that event will be sent to the email that was associated to the account at that time.

direct member cc billing capabilities needed
I am the administrator of 218947 and have a few products in the "store." I have to do a work around to put in and bill a member's credit card. It is odd that, as an administrator, I can not directly bill a member for a product or service without having to input the order under my name, edit the invoice and then input his/her cc number. Please make it so an admin can input a cc charge directly from the admin side of the store. Ed Padin

Event Session reminder emails sent ONLY to that session's registrants.
Make session registrants the only recipients of that session's reminder email. It confuses members when they get an email that reminds them of a session date they didn't sign up to and then here come the emails to the admin.
