Site wide updates
Is there a way to have updates n (i.e. email addresses, registrant info) site wide? If a registrant updates their email after registering, the communications for that event will be sent to the email that was associated to the account at that time.

direct member cc billing capabilities needed
I am the administrator of 218947 and have a few products in the "store." I have to do a work around to put in and bill a member's credit card. It is odd that, as an administrator, I can not directly bill a member for a product or service without having to input the order under my name, edit the invoice and then input his/her cc number. Please make it so an admin can input a cc charge directly from the admin side of the store. Ed Padin

Event Session reminder emails sent ONLY to that session's registrants.
Make session registrants the only recipients of that session's reminder email. It confuses members when they get an email that reminds them of a session date they didn't sign up to and then here come the emails to the admin.

Make "view only" fields visible on membership applications/level changes.
Make "view only" fields visible on membership applications/level changes. We have a situation where members must buy stock, and have an option to purchase in in three annual installments. I wanted to show what their last stock installment payment was on their registration, but the view only field only shows up for renewals, not level changes, so it doesn't work for my members that are changing levels, which results in frequent errors to their stock purchase selections. Membership level should be searchable in directory
Please make the membership level searchable by people navigating the directory in the website. Consumers need to be able to search by membership level. Thank you

Opening documents uploaded by delegates in a registration event form
It would be extremely helpful and less time consuming to be able to open a delegate’s attached file from the event download. Have the field data, link directly to their uploaded document.

Allow extra charge calculation price to 5 significant digits
We need pricing to 5 significant decimal places in the extra charge field. it works for the fee price but not for extra cost.
We use the extra charge calculation to get around many of the limits of the event system. When we price to the nearest penny the after tax cost for 1 person is $30 and for two people is $59.99. it raises questions when trying to reconcile the bank statement and pricing to 5 decimal places would be the easiest solution and consistent with QuickBooks. Non profit sales
We sell a handbook that is of primary, although not exclusive, interest to non-profits. I would like a way for non profits to easily opt out of paying sales tax on this item. Right now my options are to either turn sales tax on or off. . . black or white. I need gray, ie the option to pay it, or opt out of it.

Checklist
It would be great if there was a checklist version of the member list for meetings. When we print the list it has sensitive financial information we do not want showing when people are checking in.

Reset Unsubscribe Preferences
As a club organization, I would like to annual require our members decide if they want to remain unsubscribed to our e-mails. All to often, we get members who "complain" they missed an event (acknowledge they unsubscribed) but forgot they had and wish they could be "reminded" that they unsubscribed. As a club, we dictate the rules, so it would not be an issue notifying unsubscribe preferences are reset annually. In any event, I think there should be an easy way to reset those preferences.

public directory
Public Member Directory Disconnect
By default all our members will not appear in the public member directory until they chose to change their settings. This has proved to be a problem. When leaving “Show in public directory” editable by member and they check yes, their listing will appear as “view details” with no info until they ALSO change their privacy setting to indicate what is to be shown. Even when including instruction to go to their privacy settings to select what should be seen, this does not happen. And, under privacy settings you can select some fields to be shown…2 votes -
More Donation Receipt Email Options
The only two options are Payer and Organization Contact. Typically you would want at least a Treasurer or other Account Administrators to be notified of a donation transaction. Add additional email options (or CC field).

expiration
Allow 0 in the "Limit renewal to within --- days of expiration" field in the renewal policy of a membership level. Currently, the field allows positive integers only. The minimum value it accepts is 1. which allows members to renew 1 day before the membership expiry date. My organization does not want that.

Scheduled Announcement Dates on Events List
In the Events List in Administrator Mode—be able to see for each event the scheduled event date for each possible announcement (Announcement 1, 2, etc.) and the Reminder (indicating no schedule or already sent)

Automatic detection of members for ticketing events
If we have two tickets, one for members, one not for members, the system currently allows members to register as a non-member without a prompt that they can purchase the member ticket. This leads to us having to issue refunds since member tickets are less than general admission. The system should recognize the email address entered as a member or not and default the ticket cost accordingly.

add note field (transaction description) to exported reports
Good morning,
My organization just signed up for Afffinipay. The description of what a transaction is for appears in the note field, for example membership renewal. The problem is that the note field is not part of the exported report which I use create my organization's monthly treasurer report. I really need the transaction description (note field) to part of the exported report in Affinipay. Thank you for considering adding it.2 votes -
Member Profile - Common Fields - Hide email and phone from public view
It would be great to mask the email and phone on your public profile. For instance, the Customizable Common Fields in the Administrative Settings allows you to hide from the email and phone fields. However, this page will still show the email and phone regardless of the settings. I would propose having the Email allow a member to send that person a message to their email through the website, but not be able to actually see their email address. In addition, the phone number probably should at least be masked so all the thousands of spider bots that comb web…

We like to provide our Members with their benefits, right in the activation email. Since they change from level to level, I would love the feature to set up different Welcome mails (activation) to each level.2 votes
