Emailing from mobile app.
Add emailing functionality into mobile app. There are several separate features behind this request:
* Send email from existing draft;
* Compose new email;
* Send an event announcements;

- View sent emails and check delivery status
- Send email to event attendees (from event screen).

filter by gift date on donation list (for exporting)
I do acknowledgments via mail merge and I send donations reports to my treasurer. Right now I export donations (ALL OF THEM) because there doesn't seem to be a way to filter by date for this week or this month or any custom period. I spend a lot of time filtering by custom fields and removing old gifts. This seems like a basic thing. Is it there and I am missing something?

Registrant to view and change his event registrations
Current features:
Once registered, a person can not change anything (i.e. cancel/edit details) about their registration, this can only be done by the administratorDesired behavior:

We’re happy to announce that now your registrants can view and cancel registrations.
This suggestion has accumulated many votes and comments. As usual, we started with the main needs and some of your requests are not covered in this release.
What released:
- All registrants now can view all their event registrations in one place. There is new tab ’My registrations’ in the profile.
- You, as administrator, can allow them to cancel their registrations and specify cut-off date if required.
- We added new email – Event registration cancelled. This message is sent when a registration was cancelled, either by an administrator or by the registrant.

Generating membership cards and certificates

Membership certificates/cards can be produced by running a search, exporting records and using something like MS Word mail mergeDesired behavior:

This suggestion has accumulated many votes over years and is one of top 3 in “Members” category. We’re happy to announce that the Membership Card is now ready for your use! Some of you already participated in beta-testing of this feature and using it already. We really appreciate your participation, time and feedback.As all big threads, this one contains several suggestions. Some of them are covered in the release, some are not. Let’s jump into it.
What released: Members can download and print membership cards using the design you create with the templates provided. Once you design and publish your card, members can view, download, and print their cards from their member profiles.

RSVP - Simplified event registration
Current behavior:
Registration requires filling out online registration form.Desired behavior:
In some cases this is an overkill and what is desired is Evite-style registration when people can simply click on the link in the event and be done with it.Notes:
1) This would only work for people already in the database
2) This would only apply to free events
3) If there are multiple registration types - assign one as default? Force people to choose online?

Classifieds gadget (i.e. Job Board )
Current behavior:
Blogs or forums are repurposed to serve as classified ads/job boards, however they have serious limitations that prohibit them from being suitable solutions.Desired behavior:

can't scroll in edit mode?
is it me or my computer? When I go into edit mode in any theme, I am unable to scroll down the page with my mouse but only edit right where I am. If I can scooch over to the right or the left of the gadget, to where there is blank space, then I can scroll. When not in edit mode, scroll works fine.

Multi-session events with a single registration (e.g. courses)

Events can not recur automatically, each instance has to be created manually.Desired behavior:

- every XX weeks on a certain day

Recurring donations
Current behavior:
Wild Apricot only supports one-time donations.Workaround
Use Membership application form since it is possible to setup a membership level like 'regular donor' with automatic recurring payments.
Desired behavior:

Provide a dedicated Tender for Square payments
Provide a dedicated tender for Square payments: “Online payment (Square)”. (I have to go through all the square payment transactions and manually change the tender just so that I can use the “tender” value to limit a display or export to only Square transactions.)

Prevent Accidental Large-Scale Archiving
Our membership director has accidentally archived hundreds of membership records twice in the last two months. I'd like a feature to prevent large-scale accidents. Perhaps an extra step or an extra privilege setting to archive more than a few records at one time.

To prevent accidental archiving the ‘Archive contacts’ button has been removed.

Your Getting Started You-Tube video should be available in full screen mode - it's too hard to see where the clicks are made to be helpful.

Remain within current contact financials upon deleting an invoice or payment. Is this a bug?

For various reasons, there are times which arise when an invoice or payment needs to be deleted. It frustrates us that each time we delete an invoice or payment within a particular contact's financial transactions, we are consistently redirected out to the global financial page for invoices or payments, respectively.
If we are editing financials at the contact level, we should be returned to that contact's financials alone. More often than not, there are still other tasks to perform within the contact. It takes a lot of unnecessary extra steps to get back to where we…

Mobile apps using square to pay online for registrations. Need tutorial and where to begin!
Make the service and ability to pay on line via square using a computer too more obvious on the site. I am new to this, need it, and don't even know where to begin. Need a tutorial explaining it. We want to drop PayPal and move to having payments handled by a bank, not PayPal.

saving emails
i often get kicked out while doing an email and even though it says auto saved, it did not. Would love to have a button to save as we go along and not rely on auto save for emails

Registration Enabled button on development page
The "Registration is Disabled" wording continues to confound me as I create a registration form. After creating the registration form the registration enabled button should appear on the form itself. I have spent too much time looking for the Registration Enabled button and it is not where it intrinsically should be.

Prioritize Test Emails Ahead of "Final" Email Blasts
From time to time, there are delays in receiving emails sent through Wild Apricot. In a perfect world, this would not happen but it is understandable as there will be times of high volume.
If, however, test emails were prioritized higher than "final" email blasts, we could review emails and get them sent and move on to another task knowing that this task was complete (even though members may be waiting to receive it).
As it is, the administrator must wait as long (it seems) as an email blast for each test to come through before making additional edits or…
