Display full names of image files, in all image-selection situations.
For example, if we have two photos in our WA image collection, one named "big-bird-eating-fish-250x300.jpg" and another one named "big-bird-eating-fish-500x600.jpg", we have no idea which is which, because the full names are not shown.
Similar problem with templates in the Email Template gallery. (Oddly, only in the Email composition mode, are the templates' full filenames displayed when hovered.)

More robust event registration filtering in Advanced Search, for analysis, not just emailing
Reasons we need to filter by Registrations more than we are currently able:
To analyze member activity and who's pulling their share of our load, we want to know (for example) what Members have attended more than one registration event in the past three years, and which events they are. Currently we can only filter for the number of registration events, then have to look at each one to determine when and what. People who registered for events 5 years ago are irrelevant, and people who are registered for our annual dinner are also irrelevant. We need to know who has recently registered for our more routine events.
In culling our list so as not to go over our limit, we need to do a similar search. Except this time we need to know who has NOT attended a registration event recently, including how often and which events. A non-member who was active 5 years ago but not recently is a candidate for Archives. But to determine this, we'd have to place checks in hundreds of events, and even if we laboriously do that -- it's not repeatable. Change the search, and you have to do that chore all over again. So we don't.

Income breakdown members / non-members p.a.
Is there a way to extract income from members and non-members from all events p.a.? I can only see how to do this per event, not all. I would like to see how much income we received from our members and from non-members to include this figure in our Annual Report.

In email templates, PLEASE DO NOT make automatically make an email address clickable!
It makes no sense for our footer to say "Do not write the address that this email was sent from (adminetc@OurDomain.org) ..." and have it be clickable!
I repeatedly remove the link code, but it keeps coming back. Please don't do too much of our thinking for us. You can't anticipate everything.

Warning message on limitations of search function
Warn users that PDF and document on website are NOT searched - until this functionality is included.
I have thousands of files from 19+ years - impossible to turn to page content. When a user searches a website, they expect to, and it is reasonable, to be able to find content within files contained with in the website site.
Until this fixed, Wild Apricot should put a warning message up each time a user enters text in the search field, that it will NOT find the search word or phrase in any document associated with the site.

Stop and Hold membership option
Our company offers an option of putting memberships on Hold with a 30 day notice. Since there is no such option, I have to keep track of all our clients dates and change them manually. I have missed a few in the past because it is so hard to keep track of everyone and our clients were charged.

Select All in profile privacy
Can we get a Select All button for the members profile privacy fields? it would be nice if members could quickly set all their privacy and then deselect the least ones.
I would suggest having an option at the top of each column under the Anybody/Member/No Access Heading.
I think it should be a Select All option that changes all the settings to Select All and then we can deselect the ones we dont wont. This would also make it easier for bulk changing a bunch of user privacy settings.
It is really inconvenient for users to have to go through each field to select their privacy settings and having a bulk change option would be nice. Can we get a Select All button for the members profile privacy fields? it would be nice if members could quickly set all their privacy and then deselect the least ones.

In the mobile app, we would like to be able to see a list of events people both signed up for and we’re checking in for.
Our members get education credits for each event they attend. They need a record of what they actually attended. Ie which events they registered for and were checked in for at the event.

Accordion gadget
An accordion (collapsing panel) area is a common interface item now but it is a bit time consuming with regular JS and CSS. A gadget that implements the technique would save lots of time. I've used this technique: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_accordion.asp

iTunes & Google Play
Hi,
I managed my non-profit group's website, but I'm not a programmer or web master by trade. We did a number of podcasts last year and I'd like to see about getting them onto iTunes and the Google Play Store. I'm perplexed with iTunes because I follow a link a friend sent me and apple keeps giving me a never ending loop where I log-in, click on the Podcast Connection button and then get asked to log-in again, over and over.
For Google Play though, seems like it might be working but it says I need to have <googeplay:author> and <googleplay:email> in the RSS feed. How can I edit the RSS feed from our site? I setup a page specifically for podcasts and a blog and put 1 podcast up there. Does it need to be a Blog? How do I go about doing this?
