Scheduled changes to website
Many organizations need to schedule repeated changes to the website for the public and members. There are scheduling features for email reminders and eblasts but no scheduling for website changes in Wild Apricot. It would be great to be able to
1) make a change to a page or page template
2) preview the change without making the change go public
3) schedule the change to be applied
Changes should be possible to the same gadget. The schedules should be modifiable as well as cancellable.
This is the sort of feature many CMS products have using workflow control (draft, publish at this time). It would really make a lot of things possible like redesigns. The idea of "draft" mode for a website would allow applying of new themes too and redesigning the website in place on a production system (like a staging site) and then automatic deployment at a certain time, but a simpler version of page level scheduled changes would be a great MVP.

Would be good if we could add / update forum or blog events into Integromat - then we can work on our own solutions for updates etc

Yes! Scheduled changes to publish sites or at the very least blogs! Being able to schedule publishing a blog post would be a good feature!
