catalog display suggestions
Love the new catalog/shopping cart. Would like to be able to control the order of items in each catalog. Also would like the number to appear with a comma after the thousands: 10,000.

We offer "First time attendee free" registration to our meetings. However we have people that have abused this offer by using it more than once. secondary email tracking and login
Secondary addresses will not be listed on the Failures or Delivered tabs.
Please allow tracking of secondary emails. In order to know if they are received.

Recall Emails once they are scheduled and recall unopened emails
I found out after I had sent the blast email that there was some incorrect information in it. I would like the ability to recall any scheduled emails and unopened emails.

Ability to edit 'Thank you' message for the poll
This feature has promise! Really need a little bit more control over editing... ability to edit poll thank you message. "Thank you for your vote" will not work for a membership survey.

Allow known person to apply for membership
Allow non-member to apply for membership if they are already known to Wild Apricot. If someone's email is already "known" to Wild Apricot (because they attended an event or paid for something) they cannot apply as a member. We require more info than is in the system but the person cannot login to supply that info until they've been approved. A real catch-22.

CC emails selectively
The CC emails to a secondary address is great, but would be much more useful if it could be set to selectively cc. Billing, Event, etc, emails as per the Routing of System Emails setting. This would then solve the "send invoices to the accounts department" issue for B2B associations.

Reports by Tags
It would be so very helpful to run reports using tags. i.e. tag: 2 hour workshop (assign to event), run report on 2 hour workshops. I could then export into excel and import into my financial system.

Show names of guests in registration list
show the names of the "guests" in the registered event list. Most of our members register their spouse and would like both names to show in the list.

Briefly: Charge Canadian users in Canadian dollars. The use of US $ causes "fiscal pain" with the fluctuations in exchange rates.

Limit event registration by membership type using annual inventory
We limit attendance at events based on membership level on an annual basis.
Example:
Bronze = 2 events/year
Silver = 4 events/year
Platinum = 6 events/yearIt would be great if the system could track qty available and qty used and limit event announcements and registrations from those members who have used all available qty for the year.

Coach access to team member registration. Can a coach create their roster in wild apricot and be linked to membership or non membership.
I would like head coaches to have access to their team and their event registrations.

Tournament Director access to only their event.
When a member registers a guest it is not allowing them to choose the package or note that they are not a member that would be an increased charge? Is there a different way for us to set up our registration to allow coaches to register their team with different memberships?

Add YES, NO MAYBE RSVP to online event registration
Right now the RSVP that goes out via email - YES, NO, MAYBE, does not match the RSVP online which is just "Register". I think this is very confusing for users. You should add the option to have YES, NO, MAYBE to the online RSVP

Email Improvement
To Field when Creating Emails should be on the Editing page where you are creating all the other message content. I seem to miss it very frequently and send out messages with an old or blank subject line! (Or have an indicator that can tell if the subject line has been verified before allowing send to happen)

Need different "Amount" settings per donation gadget
Need the ability to customize the system field "Amount" settings per donation gadget - e.g. one donation form lets people fill in their own amount, but another uses pre-set amounts. Right now there's only a single setting for all gadgets.
Also would be good to have a per-gadget setting for who gets the donation notifications.

More flexibility in specifying tax treatments of items is needed
On membership invoices, some extra charges are taxable and others not. E.g. dues and initiation fees are taxed while stock fees are not.
Also some events are taxable and other events are not.
While I can specify prices to be inclusive of tax and not apply taxes to entire invoices, this make accounting much more difficult.2 votes -
Export contact info using email filters
I want to easily toggle between electronic and hard copy mediums with my contacts and members. For example, for folks who haven't opened one of our electronic messages, I want to be able to send a physical, hard copy of the letter. I want to use the filters "not opened" and "opened, but not clicked" to export contact information as a datafile (for mailing labels).
