multiple depost accounts with Affinipay and Auto Sorting
Integrated payment with Affinipay is good, but my organization has multiple bank accounts for separate departments of our organization. Multiple deposit accounts through Wild Apricot Payments would allow us to track our income better.
With this functionality, choosing what payments go where would be helpful as well. For example, all event payments go to one account while membership renewals go to another

We have a 501(c) and need this functionality

We need this as we are running a capital campaign and tracking those gifts separately.

Our organization needs and would use the ability to attach a second Affinipay account to our site. Those of you who could use this - please speak up!

Again, WA is turning a deaf ear to the users. This is not new technology and many, many other processers offer this functionality. Wake up WildApricot or you will lose more business.

No immediate plans here. Sorry about this

We are debating switching to another system that can handle multiple bank accounts. I would prefer it Wild Apricot would add this feature!

Many membership associations that are organized as 501(c)(6) (membership trade associations) also operate non-membership 501(c)(3) component charitable organizations. But we only have one membership to deal with and therefore only one website.
By not allowing us multiple bank account payments through Affinipay, you are forcing us to implement different ways of accepting payments (i.e. through Square Register.) This is precisely why I moved to Wild Apricot, to eliminate multiple services such as MailChimp, Eventbrite, and the like.
Your simple comment "We have no immediate plans for multiple payment accounts for single account" typifies your response to your customers' pleas for greater usability and flexibility with your service. It may be accurate, but it also appears deaf and maybe even dumb!

I also think this is an important feature that should be added. I suspect. many non-profit organizations have at least two bank accounts.

Oleg, it would be terrific if you / Wild Apricot would reconsider this point. For most small non-profits the commingling of funds is problematic, as different accounts are needed for different functions - i.e membership vs. events vs. point of sale. To have this feature on the back end would truly help with operations for WA subscribers while having no negative impact to WA.

We were running 4 different WA websites (one for each of our Chapters). We recently combined the 4 WA sites into a single WA website so our members could easily sign up for other chapter events and to have a single membership database. It's working well, but we have to take $'s in at a central level and then pass them back to the appropriate Chapter. It would be great to have payments go back to a specific Chapter (via coding on the Membership Levels and Events).

I am required by CA law to segregate my event payments from my membership payments. They require payments for travel events to be deposited to a trust account. Your integration with Affinipay allows transfers to only one bank account. The only work around I can come up with is to open a third bank account to use as a holding account from which I transfer the event vs membership funds. I accomplish this now by making separate withdrawals from PayPal to the two accounts. Integrating two accounts into your pay flow would be the truly elegant solution, in fact easier than what i do now with PayPal.

I was wondering whether this was an option, but the question and other comment make me think it must not be. My group would like to be able to direct money from one of our events into a separate bank account that the organizers of that event could more easily access. I hope that option is being developed?

This functionality is mandatory for our organization. Other membership software such as club express, offer it. When will WildApricot get up to speed and offer it?
