MEETUP
Our event attendees really want to be able to easily see who's going like meetup. Currently the way to view "registrants" is not obvious to lot's of people.
It would be great if you could make it easier for people to see who is going.1 vote -
confirm attendance.
Would be great to have an option in events to email registrants and seek an active confirmation that they plan to attend. we have had issues where registrants don't show effectively taking a seat that someone else could use. Appreciate you probably can't link to a sms service but even a 'reminder' type email that requires a push button response to confirm your attendance would be beneficial.

NextDoor Icon
Under the Social Profile in the Home template, it would be nice to have a NextDoor Icon in addition to the Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. A lot of neighborhood organizations use NextDoor.

Change Donation send from/reply-to email
It would be suitable, and practical for a business that uses more than one E-Mail address, to be able to edit the sender/reply-to E-Mail in some of the other functionalities; such as donations. Currently this isn't able to be edited, like the main email blast area, which is a pain for organisations like ours.

User fire Amy guest registrations and emails
To be able to register more than one guest for an event registrant without having to return to registrant's main page each time.

Allow invoice payments via Mobile Member Apps
If member has an outstanding balance/invoice pending payment, they should be able to see it when they login using their mobile app and pay the invoice using their mobile app.

Allow limited admins ability to restrict files
Currently, unless I'm missing something, only a full access administrator can set the access level on uploaded files. Can a future version include the ability of website editors to have this ability?

Update Financial section to work properly with Quickbooks & account for merchant fees or processing fees
If you add the ability to select processing or merchant fee percentages in the admin area, then the actual dollars would document and export to quickbooks correctly. Right now, if anyone uses merchant accounts, the fees aren't noted and deducted in the system and makes the quickbooks export incorrect. In fact it makes the financials incorrect all together. It is an easy fix and hope you do it soon so that the feature can be used. What's the point of exporting incorrect data?

We need to be able to produce reports on each product item separately so we know how many have been sold and by whom - as the items belong to different areas of our business. There is no possibility of doing this currently.
We also need to be able to sell a product with and without postage to members and non-members - & we want it to appear as one product/line item only.
We also have issues because our administrators can't upload products to the store, it can only be done by someone with Full admin privileges.
The way the shop is set up does not work for us. Manually sort products on catalog page
Would like to be able to place the items in a particular order of appearance on the page.

In the top catalog gadget, you can show only items tagged with you specific tag, and in another gadget show all the rest.

Eliminate archived bundle members in macro
Right now archived bundle members are included in the bundle member macro. This is confusing to our members, who want us to remove people who are no longer employed there. However, we would prefer to leave them archived, rather than delete them (and their history.) Can you eliminate including the archived members in that macro? Or at least make it an option?

Forum responses not useful or organized
The Forum is really hard for people to use. You can't quote an original question in a response, and your response is not threaded with the original question. So a person must read through all responses to get to the one they want.
Needs better organization.

Registration List Not Visible to Public
We have both public and member-only events. Some member-only events require registration. The list of members registering for an event should not be visible to the public.

A way to notify leaders of new membership in their area
Hello,
Currently, we have members select a chapter affiliation when they sign up in WA. It would be great if there could be a notification sent to specific people if their chapter was selected.
For example, we have several chapters that would like to know how many members they attracted and just have a current list in general. I have to pull up a report every so often to give them a list of members who selected their chapter. It would be wonderful if there was a way for me to set up notifications for each chapter so when someone selects that chapter, they get the information. Otherwise, I am spending so much extra time disseminating the information out to each chapter. Hope this makes sense.
Maybe it isn't a form notification, but something else? A way for others to see specific information selected by members?

multiple depost accounts with Affinipay and Auto Sorting
Integrated payment with Affinipay is good, but my organization has multiple bank accounts for separate departments of our organization. Multiple deposit accounts through Wild Apricot Payments would allow us to track our income better.
With this functionality, choosing what payments go where would be helpful as well. For example, all event payments go to one account while membership renewals go to another
