    Recent Blog Post Gadget. Can you make improvements to it. This would help with USABP. Such as in the USABP Viewpoints landing page. I'd like to be able to serve up the articles with a summary/snippet or first 155 characters, etc to draw people in to the article. I'd also like to have control to hide author and / or article date.     I am on the board of an organization with multiple branches. I looked into the multi branch discounts you offer, but it is based on the total number of branches, not on the total number of members. Currently we have 4 branches, each with their own membership process, and are adding a 5th so we might get a slight advantage out of this. One of our branches will probably exceed 1,000 members this year for example. Under the current multi branch plan, you could have 10 branches with 20 members each that would get a significant benefit, while we could…

  3. Advanced Search Help Error

    Hi.

    Under ADVANCED CONTACT SEARCH in HELP:

    Modifying saved searches

    To modify a saved search, you display it within the Advanced search screen, modify the search criteria, then save the search using the same name or a different name. In either case, a new saved search will be created and the original search will remain unchanged.

    It says "original search will remain unchanged", but it seems to me if you save the search using the same name, how could it remain unchanged?

  4. Field Type Called ENTER BUT CANNOT MODIFY

    Hi.

    I would like to add a field type called ENTER BUT CANNOT MODIFY.

    This would allow someone to enter any information when they first enter it, but then would have to have authorization to EDIT that field.

    This way someone can enter information, but someone else can correct the information without the concern that someone else (unauthorized) will change it again.

  6. Autogenerate WELCOME email

    Hi.

    Right now, whn you add a new contact/member, you have to manually send them an email acknowledging their registration, which might be forgotten.

    It would be great if it would offer to do this automatically, or prompt the person entering it if they would like to send a WELCOME email.

  8. Allow custom domain to be sub-domain, and email domain top-level

    Fix the mismatch between custom domain, which is used to point to the WildApricot site, and the email domain used for custom email address.

    Currently, WildApricot cannot support the common situation in which an org, say acme.org has a sub-domain members.acme.org that points to WildApricot members site, and email addresses of the form xxx@acme.org.

    This cannot be configured in WildApricot, because its TXT/SPF check of the DNS tries to find a record for members.acme.org, when there will only be a TXT record for acme.org, since this is the email domain. This can be easily fixed, by making the TXT/SPF…

  9. Mobile App: Registration Types & Availabilities

    For events displayed in the Mobile App, the registrations types are not sorted in the same way as the desktop version.

    Additionally, all registrations types are displayed regardless of their availability. This makes for a confusing experience for users.

    At this stage we would probably not use the mobile app for event registration because of this.

  10. Free text fields for buyers to specify order details

    Allow users to complete free text information fields as opposed to (or in addition to) fixed lists of specified product options. These pieces of information would be passed to the admin contact (and forwarded to others) as part of the notification email.

    We sell services and we need to collect 2-3 pieces of information per service in order to complete orders.

  11. Emailing Efficiently to Contacts and Members

    Between my member database and my contacts database I have about 985 people that I can reach using my email/templates platform in WA. However, if I have a reason to email a subset of these categories of say 120 people, and these folks live in a separate excel file, there is no way for me to upload this excel file so I can easily send them an email from WA! I have to manually - one by one - search and select each person and add them to my email distribution list. This is CRAZY for a sophisticated database platform.…

    I just lost over an hour of work because the WA email I was editing deleted itself and autosaved an empty email. Worst email system EVER.

    If only I had a saved event history I could get my afternoon back!

  13. Multiple Event Rates per Registration Type

    Events - it would be helpful to be able to set two different rates for events under the same registration type -
    example: Conference Attendee Rate, $5 if registered by March 10, $15 after March 10, max # of attendees 100. This would allow the total number of attendees to be under one registration type when you have to set a limit to attendees. Thank you for your consideration.

  15. Email distribution for manual waitlist registration

    Waitlist -- When manually moving a guest from waitlist to registration list the "Send notification" should include distribution to the event organizer. Currently, distribution includes the event organizer when using auto registration.

  16. Recording Data - System Capabilities

    After opening a registration record, editing it, and saving, the system should take you back to where you were on the list. Instead they system takes you to the first registration record.   18. Provide standard participation reports, and reports on other useful data

    WA provides a nice financial report. It's not all that accurate, since it doesn't account for cash and other non-card payments, nor for events that do not require payments. It's a start, at least for recognizing a trend.

    But no such reporting for membership and non-member activity? WA specializes in member organizations!

    I've tried using Contacts and Members advanced reporting, but the fields, operators, date ranges, and such just aren't there, or aren't flexible enough to report such important data as:

    How many members attended events last year vs. this year?
    What was the average number of events attended by…

  19. Interface with Zelle and other such payment systems, so they are reflected in our Income reports.

    I have no idea how WA would do this (nor why WA would want to, now that you offer your own card processing system), but it would be helpful, at least as the WA financial reporting system goes. This year, our organization began encouraging Registrants to pay via Zelle, which charges neither party a processing fee. The difference is thousands of dollars in our bank account (paying for our WA account ;-) .   20. Exporting Member data with stripe recurrring in another system

    Hello Team,

       My client currently using wild apricot for membership management. he can't share account number with me. I tried to export members and financial data from wild apricot account but it couldn't contain stripe customer id and stripe source id field in csv when i export. please can you help how can i get  stripe customer id and stripe source id for existing members on wild apricot account, stripe customer id is like "cus_ELVWLyZ0t7CBxD" and stripe source id is like "src_1DsoVTKz8Bu2wmuXrOMgNvZx". please can you help on to get these two field with member export as other system need these
