Text Notifications from the same place as email confirmations
It would be helpful if the TNS service was another tab that was accessible on the email tab or another tab was added just like that on that page. It would also be handy if one of the macros was the info on the description page just like the emails are able to do.

recurring payments for event or product
We charge for annual membership and we also charge monthly fees for those members who choose to be on a coached team. We need a way to allow members to sign up for a monthly class and set up monthly recurring payments they manage.
Alternately, we could put the monthly class as an item they buy in the store but we'd also want it to have an option of recurring monthly charges. (Like buying a monthly subscription inside of their annual membership.)
We cannot use recurring membership fees because this recurring fee is not tied to their membership or membership year and we cannot use recurring donations to cheat the problem because these fees are not tax deductible.

Force Log Off
I would love to be able to force everyone off & make them log in again. Especially before a policy or terms & conditions change - so that we can ensure that each member sees it and is forced to answer. Also on general principle in case they had logged in on an old device or public terminal and forgot to log off.

Reuse Content
Make it possible to reuse content on multiple pages. Create reusable content gadget that can be named, saved and inserted into multiple pages. Similar to the reusable content blocks used in WordPress. This would make it possible to edit content once and have that content updated on all pages that it is inserted into. Examples, addresses, committee membership lists, etc.

Fraud Alert or Holds on a Credit Card Need to be Removed by AffiniPay
Wild Apricot needs to put pressure on AffiniPay to have them remove a hold after the credit card issuer does so. I was told by AffiniPay Support that once they receive a Fraud code (Code 59) in their system, that particular credit card will never be accepted by their system, even after the issuer of the card lifts the hold. That is too stringent and needs to be removed. It forces members to use a different credit card which may not be available to them for use for business expenses. They then have to use a personal card and have to arrange for reimbursement from their employer.

Allow blog post's titles and snippets to be displayed in blog gadget publicly when the blog is set in a member only page
Many clients want to show at least the titles of member only post, however the blog gadget will not display any titles for posts in a member only page. So display a post title and details even if on a member only page - and when click require pubic to login to access full post.

ICS Feeds
Allow for ICS feeds.
The RSS Feed that currently exists does not work with calendars.we have many members complaining that they want to be able to subscribe to the clubs calendar. (we have over 2200 members)
Currently they have to go to each one of the events and add them, and we have a few hundred events each year... this is crazy.

Allow ReCaptcha to be used for Wild Apricot customers from China without compromising security
Please replace google.com with recaptcha.net in the scripts and urls for ReCaptcha or provide alternative source for ReCaptcha. This will reduce the security risk associated with disabling ReCaptcha for customers from China.

Permit deletion of SiteAlbum folders
Because of Wild Apricot's storage limitations, we have moved a lot of our photos and videos to another platform. This leaves us with a lot of empty, orphaned SiteAlbum folders. There is currently no way to delete a SiteAlbum folder other than to file a deletion request with support.
This is justified by saying that the folders might be needed for restoration. However, restoration is only possible up to 30 days after deleting the contents. It should be possible to delete a SiteAlbum folder whose last reference (e.g. album widget) was deleted more than 30 days ago.
Simpler still, why not just warn the administrator attempting to do so that deleting the SiteAlbum in question will prevent restoring any of its contents and leave it up to them whether or not to take the risk.

Membership card formatting - background image
We already have a physical membership card design which includes significantly more graphical content than the templates available online. We'd like to be able to upload our existing design in high-resolution as a background image that covers the entire card area, and then place the relevant text fields as we require. Can we do this?

expiration date on posts
It is very important to have an expiration date on posts. We would like to delete posts older than 90 days, and we have to do it manually, very time consuming for Admin.

Batch Deleting Draft/Empty Email
I have 30 members with account access to use the email function to communicate with their respective interest group. It's a great tool but annoying in that if you click on "create email", a draft is saved, whether you use it or not. All of the no subject emails add up. Yes, the individual should be responsible to clean up after themself, but doesn't happen. As administrator, I'd like a way to be able to go to the All Email/Draft view and bulk select on more than one email to delete. Seems like Wild Apricot would think this is a good thing, too.

Functionality to clean up email log files
There is currently no ability to delete the logs for failed emails which are accessed from Contacts > Filter By > With Email Delivery Problems. For example, there was an email that was not sent because of an error with the receiving email. That was sorted but in order to remove the log of the event (which was 2 years old when I came on), I had to send a manual email to the contact. I should have been able to just delete the old log as the Admin.
