Membership Summary by Date
It would be ideal to have the ability to pull the membership summary data by a specific date (breakdown by membership type that shows the number of active, pending and lapsed members). Right now the membership summary only shows the live data as you are viewing the page.

Pay Now button through Wild Apricot/AffiniPay
As of right now, there is no way for me to send a link for a member to pay through AffiniPay that is linked to Wild Apricot. For example, if I send a member a link to pay their membership fees through AffiniPay and they do, I still have to record that payment in Wild Apricot. If WA developed a link from their website to pay for a membership and recorded it when it was paid, it would just save me some steps.

Data Needed for Determining Polling Results
The Polling functionality should include the number of individuals the poll was sent to. This information is required when calculating the percentage of votes received to determine results.

Calculate values with Macros
The ability to calculate numeric Marcros like a "forumla"
Example: ({Finances_PaymentSettledAmount} * .60)
So if the amount was $100, the above statement would display $60.
This way we could show proper amount for discounts, or portion of payment that is tax-exempt directly on receipt.2 votes -
Auto generated email for non participants who registered
We started having a reoccurring problem with people registering for events and then not cancelling nor showing up. It would be REALLY convenient to be able to send out an auto email for those that registered, but not attended. So that way they know that we were aware they registered and did not attend. I really like the feature for auto emails for when people register saying they are confined, and when someone cancels. This would take it a step further and would be greatly appreciated and super convenient. Thank you

On the admin app you can only swipe three most recent events. the ability to ship all open and active events would be cool

Product reports
Reporting on sales in the online store needs to be improved. It is impossible to know which customer purchased which product unless you manually chart the sales by clicking through to individual invoices. This is an impossible task with a high order volume.

Allow Export of Email Logs
Allow us to Export the Email Log to a spreadsheet that includes separate columns for each field. I need to send members emails from a domain other than ConroeArtLeague.com because their domains send our Admin@ConroeArtLeague.com to Spam/Junk.

Extending /accounts/{accountId}
I was wondering if it would be possible to extend the /accounts endpoint to include other pieces of the organization data, specifically the address/phone details under Account owner details

This would be really useful in multi chapter scenarios where you want to collect all the organizational data about each chapter through the API.

More search parameters for member list
Love how easy Wild Apricot made the managing of our members. Would appreciate more options for sorting/searching the member list, eg. be able to search for renewals due NEXT month; and be able to sort the member list by renewal date or status.

Report Group Folders
As my saved searches list continues to grow, the time has come to organize them based on function (audit, new, lapsed, groups, etc). It would be great to be able to create some report groups to subcategorize them into.
In the meantime, I could live with doing this based on the name of each report. To do so would easier if I could rename existing reports (can't do that). But I suppose I could just run the report and save a new one with a name Audit-Lapsed Members by Type instead of being in it's own folder.

Link Registration Button Externally
Can you add an option to the Simple Event form where it does not require the presence of a registration button or where we can link that button to an external web address? Sometimes we simply need to promote someone else's event (i.e, chapter, partner, etc.)

BCC New member information
Our organization has certain Ambassadors that reach out to new members. Our old CRM (Sumac) had the ability to send an email to each ambassador if there was a new member in their area with their basic contact information so that the Ambassador could reach out to them. I would like to have this ability with Wild Apricot.

reposition photo within frame tool desired
The photo tool has grown much over the time I've been using. But I wish that I could position a photo within the frame alloted for the photo. Right now it seems to anchor the photo the the top left of the photo, and crop out whatever doesn't fit on the right and bottom. So if I want to crop, for example, some headroom out of the photo, I have to do it in a photo editor and then import it and then go "oh, that's not quite right and then crop it in the photo editor and say "still…

Save a draft of a page
It is very inconvenient not to be able to save a draft of a page before it is updated. When there are many features of a page to update/add, it becomes very time-consuming to have to do it all in one shot.

Tags for transactions in WA payments
AffiniPay allows users to create "Tags" called "Category 1" and "Category 2" in their merchant applications that can be passed through to the AffiniPay process, thereby enabling the merchant application to share custom information about the transaction origination to AffiniPay's reporting and back to the paying customer.
However, Wild Apricot has not implemented hooks in its application to allow its clients (the "merchant") to make use of the tags feature.
It's there for the using, so please, Wild Apricot, get it working for us.
