Default time on prescheduled events
When scheduling an event email to go out, Instead of 8:00 am being the default time, I would like to see it where the administrator for the event could change what time to send out those invitations or you could leave it at a certain time if you wish....that way, the same people won't be waiting by their computers to sign up....they will never know when that email may come their way. Thank you.

Simplify email by having a uniform email template and emails in one place
I'm sorry you put so much effort in redoing the email editor since it probably is NOT what people were asking about. Basically look at Emma, MailChimp, ConstantContact. What do they have in common? Consistency and ease of use. You set your header and footer in a template that isn't touched. This also includes fonts and colors. All emails created are just the BODY of the template. I am so frustrated right now. We changed our logo and changed our social media addresses and I literally have to change 100s of emails. The event templates, the membership templates for EACH of our membership levels, all the finance templates. I'm sure there are others that I will miss. Not to mention if I realize after the first 20 that I forgot to change one of the urls, I have to start all over. It's too time consuming and looks unprofessionial on our part for some emails to look one way and others another, especially the unsubscribe that we can't change the font for and literally looks tacked on , which it is.

Registration report
Have the system generate a admin defined registration report; in Excel format, at the end of the 'Available through date' and send it to the 'Event Organizer' selected on the event Email tab. This will allow you to have a event host get a registration report automatically without involving an admin.

"Apply for Membership" during event registration redirects to wrong page.
Major bug that needs to be prioritized for immediate fix! The "Apply for Membership" box during event registration redirects person to the wrong membership application page. We have two pages that have membership application gadget on them; one for members and one for sponsors. The "Apply for Membership" process is redirecting user to the sponsor application page, instead of the member application page. We need to tell that "Apply for Membership" process which page it needs to redirect to. I have tried swapping the pages and that did not work. No work-around identified. Needs immediate bug fix!

allow multiple registrations, different prices, then monitor total number of tickets sold.
I should be able to allow multiple registrations at once and be able to keep track of Number of RSVP / tickets sold. For example For our Santa Brunch 2019 event, I want to keep track of total number of registrations and then charge a different price for adults and children.

We would like to address rejoining members separately from renewing
According to the way we’ve been operating:
- A new member is someone who has never been a member before; WA is set up for that. WA generates an e-mail response welcoming new members.
A renewing member is someone who was a member in the previous calendar year (renewal due 12/15), but renews any time from 12/15 to 12/14 (e.g., 12/15/18 - 12/14/19). WA is set up for that. WA generates an e-mail response thanking a member for renewing.
A rejoining member is someone who last renewed outside the standard renewal period; in this example, before 12/15/17 (their membership will have expired 12/14/17). If such a person sends in a renewal after 12/14/18, they are considered a rejoiner and should get a message (e-mail) different from the one sent to a timely renewer. Such a person keeps their original membership number and date of first joining the Association (we make a note that they let their membership lapse for one or more years). I recently had someone rejoin who was last a member in the early 1980s (although that is an extreme example). In the case I mentioned (below) from 2015, I did enter their original membership date and original membership number from our old DB, but had to enter them as “new” because we did not carry our entire old DB into WA (too much dead wood there). WA does not seem to be set up for rejoiners (as we define them); certainly we would not want them getting a new member e-mail (that might cause confusion), but neither do I know how to work it so they get a different e-mail response from WA.
Right now, we have a number of people who were last members in 2017; we will be inviting them to rejoin soon, so we need to figure this out.

Invoice Numbering
Allow client to apply beginning invoice # for each event and membership enrollment period. We have multiple events (including annual Membership enrollment) which overlap each other. Some have same ticket price. This numbering system would allow us to identify payments to specific event.

Multi Events with Different Payment Gateways
We are an organization with multi Chapters. WE host events throughout our 5 regions. We would love to host all our events and keep track of them through Wild Apricot but the only problem is we can only associate 1 bank account for payment. There are other softwares out there that allow multi bank accounts. We love the Wild Apricot membership software but this feature is the main thing we see as lacking. Try and develop this feature. You may reach me at nationalsecretarynabstmc@gmail.com or call me at (404) 683-8496.

Offer Multiple Announcement Emails
Enhance polling capability to allow for multiple "announcement emails" similar to the event announcement capabilities. This would enable us to invite members to take the poll and not send the email to members that have already taken the poll.
