Sales Receipt verifications and validations
We are looking at Store options. We want to customize the options when a member purchases something. Currently the fields are fixed. We need more options associated with sales. For example, we want to sell range passes that are valid only for at certain time and place. We can sell a pass, but the receipt doesn’t have a “valid only on ______ at____” Or say, some other condition of the sale. Currently that is not possible.
Also, it would be extremely useful if we could have a QR code on the sales receipt that will bring up the online receipt in the system so that we can easily and quickly verify if the paper receipt is valid, or has been tampered with at some point. This is particularly critical for sales, so that they can’t claim that an item hasn’t been delivered when it actually has been delivered. Without a QR code it will require a level of admin access we don’t want to make available to EVERYONE, but we do want everyone to be able to manage things at the entry level when they volunteer.We are looking at Store options. Privacy violation
We have to have the ability to protect the ID of minors. In Events, mobile app, all levels of administrator have access to at least SEE private info that puts minors at risk. This is a serious violation of the privacy act. When a member joins, the info includes the names of their children who may use the archery range (for example). The only way to manage an event is to give the Event manager admin read only rights, which Also exposes private information of every members family, including minors, addresses, phone numbers & email addresses. This is a serious violation of privacy, when all the event manager needs to be doing is checking in the registered guests at an event. That manager should not have the ability to SEE all the members and their kids of every age! Event management should ONLY be event management. There should be NO access to anything else in the database, and certainly not access to the ID of minors.

can we set a minimum registration required? we want to have at least 6 (or 20) or any number to run this event, and we will cancel otherwise.

Naming export files
When exporting files I would like to be able to edit the file name BEFORE it is created/downloaded.
"YYYY-MM-DD Members Association Name" is fine if you're only downloading one file, but when doing multiple exports in a short time frame, it would be great to edit the file name in advance. From the default file name, I can't tell the difference between a complete export and a highly filtered set.
It would also be nice to have the Organization information include a "nickname," or "short name" field, and the short field be used in file name instead of the frequently cumbersome full name of association.

List-Unsubscribe
Some members receive our mail blasts but cannot find them as they automatically go to their spam folder. Using tools like mail-tester.com we are improving what we can in order to reduce the probability of spam classification.
One change that comes recommended is to have a List-Unsubscribe header included in the mail. This is not something we can add, so we're wondering if Wild Apricot could add this header to all mail that already have the {Unsubscribe_Url} macro.

Ability to move or remove 'Add to calendar' feature from Event Details page
It seems that no matter how many times we tell them that they need to click the 'register' button, we have members click the 'Add to calendar' button on the Event Details page every event we run, thinking that this registers them for the event. Could we please have the ability to either move this feature to a different page (most appropriately once they have registered for events) or alternatively remove it completely?

Stripe Client-Server
Currently Wildapricot uses client-only checkout, which limits functionality and supported payment methods to credit card only. Stripe also offers client-and-server checkout, which would enable access to all of the other stripe payment methods. Could WA either integrate client-and-server checkout or expose the ability for end users to do their own integration?

Excluded Email Recipients
When an email is sent to members, there is a number of emails that are excluded because of being disabled or opt out, etc. Please make the ability to see a list of these names so that we can correct any mistakes.

Mobile Member QR scanning
I like the QR scan capability of the admin app, but I don’t like it being limited to the admin mobile app because the person using it ALSO has access to edit all member information, and many other parts of the Wild Apricot account. We really don’t want to be authorizing all of our leaders to have such access to the WA account, when all they are doing is checking event registrants into the event. That’s entirely too risky for us. They could easily go into their account or the account of another and change the financial settings, for example. Why not put the QR scan capability in the member app as well? That way all of our leaders can check in participants and the accounts are all protected from unauthorized edits! You have to rethink this one, seriously.

Change registrant visibility when moving from waitlist to registrants
Waitlist: When an event is full and a member puts themselves on the waiting list, the flag for 'Share registration: Show registration on event registrants list' defaults to NO. So when the person on the waitlist is moved to the registrants list, the person still shows up as 'anonymous user'. Please change this flag so that when someone is added to the waitlist, it clicks yes to 'Show registration on event registants list'.

Edit photos
Because of the orientation problems with taking photos on phones it would be great to be able to correct that just like Facebook allows. It would also be great to update the photo in the Product screen rather than delete and start over.

Track %complete for member profile
Currently once members join, they no immediate need to fill out additional profile fields or keep it updated.
New Feature Request: Many membership sites have a % counter called Profile Complete so you can track members completing their profile. This should be a metric only available for administrators so you can email members without 100% complete and be able to search for these members and email them. Also their should be a gadget that you can add to member only pages to notify current logged in user of % profile complete until it reaches 100% complete.

Ability to donate to more than one organization at a time
A lot of our members like to donate to more than one donation at a time. I see we can do this in the Membership fields area but not the Donation Settings area. My wish is for both pages of the website to work the same.

Secondary Email Address
I would like to be able to selectively send emails to a member's secondary address. Specifically, I do a weekly email to all members and would like that email to go to the alternates also (partners). But I do not want emails like event confirmations/reminders to go to them. So I would like a checkbox or something that says "Send to alternate email address" or something like that.

Membership check-in system to track members visits
An easy way to check-in (and track) paid members, daily. Ideally, this functionality can be assigned to a restricted user (e.g. staff member you do not want to give admin access to). I would also like to pull check-in reports by date range or member. Information collected at check-in: Member's name, number, membership level, # of member attendees, # of guests. Thank you!
