Ability to view members by business when selecting inclusion in lists, groups and searches
When I want to add a member business or organization to a group or search list, I can only see their name. This makes if very difficult for me to know what the business is and I need to constantly go back to their profile. I would love to be able to display all members as business / organization when making these selections. The way I use the platform is less about the individual and more about the organization they are associated with. For example, if I want to create an restaurants group, all I see is a list of names to add to the group. I am unable to see what their business is.

Multiple avatar images
We would really like the ability to add a second of third avatar to a members profile so that we can add at picture of the members partner. Our club is a very social club and partners attend on all occasions but sometimes identifying them can be difficult. Also, because we are a car club it is important for our members to be able to link the car to the member. A third avatar would allow us to do this.

Improve useability
Registration for Events. I get countless emails saying 'how do I register'. The answer is click on 'Register' BUT this 'button' is lower case, has low visibility compared with the texts above it, see attached screen shot. Simple remedy: make Register BOLD and put a box round so it looks like an actual button.

The "Most Active Members" and "Longest time since updated " counters are grossly inaccurate.

Map Marker Clustering Customization
The members location mapping gadget clustering creates a USA-centric feel for my North American membership.
I am my members would appreciate the ability to customize the way that map markers are clustered or to remove the clustering in the gadget.
Prospective Canadian members have reported that this USA-centric representation is a turn off to joining, further exacerbating the problem.

Email addresses to confirm changes
Please let us test emails to emails other than the default - several of us work on changes and we always have to wait until the default email addressee gets back to us.

Sizing images in emails
Why can't we size images in the email image gadget? I cannot add images as easily to my emails anymore, and it stinks!

Show {Event Extra_Info} on app and web for logged in members that have registered for the event.
The {Event Extra_Info} field is shown on confirmation emails. This field can be used to contain useful/important information to attend the event that is not shown to the public (door codes, ZOOM links etc..). The information in this field should be shown on the the web and on the app for logged in members that have registered for the event, it is currently not. This makes it difficult for members to access the information they need in order to attend an event.

Future revenue report
Would be great to run a report that aligns to a yearly budget - what membership dues are expected in the future. Right now, there are reports for when revenue has come in, but would be great if those reports could also extend out to EXPECTED revenue, for budgeting purposes. Thanks!

customization and access to member photo albums
The member photo albums are such a great feature and the improvements you made in 7.14 are welcomed. But, there are a number of issues on using these effectively. We are a league of artists and are using the website to showcase our artists and also to sell their art in our shop. You can see our website at https://northshoreartistsleague.org. We have come up with some ways to utilize the functionality that is available but are pushing the limits of the software and website to do this and have a number of places where it is a significant amount of admin work to set things up as we are doing. Regarding the member albums particularly, here are my high level comments.
First, is that the albums themselves are not located within the website file system and so unavailable to admin access for any purpose.
Second, there is no system page available for us to customize how the member photo albums will display.
Third, there is no gadget available that would allow us to use content from member photo albums on our site in ways that would help us support our mission of promoting our artists and also allowing them to sell their art either on our shop or also by showing a portfolio from their member albums and giving a link, included in our member fields, to their website if they have selling capabilities already.
These 3 things are the underlying problems. I would be happy to describe some of the things we would like to be able to do if you want some use cases.
Some of the other suggestions about the member pages and member photo albums provide use cases that I would also buy into but in this suggestion, I wanted to hit the deficiencies we are experiencing more generically at the level of what system functions we would like to see modified or added.

Column lenghts
Email templates. When creating a template with 3 columns (example eNewsletter 2020 September), I would like the column lengths to be the same so there is uniformity with the column length endings. I have tried to create this by adding spacers and borders, however, they are all different lengths so that the ends are jagged.

Member Check-In
We need a way for members to check in and make sure their membership is within date. Our members pay a monthly fee to use our facilities and need to be paid up each month. If a QR code could be implemented so that it can be scanned when they enter and the membership date be displayed on the scanning device it would be extremely helpful. We have tried may other things to check in people but nothing has worked very well as people can always escape the person near the front door. Additionally, we tried a sign in chart but for right now we would like to not have everyone touch the same computer during this pandemic.

Easy preview of membership pages
Testing seems to be difficult with WA. Maybe I am doing somehting worng, but being able to page through all pages without having to go back and establishing a test membership would be great. That way we could test how each of our pages work. A preview function that makes it possible to view all pages and check their function would be great.

Send message when an item is sold out in the store
I would like to receive a message when an item is sold out in the store. Something similar to how I get a message when max number of registrations is reached for an event. Right now the only way to do it is to scroll through the list of products, which is not very efficient.

Control over email notification for individual units in the online store
Hi, We'd like to be able to sell self-published books for our members. In order to streamline this we'd like to be able to stipulate a third party email to be notified of the particulars of sale, for each individual unit in the store.
That way the authors could remain responsible for delivery and we wouldn't have to collect all their stock and keep it here, or individually contact them every time a unit sells to ensure timely delivery.3 votes -
Mutually exclusive events for events on different days
Let's say one group meets on Tuesdays; the other group meets on Fridays. Can I make it so that if a person registers for the group on one of the days they can't then register for the group that meets on the other day.

Integrated member degree program
Our organization is a professional photography group. We have been using Wild Apricot now for several years and I know a lot of other photography groups are using Wild Apricot also. In a meeting a few months ago I heard that Wild Apricot was working on an update that we have been intetested in for a long time. We have a degree program that members earn merits or credits towards their degree by attending meeting, performing service, etc. We would love to have a relational database feature that members could access their merits and merits for attendance could be automatically entered by Wild Apricot. If that something being worked on currectly and if it's in beta how we do get on the beta program. I was a database administrator previously and have though about building something myself but if it's something that could be built into Wild Apricot that would be so much better.
