Directory not mobile responsive
The current member directories are not mobile responsive. I want to display the member business description in the directory but the words are cut off when viewed on a mobile device (see image supplied).
Surely there an easy fix for this that I'm unaware of?2 votes -
Make the New Dashboard configurable
The new dashboard does not give me any pertinent information. Some glaring shortcomings of the new dashboard:
1. You charge us by the number of people on our contact list, but that number is now hidden (not on the new dashboard). This makes administration of the account harder, thanks alot Wild Apricot.
2. Not all our members levels are considered "members". We have members of our parent organization and our sponsors as member levels. I should be able to specify which members levels are considered "true members" and shown on the members graph.
3. All the graphs use a large amount of space making it necessary to scroll way down to see data.
4. Different graphs give different information, making the whole dashboard not believable. The first graph says my active members are 337, the second graph says my total members are 264.????? The first graph says my monthly revenue is $777; you click that number and it shows invoices that total $847. ????
5. I should be able to configure which graphs (widgets) I want to show on my Dashboard. We do not have an online store and rarely get donations, those are useless graphs to me. If I had the ability to configure the dashboard I would leave those two graphs off; thereby, saving the space.Suggestions:
1. Make the Dashboard configurable, giving me widgets I can add, or not add, to my dashboard.
2. Make sure the number of contacts is available to show on the dashboard.
3. Ensure the data shown on any widget (graph) on the dashboard is accurate and consistent widget to widget. The new dashboard does not give me any pertinent information. Some glaring shortcomings of the new dashboard:

Message sender direct profile link added to email
When a member receives an email message from another member it should include by default a direct link to the senders profile page so the recipient can easily view the profile of the sender.. Currently it only includes a direct link to the recipients profile page, which makes no sense.

Multifactor authorization
I do not like the two factor authentication currently required of me on signin. I am an administrator. The double (or you could say triple) is upon signing in - first: name and password, second: click the "I am not a robot" box, third: identify crosswalks or bicycles or whatever. Are all of our members seeing this? It is over and above what is needed!

Exclude voided line items from QuickBooks Online invoice export
The line items export for QuickBooks includes line items from voided invoices. It would be great if there was a way to exclude these voided line items from the export file.

Page hits analytics
It would be really useful to have a widget available that would simply display a tiny number on a website page to show how many times the page has been opened. It just gives an idea to the website designer whether a page is popular or not without having to check Google Analytics, which has the problem mentioned next ...
When creating a new page or editing one, the editor may go back numerous times and those accesses would increase the count and give a false impression of the popularity of the page! wait list priorities
Waitlist question - If we have one space available for an event, and the first person on the waitlist has a guest, does that person get advanced without the guest or does WA advance to the next single person on the list.

Event Registration Process
I’d like to make the registration process as seamless as possible. Even with the changes we recently made the process still requires clicking through too many pages. Right now after clicking the Register button members first have to confirm their email on a second page, then the registration type on a third page, then their name, phone number and email (again!) on a fourth page, before finally clicking to confirm on a fifth page (and that’s for a Premium member like me who doesn’t have to enter payment information). Ideally members would click to register on the event page, then click to confirm all their personal information and pay online on the next page (with option to manually enter payment info if desired), then get a confirmation and be done. Two pages. Should be as easy as ordering takeout online. Is that in any way possible? Or something close to it?

Ability to copy waitlist when copying an Event
When an event has a substantial waitlist, we would like to be able to copy the event with the waitlist intact. Right now, we have to manually add each waitlist contact to the new event.

Support a longer text for the poll question field
It would be nice if the form would support longer text lines and wrap the text on the poll. I had to shorten the questions to make it work.

Eliminate one source of human error in event registration
When registering for an event, members sometimes conclude they’re done and fail to click the Confirm button. This has happened at least once with about 10% of our members. They think they’re registered and show up at the event, but we had no idea they were coming. Unfortunately the Confirm button is below the visible part of the screen, so you have to scroll to even know it’s there. Two changes: Move the Confirm button up so it’s staring the user right in the face AND alter the wording of the final screen to make sure the user knows it’s not final till he presses Confirm.

Pricing that allows small clubs to use WildApricot
If a club has 25 members, then WildApricot costs $23.04 per member per year. This is far more than a small club can afford. Contrast this with a club of 75 members, WildApricot costs $7.68 per member per year. Is there a way to bring this pricing to small clubs, in keeping with WildApricot's vision to "be the most robust and affordable all-in-one solution for small and midsize organizations"? Perhaps cap the price at $10 per member per year, or charge $.80 or even $.50 per member per month. We do not need a lot of features, just an automated way to email members when their dues are due, and to collect the payment online.

Event emails should allow announcement/invitation to single member
Event emails should allow announcement/invitation to single member. We sometimes need to resend to a single member who missed the announcement, or if we want to invite one person, not a save search of contacts.

Keep the original email content on how they were sent
Emails previously sent CANNOT legally be stored in the system differently that how they are sent out, presenting them as copies of original documents, however Wild Apricot is currently doing so. We changed the location for an event in our system weeks ago however, it is showing that all emails sent out used the updated location.

Change Subscription period to Membership period
One of our board member brought that up and I kind of agree with her. Most of us using Wild Apricot are Clubs and not Company providing a subscription-based service like Netflix, Microsoft-365, AT&T etc.
I like to suggest Wild Apricot changes the wording on the Membership Site from "Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st" to "Membership period: 1 year, on: January 1st"29 votes -
vertical dividers
On the website, you can currently insert horizontal dividers on web pages in the content gadget. It would be really useful if i could also add vertical line dividers too!

generate invoice without changing to pending-renewal
I would like to generate an invoice for membership renewal WITHOUT changing the membership status to renewal-pending. In fact, I'd like to be able to remove the "renewal-pending" as a status altogether. It's not useful for us. People are either Active or Lapsed. The system can send reminders the number of days beforehand and such, but in the summary, there is duplicity in counts because of the way it is displayed.

Using the same QR Code for multi-day events
We regularly run multi-day events i.e. 2 day conferences, but we need to be able to check in delegates on both days of the event to make sure they attended. As it's one event, they receive one QR code that can only be used one. It would be great if the QR codes could be checked in once per day.

Widget customization
Create localized widget customizations. For example, change the background, foreground, and font colors. And have that customization only apply to the specific widget instance. It should also persist through out the related gadget. Meaning that if the Membership Application gadget page that is used for the widget creation has localized settings (content / layout etc. they should be reflected through all the gadget (and thus the widget) components.
