When replying to a forum post, the reply page does not show the original post. It would be hugely better to be able to view the various preceding posts when formulating a reply - especially if you are responding to more than one post.

automatic emails sent by system are not in the email log
When the system sends an automatic mass email such as a Renewal Reminder to all members, the email sent should be logged in the Email log just like manual mass emails. This would allow us to see if there were any failures in the automatic distribution. We should also have the Resend to Failures functionality to resend to members that did not receive the initial automatic distribution.

Would like to be able to have a history or change log of administrative rights on members
When we have more than one person with full admin rights we need to be able to trace changes made to other member admin rights.

Sort Voided Invoices by date voided
It would be beneficial to be able to sort voided invoices by the date/month they were voided. Currently it shows in order of the original invoice date and thus it is necessary to scroll through the whole year to find the invoices that were voided in the current month to insure that they have also been voided in the accounting program.

Archived lapsed member pays their renewal fee and their status remains lapsed instead of becoming active
We routinely archive lapsed members who do not renew their membership because we are near the limit of our plan. Then weeks or months later, the archived and lapsed member logs in and pays the membership fee. It is an administrative nightmare for us because their membership status does not become active after their payment. The member is angry because they paid and are still lapsed.

I’m currently administering a multi-chapter organization on WildApricot and running into some challenges with automating processes across chapters while keeping our data and membership statuses in sync. A few specific pain points:
Is there a way to automatically synchronize membership level changes (and custom field updates) across multiple connected WildApricot sites (e.g., when one chapter promotes a member, all linked records update accordingly)?
Bonus if anyone has recommendations on:
Creating a custom API dashboard for multi-chapter performance metrics
Handling complex renewal workflows with conditional email logic

Accessing a custom system email from outside Wild Apricot
We have a custom domain and would like to be able to have an email contact us from outside of Wild Apricot using an email address within our custom domain. Possible Options:
- Have an option to forward the system "From" email from outside Wild Apricot to the external "Organizational" email.
- Setup a separate custom domain email accessible from outside Wild Apricot to forward to the Organization email or some other email.

List emails sent via 'Email Registrants' button as part of 'Event Email Log'
Apart from the announcements and reminders, also list all event emails sent via 'Email Registrants' option as part of 'Event Email Log' under the Email tab of the event

Allow Editing Name of and Add Description Space to Event, Individual Sessions
We are a hiking club that offers 4 hikes a day (by ability level), 2 days a week. Currently we use a TeamUp Calendar to post hike descriptions and pre-sign up hikers and have embedded it on our homepage. But TeamUp doesn't provide a unique ID for each user or allow Admin to store Wild Apricot IDs so there's no data interface.
If we could edit each Event Session Name and add a description to each, we could set up a series of group hikes by day.If you have any other solution - let me know.

Email Calendar
a calendar that is a visual summary of all scheduled emails that are being generated by events automatically. This is so we can time the sending of other emails manually, as well as social media posts, to give our membership space without sending too many emails/messages on the same day.

Add Header Image Option to Event Fields
Images can be posted in the description, which is great. But it would be nicer if there was a Header Image upload or link feature where the image doesn't need to be embedded in the description. That way, the image can be formatted at the top of the event, and the description below it.
This enables being able to edit the description in the mobile admin app, which is tricky with events that have the image at the beginning of the description. It then also standardizes the location of the image and make it consistent across all events.

Send invoice email from the admin app
app allows admins to make registration changes and update invoice on mobile - which is fantastic. However, can an additional button be considered to allow for admins to trigger EMAIL updated invoice to member.

Allow Event Admins to only be able to edit their own events and not add new events
It is incredibly helpful for event organizers to be able to manage their own events but not cool when they start trying to mess with someone else's events or add a new event and don't do it correctly. We import all of our events from a Google Sheet so they all conform to the same conventions and event organizers do not need to be able to add any events themselves.

Our company works with educational institutes. These members are represented by several individuals in those institutes. Wild Apricots current method of event registration allows for only the primary email address to register for events. Our events are open to all of the people in those institutes and passing around an email address to everyone is not ideal and is too informal for the work that we do. We need a way to allow people at these institutes to register on their behalf.…

Members View "Checked-in" for ALL Registered Events
This feature is currently only available at the Admin level (see image). Members must see that they have been checked in (see image). This is the only way they can self-verify attendance of all event registered AND attended.

Pre-warning to admin before renewals go out
It would be nice if admin received notification, before renewals are auto-sent out. A day or two warning would be enough, just to be able to look over the email that is sent, review pricing, etc. That way, you can still utilize the auto-send features that WA uses for renewals, but it also gives you a moment to review things before they are sent.

Financial Report Filters
Provide "Last Month" filter for Income, Payment, Taxes, Donations, and Aging Receivables financial reports exactly like you have for the Financial History Report. This will facilitate our end of month reporting and transfer to external accounting systems.

Allow event organizers to manage waitlist
Please add radio dial option for Limited Admin in Events Administration to see waitlist.
The organizer (ie member) of an event would like to be able to expand the event or quickly contact persons on waitlist as well as registrants.3 votes -
