  1. Turn OFF replies to TNS

    There is not currently a way to turn OFF replies to TNS, is this possible in the future? We would not want our over 3,000 members to "reply to" an EMERGENCY TNS (Which is what we would use this feature for) as that would DOUBLE the cost of a single TNS.

  2. Changes automatically reflect in the Registrants and invitees tab

    When you update a registration, the new information is not reflected in the Registrants and invitees tab. Instead, the details at the time the registrant registered are reflected. It would be beneficial to have the event details update automatically in the Registrants and invitees tab.

  3. Batch delete forum posts

    I am volunteering with our WA hosted site and have to MANUALLY delete old classified ads.... OVER and OVER again I have to delete them one by one.... its awful. The functionality needs to be improved here.... as logged in ADMIN people, we need the option to go to, for example, a classified ad section, click off all the old ads we want deleted, and CLICK, done. Get this hosting platform to a customer user level? I saw a forum in 2015 complaining of this exact problem.   4. Events widget doesn't show next event

    The dashboard appears to show upcoming events, but for some reason does not list the closest event at all (it shows 3 events starting from the second closest). [Account #302711]

  5. Tracking Member Email activity

    Trying to determine which members are "active" and staying up-to-date. Can we have a summary report of who opens or clicks on their emails? We can check the email log and any member profile for each individual manual email but we are not going through each manual, let alone each individual email to see if they are read. And a special case where "activity" is important: If a members loses access to their email between applying and being accepted or just skips seeing their activation email, the only way we know is to go and open the individual email.   6. Force Log Off

    I would love to be able to force everyone off & make them log in again. Especially before a policy or terms & conditions change - so that we can ensure that each member sees it and is forced to answer. Also on general principle in case they had logged in on an old device or public terminal and forgot to log off.

  7. The ability to purchase individual sessions

    Wild Apricot has a session function but it lacks any usefulness at all. You should be able to name each session and more importantly, customers should be able to choose individual sessions. MemberClicks has this function so it's not like Personify doesn't know how to do this.

  8. Reuse Content

    Make it possible to reuse content on multiple pages. Create reusable content gadget that can be named, saved and inserted into multiple pages. Similar to the reusable content blocks used in WordPress. This would make it possible to edit content once and have that content updated on all pages that it is inserted into. Examples, addresses, committee membership lists, etc.

  9. Make Key Contact Fields Auto-Populate Across a Member Bundle

    Key contact fields for members should be auto-populated across a bundle, to ensure consistency and cut down on administrative data entry. This includes a consistent organization name, logo upload, website address, etc. Having to go back and correct variations on organization names, upload logos to each contact so each member has the logo next to their name in the member listing, include the website URL for each member in a bundle, etc. is unnecessary when this info is already in the system.     We already have a physical membership card design which includes significantly more graphical content than the templates available online. We'd like to be able to upload our existing design in high-resolution as a background image that covers the entire card area, and then place the relevant text fields as we require. Can we do this?

  13. Option to join wait list in Member App

    Please add the option in the Member App for users to join an event waitlist. Our members are so confused as to why they cannot join the waitlist for an event using the Member App. We have them well-trained to check the app often to register for events, but then it's so strange that the option to join the wait list is only available via the full website.

  14. Message sender direct profile link added to email

    When a member receives an email message from another member it should include by default a direct link to the senders profile page so the recipient can easily view the profile of the sender.. Currently it only includes a direct link to the recipients profile page, which makes no sense.

  15. Add external events link to the calendar

    A feature to add items to the calendar that are not a club event. We are a car club that hold out own events, and that works great in Wild Apricot. I want to be able to add another local club's event, simply want to be able to list another club's event indicating the where and when, without creating an event on our side.

    It is very important to have an expiration date on posts. We would like to delete posts older than 90 days, and we have to do it manually, very time consuming for Admin.

  17. Members organise by company rather than bundle coordinate

    The default in the summary table is to show members in alphabetical order based on bundle coordinator, it would be much more helpful if this could be organised based on company name. Also every person is counted as a member but really we are only interested in the number of company members ie bundle coordinators.

  19. Featured Contact widget

    Create a widget just like the Featured Member widget, but for contacts. When we do events, it would be nice to have a way to create a page of Keynote and/or Featured Speakers that pulls their photo, etc. into the page like this member widget. Not all speakers are members, so we currently have to do this manually since they only need to become Contacts to register in the system.

  20. Fraud Alert or Holds on a Credit Card Need to be Removed by AffiniPay

    Wild Apricot needs to put pressure on AffiniPay to have them remove a hold after the credit card issuer does so. I was told by AffiniPay Support that once they receive a Fraud code (Code 59) in their system, that particular credit card will never be accepted by their system, even after the issuer of the card lifts the hold. That is too stringent and needs to be removed. It forces members to use a different credit card which may not be available to them for use for business expenses.
