Show member status (active, pending, lapsed, suspended) in the Member Directory
The membership directory shows all members, including those that are pending, lapsed and suspended. Enable a setting that will allow us to display member status in the directory.
This will be especially helpful during renewals: members need to know if their membership has lapsed (since some forget to renew or forget IF they have renewed!)7 votes -
ease of adding manual invoices
Please make it easier to add an invoice to a new member. Currently, there are too many screens to go through before a manual invoice can be added. On the contacts page, next to their name on a search would be ideal.

Could you make it possible to travel forward and backward on event registration types? Similar to how you can move forward and backward on member profiles.

Group Registration type settings
It would be fantastic if there was a way to edit registration open and closed dates in their entirety (if there is more than one) rather than having to go into each type and change it, over and over again.

Tables in email editor
This is VERY Frustrating to remove the ability to continue to use a table - right before Thanksgiving, UGH!!!! No clear instructions from you and editing this table now is a pain.

Unfortunately tables do not allow to have consistent and predictable results across different platforms. That is why most of emailing systems have limited or even no support for tables. If you need to insert tabular data, you can paste a table from Excel or any other spreadsheet editor. But if you want to use table to format text, then it is better to explore other formatting options.

quicker option to linking polls
is there a way to link the polls that we create? when i go to link something, i am able to insert a website or email address, find a page, or link to an event, but there is no option for me to link a poll unless i leave the page, go to the polls, copy the poll link, go back to the page destination and then link.

Enable registration regardless of waiting list count
Add an option to enable registration regardless of the number of people currently on the waiting list. Currently, you can only reopen registration if the number of available spaces exceed the number of people on the waiting list. It is helpful for us to keep folks on the waiting list, even if they decline the invite to fill a spot so we know how soon to offer a training again.

Wait list filter to include removal history
It would be wonderful if you could add a filter option to the waiting list so you can have a history for who you have removed.

Attendee Self Check in for Continuing Ed
We submit continuing education credits so the ability for attendees to check themselves in with an electonic signature disclosure via the app or website for events would be helpful.

Deposit for Events
We offer expensive classes that we would like the ability to take a deposit to reserve a spot in the class. We would need the ability to set up an event - say $1000 and take a $100 deposit initially and then pay the $900 at a later time.

Force acceptance of waiver at renewal
We need members to accept our waiver every year.
We. We’d a way to force this for renewals. We may have to switch away from wild apricot if we cannot did a way to get this to work with wild apricot.
Competitor system can include waivers as part of the renewal process. When the members are renewing, a note can be provided reminding them to “Please update your waiver”. There will be a provided “box” that when checked off, the waiver is updated. If the check box is not checked off, the renewal process will stop.

add registrant without system crashing.
I would like to simply be able to add a registrant to my events without it spinning and me having to conact my students to register themselves if they are not computer savvy.

I can't find new applications
When someone applies for membership I receive an email notice that at application has been filled out. However when I go into the database I can't find it or see it anywhere. Does a place exist to view the application or if it doesn't Wild Apricot needs to create this place.

Food selection option at the time of purchase or RSVP
At the time of RSVP or purchase of ticket we need to be able to have people select between food options or other options that need to be selected.

Save help articles as favorites
It would be nice if we could save help articles as favorites for easy reference. I don't see a way to do that now.

excluding from emails
For event announcement emails, an ability to remove those who may have responded as "not attending" (when you don't use the "not attending" button and they have responded outside the system). For example, send the announcement emails to all those not registered to an event as per the current version of the software but also exclude others from the list that you can select through tick off boxes so it doesn't go to those who have outside the system indicated they are not attending.

Print Multiple member receipts at 1 time
REEAAAALLY wish we could print all receipts based a search criteria.. I'm having to currently print 1800 receipts 1 account at a time.. =(

Fix the membership email templates.
I am editing and preparing my renewal email notices for our membership renewals. When reviewing the drafts, two things are very disturbing. The renewal dates is wrong on the template and I have no clue where in that membership level and price is pulled from. We have nothing of the like. I would appreciate it if you would figure out what the bug is in the system, and get it fixed ASAP. My renewal notices will be going out within a week.
