Order of exported columns
Hi, it would be so wonderful to be able to specify the ORDER of columns in the export of contacts.

Add [Check All / Clear All/ to the file Import dialog
When importing contacts after having bulk modified one or two data fields... it is cumbersome to have to disable the checkbox for all the fields that were not modified.. or go thru the process of deleting all the columns and saving as a new / temporary file before importing.
A simply Check All / Clear all option (like used in many areas of the program) would be helpful

Site wide search and replace function would cover many suggestions
Anything that appears in more than one place and needs to be changed, such as telephone numbers and copyright dates, should be reached via a site-wide search and replace function. This would address a multitude of requests already listed.

Embed Facebook Video
You have listed on your embedding videos page instructions for all the major video sites. however, I have a Facebook live video that I can't otherwise download that I want to embed in a page. They provide a help page but following the directions on a Wild Apricot page doesn't produce desired results.

Tax macro for invoice & receipt templates
It would be great to add a tax macro for the invoice and receipt template. Currently, the total is inclusive of taxes and since there is the possibility of a number of different tax rates, it would be great for customers and association to have the amount pre-tax, tax amount and if possible an indication of which tax rate, and then a total balance.

Bring HTML Editing Back to Emails
Please bring HTML editing back to email creation, and don't block it from any other parts of site creation. It's so much easier to craft the appropriate look for our emails if I can go into HTML to make adjustments, rather than having to exclusively use your imprecise WYSIWYG editor.

Delay in changing display when mousing over menu bar.
When mousing over the top menu bar, from group to group, the category/sub category/page literal changes immediately. This is appropriate as a default for pcs that have a movement device and visible cursor. When using smart phones and tablets the situation is not quite the same. It seems that it would be more appropriate on the smaller less capable devices to introduce a delay before changing from one menu item to another, allowing the using a little more time to choose subcategories or page entries without being virtuoso with his/her fingertips. ok, i know it is user error, but dammit.... the process for adding a link to a email newsletter has to change. The number of steps, the huge lifts and confusion of how to attach that link and make it work has got to changes. I mean... 10-11 steps to add a link to an email? you must be able to auto generate or something. This has to change ASAP

It would be greatly helpful to allow a split of stores so that each store can set up settings based on if it is merchandise or service.
Please set the store up to be able to group products and then set the settings based on those products within the group. For example, I am trying to add a service for purchase and would like to have the emails different from other merchandise for sale. I also would like merchandise to be purchased online only, but allow the services to be purchased online or offline due to the larger fee charged. I also would like the information requested, like shipping or other information, to be able to be customized by groupings. Thank you!

Returned emails should be simple forwards or go to manually selected address (not as .EML)
It would be great if WA did not use the EML attachment for returned emails. Could I suggest either:
- Enabling a simple forwarding system (rather than EML as attachment) and also having a log of those system emails in Wild Apricot.
OR (better)
- Allow clients to change the reply-to email address on system emails so that replies and bounces go direct to a nominated admin address instead of the wildapricot.com address.

wild apricot needs a theme that allows the full screen
Wild apricot needs to be able to use the full screen....all the themes only allow the use of the central part of the screen with white on either side

Upcharge ability for multiple option items and Duplicate listing
The ability to have upcharges for multiple option items without having to have multiple items listed.
Example: For an Admission Ticket one price for general admission and one for child admission. Both options coming out of the same total quantity available.
Also the Ability to duplicate an Item listing in the store so you don't have to fill out all the information agian for similar items.

member can apply discount to existing invoice
apply a discount at checkout, and validate the discount is applicable for that items being invoiced.

Search inside a selected forum
It would be really great if there was an option to search within just one specific forum. REALLY REALLY helpful. It's great that after a search is put in one can choose to only show the results of forums, but being able to search within one selected forum would be even better.

Prevent duplicate account creation
We have encountered issue with individual able to create 2 accounts ( one member and one contact) based on the two different emails, simple reverse the order of primary and alternate accounts. This has created some issue for us when we send email to contact to offer free members turn out that these individual already an member. Pls help to fix the issues to ensure both primary and alternate emails are validated upon account creation.

Sales Receipt verifications and validations
We are looking at Store options. We want to customize the options when a member purchases something. Currently the fields are fixed. We need more options associated with sales. For example, we want to sell range passes that are valid only for at certain time and place. We can sell a pass, but the receipt doesn’t have a “valid only on ______ at____” Or say, some other condition of the sale. Currently that is not possible.
Also, it would be extremely useful if we could have a QR code on the sales receipt that will bring up the online receipt…2 votes -
Privacy violation
We have to have the ability to protect the ID of minors. In Events, mobile app, all levels of administrator have access to at least SEE private info that puts minors at risk. This is a serious violation of the privacy act. When a member joins, the info includes the names of their children who may use the archery range (for example). The only way to manage an event is to give the Event manager admin read only rights, which Also exposes private information of every members family, including minors, addresses, phone numbers & email addresses.
