  1. Limit access to donations tab

    Many of our Members are anonymous donors. We have many Membership Managers who are one-year volunteers who should not be able to access donations information. Therefore we will not able to use Wild Apricot to track donations until WA limits the ability for Membership Managers to see the Donations tab.

    Please make the Membership Manager role more granular (add a radio button for able to see donations tabe / not able to see donations tab)

  2. Set capacity for individual event fields within an event form

    For example, we have registrants select their workshop choices within their form but sometimes a topic will sell out. It would be great to be able to set a capacity per field answer option so that the option automatically becomes unavailable for selection when it reaches capacity.

  3. Invoice settings that affect other aspects of membership

    Along with the plethora of suggestions I have for this database, one that I haven't seen mentioned is adding an "after payment is completed" functionality to certain invoices. Example, after invoice is settled and payment is received, set the renewal date to 00/00/00, or after payment is received their level becomes XYZ. This would help with manual invoices that need to be created for yearly renewal, as Wild Apricot doesn't recognize them as renewal invoices. Also, it would create a workaround for those that need to have graduating levels. Ex: Our database has dues based on how many years you've…

  4. Accessible Menu Tab to all Levels

    With the upcoming Title 2 Accessible requirements we need a menu that is WCAG 2.1 AA compliant. We need a menu that is accessible via keyboard (tabs). Currently WA can only tab across the top level menu and does not access the secondary/third level on the main menu. We HAVE to have a fix in place prior to April 2026!! Resetting each individual page on our website is a horrible idea and a hard to update band-aid. Please update your basic software.

  5. Uploading member profile photo from resources instead of computer disk

    Right now member photos can only be added from photo on the computer drive. We would like to have the ability to use the File resources area to assign the photo. People updating membership records change over time and may not have access to member photos on their computer. They could have a person with access to member photos upload them to File resources and then they could assign the photo to a membership field.

  7. Remove or clarify duplicate “Membership approved” messages for internal use

    Currently, when a membership is approved in stages, the Internal Use section for the member shows duplicate “Membership approved” messages with different dates:

    Eligibility approval – the first approval confirms the applicant meets membership requirements before an invoice is sent or payment is received.

    Membership confirmation – the second approval confirms the person is now an active member after payment is received.

    This can be confusing for staff tracking membership status. It would be helpful if Wild Apricot either:

    Only shows the final approval after payment, or

    Clearly distinguishes the first eligibility approval from the final membership confirmation, for example…

  8. Extra Information macro for Simple Events

    We offer a number of webinars free of charge to our members, so I use the simple event template for promoting and registering for the webinars. I would like to have the macro "Extra Event Information" available for simple events, so that I can use that macro to share the log in information for the webinar through the registration and reminder emails.

  9. Customize text within Wild Apricot for members app

    There is flexibility to customize text in registration forms within our site today via under Website -> CSS. Can Wild Apricot product team consider extending this functionality to the member facing mobile app? This will allow customization and consistency / look and feel across our website and via mobile app. Thanks

  10. multiple choice for extra charge items for bundle members

    On bundles (we have family bundles set and are a sports club) allow multiple choice on all members not just admin. Currently if we export a list which includes bundles I then have to add manually the sports that all members participate in.

  12. event details toggle on off

    I'd love to have admin ability to set up an event, add the details (dates, time, photo, etc) and event description, put the event live but set the registration to open closer to the event, and have admin ability to toggle some of the event details on / off so that people will see events we are planning on the Events page / calendar, but give us the ability to not complete ALL event details before putting them on our website.   14. future billing option

    It would be helpful to have a manual billing option that allows us to schedule future invoice send dates. For example, as we prepare for our November renewals, we’d like to set up the invoices now but have them automatically send and become active on a specific date.

  16. Batch password reset email

    Our organization has 60 members and just started with Wild Apricot. All 60 members need passwords. There should be a way to send individualized temp passwords to all the members, without having to send 60 separate emails. Thanks!

  18. event categories

    Have Categories of Events, at a minimum: meeting, activity (sail, hike), training so that each Category could have it's own email templates for announcements, reminders, and registration. And also have its own resources assigned - instructor, organizer, equipment, vessel, van, etc.

  20. RSVP Button customized to own desire

    Is there a way to change the look / aesthetics of the RSVP buttons? In addition to the proposed Yes / No / Maybe for the advanced events, it would be greatly appreciated if I could recreate the buttons so they are in line with the style of our font, size and colours used in the announcement.
