Tech/Service Support Communication/Response
I assume I'm not the first to suggest (request/frustratedly demand) way better tech/service support communications. Chatbots get the low-hanging easy stuff; but with the advantage of Wild Apricot being the complexity of services we can use it for, support has got to be way better than what you are offering.

Average response time of live agent in chat is around 15 minutes. And you could always ask chatbot directly to redirect to live agent right away if you've already checked the help.
For support emails turnaround time is a bit longer, but on average you should get reply withing 1-2 business days under usual load. Full resolution time depends on the issue and varies. -

Been using this service for over a decade. I need support asap and all I get are chatbot responses and email responses promising someone will follow up. It's been two weeks. Wow, this service is going downhill fast. They are quick to take our money, but don't appear to support their product.
