Exports don't include custom fields
When exporting certain data to further understand our membership, only the default fields are available for export. What about creating reports that are flexible for each organization's needs? For example, I added a donor field to include "why have you donated today?", but when I go to export a large file for this information, there is no way to export that info. Please make export fields more flexible, or make a new report builder.

MYOB integration
At 25cents per transaction we will be looking to drop Paypal ASAP if you were able to hook up with the new MYOB secure payments and invoicing . With Thanks

Other types of Campaigns other than just monetary donations
It would be nice to have features to support a Membership Drive such as a gadget to show current membership and membership goals, incentives for new members who sign up during the drive, etc. It would be similar to your Donation capabilities but not measured in dollars. I could also imagine clubs wanting to do different styles of drives, i.e. can goods, etc.

Removing bundle members and making them just contacts
I would like to be able to remove bundle members and just revert them to "contacts." We have organizations with bundle memberships and some people who are added as bundle members are using a personal email, and would still like to remain in our system, they may just no longer work at that organization. I would like to make them contacts and not have to suspend membership.

Give us back our Legacy editor
We REALLY REALLY hate the new manual email editor. Being able to imbed images with the text (and have them flow as we amend text), and access to the underlying HMTL to tweak layouts were ESSENTIAL to our marketing efforts.
You should at least have left the option to stick with the legacy editor and let us worry about whether the potential downfalls are worth it.I don't object to having a "beginners" editor available to those who need it, but forcing everyone to live with their limits is pretty paternalistic and, well, silly.
This might be the final straw…
31 votesOld editor consistently caused a lot of formatting problems. Usually, our users were not happy about the result emails and their appearance in different email readers. So we rebuilt the editor and returning to an old one is not an option.
The new editor removes some features, but at the same time, it helps to create more consistent and visually appealing emails.
We understand that there is room for improvement, and we are going to add features and fix problems in the new editor. If you have ideas on how to make it better, please create a topic on forum or vote for an existing one.

We don’t have any plans to adding Zoom to Wild Apricot.
To conduct online meeting (meetup , conference) you can just create the zoom meeting and place the link to event details or email, and share it with your members / contacts.

Renewal policy option: waive dues for x months
The use case is an organization seeks to waive dues for the upcoming month for a month, say August. This means that the membership will not receive any notice of an amount due and will not see a “Membership renewal overdue” in the lower righthand corner of the browser window.
Prior to the following month, September, the pre-set dues communication and collection process would resume.
I could see this being an option under the Renewal policy tab. “Waive renewal for X months"

Add the option to add member card on the member app
I would like to have the member card avaiable for download on the member app so when members are shopping they can show their card.

Event registrant counts and export details
Please please please - make the following updates/corrections with regards to events:
1) on the Registrants and Invitees tab - in your record count - change that to registrations and only include active registrants. Right now it includes cancelled registrations. While that may reflect the record count it is very misleading to those of us leading events when we're looking for a quick count
2) when exporting the registrants list, DO NOT include the cancelled registrations. That's a real pain point - especially if you have a large registration list.1 voteAll of this can be achieved using standard WA functionality:
1. You can filter completed vs all registrations in Registrant filter
2. For filtering out cancelled registrations in export please take a look Payment state -

Help center movability
I wish we could move the help center around the monitor. It would make it easier to read the information while we are working onsite.

Member activation email - Allow Member manager to receive a copy
Member Activation Emails - In the setup of Member Levels allow Member manager to also receive a copy of the Application activation email. This will enable quicker response to new member without the need for the Manager to access WA every time to obtain new Contact details.

You can just type the name of registration type in the Search field, on the Registrants list, and will get all the attendees who registered by using this type.

Memeber Barcode based check in using card/app
In order to reopen, we need a contact-less check-in system. Are there any plans to integrate a barcode based check-in so members can use a card or app to check in when on site?

To manually add recipient email addresses to an email that are not in your contacts or contact list
As of now, the only options to add recipients for an email is to click + Contact to add individual contacts or + Contact list to add lists of contacts. It would be nice to be able to manually add recipients email addresses who are not in your contact list. Then have the option to save those new email addresses to your contacts and/or contact list.

Ability to get a membership at by joining an event
The membership application module and event registration module are separate. There should be way to trigger a membership at sign-up.

Email construction VERY AWKWARD NOW
It is SO HARD now to do my email bulletin each month. One has to navigate back and forth from the website, which is the only place one can put up files and images to use in an email. That is VERY INCONVENIENT. And not being able to use inline images makes the use of captions and surrounding text EXTREMELY AWKWARD, requiring one to use an image followed by a text block, which may appear close to or not so close to the image it is captioning.
PLEASE make the access to file upload and manipulation the way it was.

Please add folders for hidden web pages.
We create web pages that we would like to retain and link to, but do not want in the menu.
It would be handy and more compact to store such hidden web pages in hidden folders.1 vote
