Customize timeout to cancel registration if payment is not made immediately
Currently the option to cancel a registration if payment is not made has a 15 minute limit. We would like the ability to change that to 24 hrs.

Repeating events and event search by date
When using the admin Event List page to search events by date, repeating events only show up in the first month they were scheduled unless a text filter is also applied. If the event title doesn't have a unique string on which to filter, then to find the event one must know when it was originally scheduled, which could be months or even years in the past.

Allow simple HTML in event titles
Please allow simple HTML tags in event titles, in particular, tags for italicizing text (<i>...</i>). Many of our events include the name of a movie, play, book, etc., and it would be best to italicize these names within the event title. If this suggestion is implemented, be sure to consider all of the contexts in which an event title may appear. For example, if an event title is "<i>Wicked</i> at Regal Cinema", then we don't want the PAGE title to be "<title><i>Wicked</i> at Regal Cinema</title>", as the <i>...</i> tags will be displayed as is in the browser's title field. Display Events in search results in chronological order
Search of events does not bring them up in chronological order and there is no way to filter the search.

multiple values for some queries
When doing a search of members, there are some values that you cannot select multiple options for in the same query. This would be beneficial so you don't have to do multiple queries on the same field.

Require membership approval before sending invoice
Two organizations I work with require new members to be approved. Dues are significant, as are requirements for membership. Currently, if a new member is entered in Wild Apricot they are automatically sent an invoice. This is a problem, since it takes some time to review new member requests. Suggest an option if you choose 'Approval Required' then add a sub-option to 'invoice immediately' or 'Invoice after approval'. We currently 'work-around' this with an 'Applicant' level and then change level if they are approved. This is a pain, especially with volunteer (member) administrators.

Increase the character limit for photo album captions
If you add a caption to a photo in a personal photo album, the character limit is about 180 characters. I and my client wishes it was at least 2000 characters. Thank you.

Fix unexpected behavior of "Back" links when browsing member photo albums
When browsing an image in a member's photo album, clicking the link "<< All album photos" will take me back to the thumbnail view of the images in the album, however, if I then click the "Back" link, it returns me to the image I was just browsing, and not to the member profile page as expected.

image linking to original
When a new event is created and an image is added, you can click on the image and in the settings there is an option where you can link to the original. This is useful because if the image is moved from one folder to another the link is maintained.
This functionality does not exist when you are creating an email and insert an image. You can insert a link but can't link it to the original. Can this be included for email images?

Calculate Member's Tenure from Joining Date
We need a field that calculates the tenure of a member from their joining date. This is crucial for competitions where members are grouped based on their tenure. You can check through this calculator : https://yashesaplama.com.tr/ (e.g., 5 years and above).
This field should support queries such as "Tenure > n years".
Additionally, we require an enhancement to determine the member's tenure on a specific date. This is necessary for events where we need to know the member's tenure as of a closing date for entries.

Save membership report table as pdf (or allow better pasting)
I'd like to share the membership summary report on Slack and copying and pasting it isn't very readable.
It would be great to be able to download it (like the charts and some other reports). It would also be great to have the copy and paste be in a format that will do a better job with the columns when pasting into Slack.

Better email client support for multi column layouts
In recreating MailChimp templates in WA I noticed that multi column MailChimp layouts that work fine in all email clients tested are displayed as one column when recreated in WA. e.g. Roundcube Web Mail, GMA Web Mail, and Thunderbird. Would like to ask that the code behind these templates is fixed for better support for more mail clients such as these.

Integrated Spell Checker should be included in service
For a paid service that is used to communicate with members, the ability to spell check email notices should be considered a basic capability of the WA service. I should not require customers to use a third-party add-on for their browser.
Spelling errors in communications can damage an organization's credibility and Wild Apricot should consider this a basic feature that helps its customers. In 2024, this should not be an optional feature.

When contact info is updated, this info is also updated in events for that contact
We recently discovered that when we change a contact's email address under Contacts, this does not automatically update the email address in that contact's Events. We would suggest that this happens as we now have to update in several places when there is a change of email, etc.

Wild Apricot App Reports - We need the ability to view if event attendees are downloading the WA app. This if an efficiency issue.
Whenever we have an event, we request the attendees download the WA App for the check-in process. We need to be more efficient with check-in as our organization and attendance grows. Please consider a feature where we can have reports to know if this is working.

API Access to Files
Currently the only reliable way to download files is to select and download one-by-one. There are several posts requesting SFTP but another option is to give API access to the files so that data backup, transfer copy and deletion can be automated.

Include hours tracking button on the mobile version of Wild Apricot
Need to be able to integrate the app to allow for hours recorded to be added to an associated database to track volunteer hours.

Need to be have mobile phone vs. home phone fields in profile
Please create home vs mobile/cell fields for the profiles. Need to be able to format directory, identify cell numbers for texting etc.

Ability to View Member's Only Pages
As an Admin with full privileges, I am not able to view the member's only pages that I create myself because I am not a paid member via the definition given by Wild Apricot. If I build a member's only page and attempt to view it, it returns a 403 error.
Please add a category to your backend that automatically allows the person who has authorization to build the page to actually view the page as they build it.
Setting up special non-paid membership categories to add admins to so they can view the pages they build is a terrible…
