It would be nice to have a way for members to make donations within the app and view past donations.

quickbooks payments export should include the associated Invoice#
In the quickbooks export for payments, Quickbooks Online) wants to have the associated invoice #, so it can match payments to invoices. This can be done by putting the Invoice in the DOCNUM in the SPL row of the the export. Currently, Wild Apricot just repeats the payment number, causing my import to fail. I have to spend an hour manually looking up each invoice/payment and hand editing each SPL line. this seems to be an easy thing to automate.

Admin app - sort order for events
Please reverse the sort order for events on the mobile admin app so I can easily/quickly see what's happening next. Currently, when I get to the Events screen, I can choose "All events", "Upcoming events", "Past events", and all of my event tags. If I click on the "Upcoming events" it shows me what's coming up next, but if I click on one of my event tags, it shows me the list in reverse order starting with the event farthest into the future. I would much prefer to see these in upcoming order. Please make that the default, or give…

Bundle member information add
When a bundle admin is adding the individual members to his/her bundle, it would be great if they only added the common fields and the membership related data is automatically copied from the admins record to the new member. This way the mandatory membership fields will only have to be filled in once and not every time a bundle member is added.

From Email without Web Hosting
We need the ability to set the "From email" to an email at our own domain without setting Wild Apricot as our website host. We do not want to host our website with WA, we are happy with our current hosting and design. We want WA to be utilized to manage our membership and send out emails. Emails coming from "******@wildapricot.org" are getting flagged as possible phishing emails since our members have not received emails from this address previously.

Show member status (active, pending, lapsed, suspended) in the Member Directory
The membership directory shows all members, including those that are pending, lapsed and suspended. Enable a setting that will allow us to display member status in the directory.
This will be especially helpful during renewals: members need to know if their membership has lapsed (since some forget to renew or forget IF they have renewed!)8 votes -

REEAAAALLY wish we could print all receipts based a search criteria.. I'm having to currently print 1800 receipts 1 account at a time.. =(

Allow clients to change default event registration settings in the app
Please allow clients to change the default setting for "Include name in list of event registrants" on the event registration form in the mobile app settings. The current default is NO. Our events are ONLY open to members and we need all registrants' names to appear on the list. The previous iOS version of the app remembered the setting once a member changed it for one event, but the latest version (2.0) does not. As a result, members now have to set it to YES each time they register.

Multi Events with Different Payment Gateways
We are an organization with multi Chapters. WE host events throughout our 5 regions. We would love to host all our events and keep track of them through Wild Apricot but the only problem is we can only associate 1 bank account for payment. There are other softwares out there that allow multi bank accounts. We love the Wild Apricot membership software but this feature is the main thing we see as lacking. Try and develop this feature. Continue Shopping needs to go to catalog
I noticed that when one is viewing the shopping cart and clicks on "Continue Shopping", it goes to the page of the last item selected. It should go back to the catalog so one could select additional different items.

Hide Content Gadget in Mobile or Desktop View
Add a setting to the Content Gadget that would display the gadget in mobile view, desktop view or both (default).
Occasionally a page layout that is beautiful in desktop view just doesn't work in mobile. This would allow fine tuning in those cases.
The example is our three column home page at www.tyc.org. The most important content is at the top of the right hand column, as it is in most daily newspapers. But mobile users need to scroll down past columns one and two to see it. Moving the item to the left hand column works for mobile…

Specific information missing from AffiniPay transaction reports
Please allow AffiniPay to include specific information on payments, e.g., for a Donation we MUST be able to see what specific fund the donor is requesting. We have 5 funds available for the donor to chose, and we need to record this income as they direct. The AffiniPay transaction report does not include this important information, so the bookkeeper must constantly contact the Wild Apricot administrator in our organization to relay this information.

Data Needed for Determining Polling Results
The Polling functionality should include the number of individuals the poll was sent to. This information is required when calculating the percentage of votes received to determine results.

Overall registration count report over the years
Ability to pull a report for all the registered events with the total count over the years. Currently it has the ability to export people who have registered for a particular count but does not report in how many they have registered specifically.

Profile Printing
Good afternoon. Since the changes to screens the print icon is no longer at the top right hand side near support options. I require the members info to be printed for signing by our CEO. As administrator I use to be able to do this. Control P does not print all info.

Manually set a word limit for text fields in event forms
We would like to be able to manually set word limits for multiline text in event forms. Right now it allows 3,000 characters, but it would be nice to provide a cut of say 100 or 200 words for things like speaker bios.

Export/Import Capabilities
We need a way to export a list of open items to process them by different people in our club (name, shipping address, method of shipment, order #, each item ordered, qty ordered, variants, etc.) We are operating a single WA site for five Chapters. We would then sort the exported file by item description (we have coded each of our items for sale with a Chapter code). Send the file out to the applicable Chapters for processing of their orders. Macro to insert current date/time
It would be good to have a macro for emails called CurrentDate and CurrentDateTime
These would operate as inserting current date and date/timestamp, useful for applying a date to an email campaign or some other email. Obviously this is part of the email header but sometimes it is nice to have the date right inside the email.
