   In generating a manual invoice you can not include a hyperlink to a page in your website to refer the member to for further information.

2. Put event registration list on the event details page

   Put the event registration list on the same page as the event details. There's no reason why they are on different pages. This would make it much easier for organizers and attendees to see who's attending an event without all the extra clicks.

3. archive

   We need a way to create a report to show Contacts who have pulled themselves out of Archive in the past month? I REALLY need to be able to detect these folks so I can followup and not have them counted as a contact if they don't renew. Currently I'm removing their email but then this causes another issue with those that want to renew down the road and we end up with double contacts. I asked support and was told "there is no such functionality".

4. Including the recipient list on the draft email log

   I would like to be able to see the recipient list name (so the saved search I guess) on the draft emails so that it's easy to pick out which one is which if you've got several on the go.

7. Show all Members' names in member directory, even if "Show profile to others" is unchecked

   Any member who will not let other members know he is even a member does not deserve to be one.

   It's damn inconvenient for a member to wonder why a fellow member doesn't appear in our Member Directory, when the reason is that the person's profile is set to hidden. Even as an admin, I wasted a good 15 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with our records, until I remembered to check the guy's Privacy setting.

   We need an organization option that would show the person's first and last name even if they have unchecked "Show profile to others." Alternatively (and I consider this a poor substitute), when searching for the member, the system could say "Firstname Lastname has chosen to hide his/her profile." (If gender is known, that could be specific.) Or even "One possible match found, but that profile is hidden."

   Alternatively, disable the First name and Last Name radio buttons under "No access."

8. Automated invoicing and universal delete on o/s invoices

   HI

   I would like to recommend a few two enhancements. We are a tennis club and we have a discounted membership fee applicable to certain date. After which, the price rises. The issues we have encountered are :

   1) We tried the automated invoice this year but quickly realized that members could on;y renew their membership and were locked out of adding additional services, such as joining and paying for house league. When they paid the membership fee they could not select House League and pay the additional $20 - not sure if anything can be done other than not use the automated invoice?

   2) Since we have an early bird rate, members can go online and start the registration process, the system creates an invoice at the lower price in effect at that time. That invoice remains open after the rate increases which defeats the purpose of the early bird rate. It would be helpful if you could allow us to automatically update the invoice price or delete all outstanding invoices automatically as opposed to individually. A universal invoice delete function or edit function would be helpful.

11. In email templates, PLEASE DO NOT make automatically make an email address clickable!

    It makes no sense for our footer to say "Do not write the address that this email was sent from (adminetc@OurDomain.org) ..." and have it be clickable!

    I repeatedly remove the link code, but it keeps coming back. Please don't do too much of our thinking for us. You can't anticipate everything.

12. Stop and Hold membership option

    Our company offers an option of putting memberships on Hold with a 30 day notice. Since there is no such option, I have to keep track of all our clients dates and change them manually. I have missed a few in the past because it is so hard to keep track of everyone and our clients were charged.

13. Select All in profile privacy

    Can we get a Select All button for the members profile privacy fields? it would be nice if members could quickly set all their privacy and then deselect the least ones.

    I would suggest having an option at the top of each column under the Anybody/Member/No Access Heading.
    I think it should be a Select All option that changes all the settings to Select All and then we can deselect the ones we dont wont.

    This would also make it easier for bulk changing a bunch of user privacy settings.
    It is really inconvenient for users to have to go through each field to select their privacy settings and having a bulk change option would be nice.

14. In the mobile app, we would like to be able to see a list of events people both signed up for and we’re checking in for.

    Our members get education credits for each event they attend. They need a record of what they actually attended. Ie which events they registered for and were checked in for at the event.

15. iTunes & Google Play

    Hi,

    I managed my non-profit group's website, but I'm not a programmer or web master by trade. We did a number of podcasts last year and I'd like to see about getting them onto iTunes and the Google Play Store. I'm perplexed with iTunes because I follow a link a friend sent me and apple keeps giving me a never ending loop where I log-in, click on the Podcast Connection button and then get asked to log-in again, over and over.

    For Google Play though, seems like it might be working but it says I need to have <googeplay:author> and <googleplay:email> in the RSS feed. How can I edit the RSS feed from our site? I setup a page specifically for podcasts and a blog and put 1 podcast up there. Does it need to be a Blog? How do I go about doing this?

20. Some gadgets have built in Title and now none do?

    I set my site up months ago, and the gadgets had self-contained titles like "Recent News" or something similar. But when I click on the gadget there is no way to edit that field/title.

    So I add a new recent-news gadget and it has NO title at all, so I can add the Headline GADGET and style it accordingly.

    Does this sound like an issue anyone else is noticing?
