Secondary Email Address
I would like to be able to selectively send emails to a member's secondary address. Specifically, I do a weekly email to all members and would like that email to go to the alternates also (partners). But I do not want emails like event confirmations/reminders to go to them. So I would like a checkbox or something that says "Send to alternate email address" or something like that.

Tumblr addition to social media gadget
Our organization has a Tumblr feed in addition to Twitter, Facebook, etc. Can we get a Tumblr addition to the social media gadget? We want to make sure that our members can find us wherever we are, and though we could fake it, we'd rather use the gadget!

Customize refund receipt to match other emails.
I would like to be able to customize the refund receipt. All the other emails from our site have our logo on them with the refund receipt is very generic and in my opinion, not very professional looking. Help me to have a consistent brand for my organization.

Quick search filter box - member directory
I have looked in all the available themes, but there isn't an option to change the "quick search filter" appearance. At the moment it sits on 1/4 of the page, and the rest of the 3/4 is empty white space. Underneath this is the directory that takes up the full width...I don't understand why this is the default?

Disable renewals for headquarter members
Our association has a parent company where all the membership dues go and then chapters for regional areas. The chapters do not collect the membership dues but advise members when their memberships are about to lapse.
Future: If you create a membership level that is zero cost to members and you enable renewals, you need to disable the renew button in member's profile so they do not renew through the current website. This way you can send the reminder emails that membership is going to expire and we can link the members to the correct location to make payment of…

Blank Landing Pages
I would like to be able to create a label that shows up in the navigation but has no page. I think this is called a landing page, but I'm not positive. Example: Navigation would say MEMBERSHIP but there is no actual membership page, it's just a top line for a bunch of child pages.

Member Level pull-down selection lists
In addition to annual memberships, we have 7 Sustaining Membership levels (automatic monthly billing). We'd really like to have the ability to put these on a Pull-Down list.

Omit payment information on waitlist registration screens
It would be very helpful if the registration for the waiting list had the option for omitting or altering the payment information that shows up in the registrations screens. These screens are confusing to folks since they would not pay their fee unless they were called upon to fill a vacant spot in the class itself.

Gadget Style auto formatting
Light & dark style backgrounds. I really think that you need to put the auto formatting back in for these gadget styles!!!! It was so nice to have the margins set for the content gadgets and others. Now, with that removed, to give the website content gadgets a nice margin and layout, you have to do it manually.

Updating registrants for event emails
It's Friday afternoon. I've prepared an email to registrants for an event scheduled for Monday afternoon, giving them important information that they need to review before the event.
People will register between now and Monday morning. I need to be able to send an email to those people without duplicating the Friday message.
It would be good to have the ability to select those who've registered since a certain date and time.1 vote -
Roster by Classification & paying for event as well as membership in same transaction
Within our membership structure we have different Classifications. It would be nice to be able to separate those classifications on the mobile app under the member tab. It is nice that it is alphabetical but would be even better if it could also be separated by classification.
Also, would be great if members who sign up for an event could also renew their membership as well and make one payment instead of two. We hold an annual conference in late February or early March. Our memberships expire April 1. So it would be really helpful to our members to be…

Teams function for Donation module
We are trying to create a fundraising page on Wild Apricot similar to what we had on Click and Pledge (https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization/downtownsailing/campaign/DowntownSailingCenter365390003).We would like to have fundraising teams (similar to the Leader Board on C&P) where people can see how much each team has raised?

Don't arbitrarily reject content types in form post attachments.
Attachments to forum posts are accepted or rejected on the basis of content type (various image and documents accepted; mp3, mp4, etc. rejected). The excuse given is about file size. A single JPEG image can easily be a larger file than many minutes of MP3 audio, yet up to 20 files of 20MB each are accepted of the approved content type.
Content type is not a valid proxy for file size.
As musicians, small audio clips are our lingua franca, and rejecting these from forum postings drastically devalues the forum as a tool.

Event description divider image not included in confirmation email
If we use the divider in the Event description editor, an image is inserted. The event description is included in the registration confirmation email, but the image is not. It would be nice to have a simple <hr/> option as a divider.

Proximity Card Access
We would like to integrate our proximity card access system with WA so that member status can be used without entering data into separate systems and keeping them synchronized. Currently we use C*Cure 8000 but hope to upgrade to 9000. Do you have any solutions or recommendations?

Dissatisfied Customer
I hate the changes on this website. If I can’t figure out what I want to do more easily, I will cancel our club’s membership. It is not easily accessible to the iPhone. Also windows pop up constantly, which give additional options. Those windows get stuck on the screen and the corner to “x” them out is out of reach.

What about using WA as a tool for putting members interested in volunteering together with people needing help during this lockdown period?

add search criteria
add search criteria boxes - it would be nice if all "add search criteria" boxes were the same larger size on screen. It is awkward to scroll through a long list when we're only seeing a tiny window. (and as a bonus, if there was a search box at the top of the larger search window into which we could type a word of the field name (ie volunteer) and the add search criteria box would only show those fields, that would be super cool).

Add a dashboard for an admin to use when managing multiple WA sites. Similar to a TweetDeck. For example, I am the national coordinator for multiple WA sites that are assigned to our regional chapters. I would love to not have to log in separately to each site account for specific tasks such as viewing their account info (plan, admins, etc.). Having an at-a-glance dashboard showing all of our accounts would be helpful to me.1 vote
