I was very impressed by Wild Apricot but I was looking for a comprehensive platform also offering some basic financial management
I need a software importing also past transaction related to donors by their unique ID, register contacts without emails, assigned resources to projects and subprojects, manage different bank accounts. In any case your personnel has been very clear and quickly responsive.

Support videos in photo albums
It would be nice to simply be able to embed videos in a photo album. That's the way many web platforms handle them now.

Please add signature verification check-in feature for attendees for attending program (one requirement for our Attorneys with State bar)
It would be helpful for our group to have signature attendance check-in confirmation for program attendance. The California State Bar requires a signature for confirming training attendance. This would be helpful for an Attendance Signature sheet for State bar auditing in virtual world.

Social Media Icons: Why No Basic Website Icon?
Why isn't there a built-in social icon for a website? Why do I have to go find/build one in theme over-rides? I am trying to build an email and not having a basic icon for our organization's website to use in my social media icons seems strange. Wouldn't any organization want to include a website icon in their social media list?

Ability to view members by business when selecting inclusion in lists, groups and searches
When I want to add a member business or organization to a group or search list, I can only see their name. This makes if very difficult for me to know what the business is and I need to constantly go back to their profile. I would love to be able to display all members as business / organization when making these selections. The way I use the platform is less about the individual and more about the organization they are associated with. For example, if I want to create an restaurants group, all I see is a list of…

Map Marker Clustering Customization
The members location mapping gadget clustering creates a USA-centric feel for my North American membership.
I am my members would appreciate the ability to customize the way that map markers are clustered or to remove the clustering in the gadget.
Prospective Canadian members have reported that this USA-centric representation is a turn off to joining, further exacerbating the problem.

Sizing images in emails
Why can't we size images in the email image gadget? I cannot add images as easily to my emails anymore, and it stinks!

Column lenghts
Email templates. When creating a template with 3 columns (example eNewsletter 2020 September), I would like the column lengths to be the same so there is uniformity with the column length endings. I have tried to create this by adding spacers and borders, however, they are all different lengths so that the ends are jagged.

Ability to create folder when inserting a file in the email module
Several months ago, there was a change made to the File Storage and access. I can no longer create folders when I am in the Email module. I have to create the folders from the Website module (which we don't use) and then go back into Email to upload the files and attach in my emails. This creates extra steps for me and is very inconvenient.

Need a better way to set up several interdependent events where the number of registrants are automaticly adjusted
We set up 4 events for session 1 through 4 and one event where people can register for all 4 session. When people register for the all 4 session event we have to go and manually adjust the availability for individual sessions events. We would like to have a better way to set it up so the availability will be automatically adjusted.

Allow Admin to modify the Pre-Defined information for macros
