Editing Issues
The new email editor makes it difficult to remove extra spaces. It requires multiple steps. It should not be that time consuming and difficult.

ADD "ADVANCE SEARCH" IN EVENT EMAILING SELECTION
As a Wild Apricot partner since inception, the power of the platform is its efficiency is use of man hours. Undoubtedly, Wild Apricot is the most powerful back end, GLOBALLY.
I recently provide training to a group of users demonstrating this power in particular on the event email process works. When asked if the contacts are from various states or areas, how do they isolate an invite to a limited group.

Account Number Always Visible in Admin Section
Put the account number on the side of the header where the help/support/feedback links are since you need it to submit a request. That way you don't have to navigate away from where you were to get the account number just to navigate back to finish what you were doing.

Membership roster dual
When the Dual membership option is used for registration, only the name of one of the members Is listed when a member roster search is conducted on the website.
We need to be able to find both member names when searching the web site ( while keeping only 1 newsletter and family address).
Can another field be Created so the other member can be accessed directly from the roster list (right now for example, the wives names cannot be found on dual memberships unless you know it is a dual member and click on that field for the male member).…1 vote -
Edit after creating event field type
Right now we have to delete a question and make a new one. Please add the ability to just edit a question and change the type (i.e. change a check all that apply to a multiple choice question).

Sync Email/Event Timing
Please allow events to open at specific dates and times and be able to sync the event email to go out at the same time as event opens. Thanks!
The sign-up and email are different. The email goes on days from the event; the sign-up goes calendar days. So, the sign-up opens at 12:01 AM and there is no way to sync up the emails.1 vote -
copying email to website a big issue
Every month, I copy the monthly email newsletter into a web page. I had a very difficult time copying the images from the latest email. They come in as a gadget that doesn't go across the column in the web page. I had to delete each of them and then get the image down again. Not user friendly.
Sorry, but I don't believe the testing for this new feature meets your usual high standards.

Positioning and Tables
Two things:
1) Please can you place the 'Add layout' in the column on the left so that I don't have to keep scrolling to the bottom each time I want to add a section.
2) It would be good to have a 'Table' gadget so that I can create a table (like Excel) in my email.
3) Is there any way we can have more than a 3 column layout?

export sort flexibility
When i bring up our "member list", all members are alphabetized by last name. When I export that list, it is sorted by member id #. There should be an option when i select the fields i need to choose how to sort the export ....i.e., i really want it sorted by last name.

Navigation
Could you make it possible to travel forward and backward on event registration types? Similar to how you can move forward and backward on member profiles.

Enable registration regardless of waiting list count
Add an option to enable registration regardless of the number of people currently on the waiting list. Currently, you can only reopen registration if the number of available spaces exceed the number of people on the waiting list. It is helpful for us to keep folks on the waiting list, even if they decline the invite to fill a spot so we know how soon to offer a training again.

Wait list filter to include removal history
It would be wonderful if you could add a filter option to the waiting list so you can have a history for who you have removed.

add registrant without system crashing.
I would like to simply be able to add a registrant to my events without it spinning and me having to conact my students to register themselves if they are not computer savvy.

I can't find new applications
When someone applies for membership I receive an email notice that at application has been filled out. However when I go into the database I can't find it or see it anywhere. Does a place exist to view the application or if it doesn't Wild Apricot needs to create this place.

Save help articles as favorites
It would be nice if we could save help articles as favorites for easy reference. I don't see a way to do that now.

excluding from emails
For event announcement emails, an ability to remove those who may have responded as "not attending" (when you don't use the "not attending" button and they have responded outside the system). For example, send the announcement emails to all those not registered to an event as per the current version of the software but also exclude others from the list that you can select through tick off boxes so it doesn't go to those who have outside the system indicated they are not attending.
