Need to be able to create different email lists. Currently all you have is Contact and Member email listing.

Get summary of member info by hovering mouse over their name
I'd like to be able to see a member's contact information (address, phone number) simply by moving my mouse over their name in an advanced search. Otherwise, I end up clicking on each name on the list to find their info, and then having to redo the whole advanced search because the back button doesn't take me back to the list created by my search.

I really wish that the events calendar would show the days of the week that our events are taking place.

Automatically ensure someone does not register for a group rate for events registering for the group rate discount
We have 3 categories of events with different rates. We give a discount for groups or 5 or more, but WA does not have a way to set parameters so it automatically rejects a single individual ( or someone with a group of less than 5) registers for the discount. Rather than manually monitoring errors to make sure only a group of 5 or more gets the reduced price at registration and notifying them of their error, it would be best to have WA automatically reject registrants who incorrectly register for the reduced price so they are blocked from doing…

organize a client payment system that alerts each organizer of their event when a payment is made for that event..
We need a system where our VP of social will get a report when someone pays for a social event, our week trip person gets notice of when a member pays for a week trip event, and our weekend trip person knows when someone signs up for the weekend trip and pays. The current system only allows one address or a group of addresses to be notified of all payments no matter what it's for.

I want to be able to add members manually after an event where they have paid for their membership. Short of having them fill out a form with all of the required data, is there a way of initiating a membership using just a name and e-mail address, then require the new member to fill out all of the required fields when they first log on?

Select date for a credit card pymt to start
When you set up a credit card reccuring payment, that you can pick the date that you want the recurring payment to start. Right now there is not a choice. The day you create the payment is the day it starts.

Login via UserID when in a bundle
Allow the user to login with a user id. When you have a family that only has 1 email address (we have many older members) but we want to track contact data for each family member. Currently we have to create fake email addresses. it would be better of they could login with a user id, but communicate via the bundle admin if there were a lost password for a reset.

Automatically assign bundle admin for new bundle on import
When you import a contact that is in a group that does not use the email, have the system automatically create the first user as the bundle admin for the new bundle with in a bundle level. That way a last name column could be used to identify the bundle for the family instead of having to manually type in a bundle admin email for every family (group) in the membership

Create entry forms and email to a single email address
I would like to create my own form on a page and then when the mail button or text is clicked, I would like that form to be mailed to a single email address. This is a separate item from events, however, it is a sinle event which require a pre-payment by EMT

Fix event limit function
When you get close to an event limit, the system stops allowing you to add guests or even displaying the additional guests field.
We have an event limited to 180. When Registrations get to 165, the box for additional guests disappears from the registration form with no feedback to members as to why or what to do.
We allow you to sign up a large group. It would be best if the system would recognize there are only X spots available and display the additional guests box with a limit of x-1 additional guests. Taking away the box completely causes…

Ability to add fields to the Registered Attendee page
It would be nice to be able to add fields to the Registered Attendees page that is displayed when you click on the Registrants hyperlink from within an Event. Currently the page only displays date and Registrant's name. Our members would like to be able to see the sub-division (one of the fields we collect) data for each registrant for carpooling purposes. The only way for the member to get this data at the present is to click on each individual registrant's name to see their profile details.

Printing membership card for the additional household member in the members profile. Unable to do this function and for now have to manually change main member name-print-then change back.

Allow/Disable Registration New Button
Allow registration or Registration is disabled. The current button on there, I think is not a correct button. To me, this is a slider button. For months, I kept trying to slide the button, couldn't figure out why it would slide, and sometimes it would work -- I thought it was flakey. Then, realized that it is a just a click. If using as a click, it would be better to have more of an on/off bottom, or two circles so you click which one you want.

Editing subject line and body in templates. Go back to the way it was
Please update the system so that when one clicks 'edit' on a template, that includes being able to edit the Subject line. The name 'template' highlights that this is a base document that is used for various purposes, e.g. a Meetings template is used for each meeting, but the Subject will be different each time. It's a new thing that the Subject doesn't appear in the editing mode and it's most annoying. I keep sending out emails with old Subject lines because I edit the content and then forget about the Subject. A bit of consideration, please, for those of…
