Under invoices export, item is included as a field that is exported to the Excel file.

Sticky Footer
Sticky footer.
For the Whiteboard themes, it would be nice to have a sticky footer. In other words, regardless of how little content a page has, the footer should always be anchored to the bottom of the viewport. Currently, on pages that don't have a lot of content, the footer renders high up in the viewport.2 votes -
Subscription Form / Allow login system email to be turned off (and or edited)
The "Subscription Form" sends to system emails. One confirming the subscription and a second with login info. As this is not a membership it does not require a login and only confuses people who are simply signing up for getting an email newsletter. Currently there is no way to turn off the login email and also no way to edit the login email. Both of these need to be an option.

Public profile
We would like to suggest a way to restrict the views of bundle admin under a bundle members profile page. So basically when you view a bundle members profile you do not see the bundle admin details.

Membership Profile Pictures Need to Retain Their Size - People want to see the person they are connecting with on the membership site.
When people add an image to their profile it is automatically re-sized and difficult to see. People want to actually see who they are communicating with in a membership program. The photo album keeps images at the original size so the images in the profiles should be able to stay full size or at least easier to see. Images are very important when creating a connections in membership programs.

closing member level to all registrations including lapsed members
Wild Apricot is structured so that lapsed members can always renew their memberships. This is a problem for us.
Some of our membership levels have a maximum enrollment, controlled by the size of our facility.We want to be able to close registration for those member levels, when we reach capacity.
But there is no way to prevent lapsed members from re-enrolling, no matter how what we do.
But we want lapsed members to remain lapsed - not suspended - up until we reach capacity. For obvious reasons - it is easy for a lapsed member to re-up, it is…

Negative RSVP and Event Announcements
It would be great if in Events members could RSVP as not attending and then be removed from future announcement emails about that event. It would be a great service to them to not get emails about events they where they have no interest or can't attend.

confirm attendance.
Would be great to have an option in events to email registrants and seek an active confirmation that they plan to attend. we have had issues where registrants don't show effectively taking a seat that someone else could use. Appreciate you probably can't link to a sms service but even a 'reminder' type email that requires a push button response to confirm your attendance would be beneficial.

Change Donation send from/reply-to email
It would be suitable, and practical for a business that uses more than one E-Mail address, to be able to edit the sender/reply-to E-Mail in some of the other functionalities; such as donations. Currently this isn't able to be edited, like the main email blast area, which is a pain for organisations like ours.

Online shop
We need to be able to produce reports on each product item separately so we know how many have been sold and by whom - as the items belong to different areas of our business. There is no possibility of doing this currently.
We also need to be able to sell a product with and without postage to members and non-members - & we want it to appear as one product/line item only.
We also have issues because our administrators can't upload products to the store, it can only be done by someone with Full admin privileges.

Eliminate archived bundle members in macro
Right now archived bundle members are included in the bundle member macro. This is confusing to our members, who want us to remove people who are no longer employed there. However, we would prefer to leave them archived, rather than delete them (and their history.) Can you eliminate including the archived members in that macro? Or at least make it an option?

More flexibility in specifying tax treatments of items is needed
On membership invoices, some extra charges are taxable and others not. E.g. dues and initiation fees are taxed while stock fees are not.
Also some events are taxable and other events are not.
While I can specify prices to be inclusive of tax and not apply taxes to entire invoices, this make accounting much more difficult.2 votes -
Suspended Needs Date Stamp and more
We can go into Contacts and Create/Run a Report where Contact Properties = Suspended. But there is no Date Stamp for when the Member was Suspended. Suspending does not trigger "Profile Last Changed" or "Level Last changed".

Event total sales
When I am in an event, there is a link on the top right, Financial Transactions. When we click on this, it lists the finances filtered by the event. However, there is no total at the bottom. So we have to manually tally how much was collected. If you could add the total collected (and then filter by date with a total collected), that would be a benefit to the users.
