Export not working for all available fields
Not all fields appear in the Members export. Things like "Recurring renewal payments" need to be added to assist in managing renewals.
Essentially, anything that can be selected in an "Advanced Search", should be included in the export.
In our case, we have automated reporting which we would like to extend to be able to track manual vs auto renewals.

Batch export file attachments
We require attached files for both our applications for admission to classes (transcripts, etc), and our application (membership: "Author") to be considered for publication (an essay word doc). Batch export with the associated member record would be ideal.
Wufoo does this by including a URL to the file in the export (Excel, CSV, etc.) data.

External Edit of Document Templates
It would be nice if I could create/edit forms (Invoice, Receipt, etc.) in MS Word or some other external tool and import the forms into WildApricot.

Ability to restrict number of files in a File Attachment field to one
Ability to restrict number of files in a File Attachment field to one for one of our fields. We only allow one file per application for this function.
It would also be very good to be able to restrict file type -- in this case to .doc, .docx, and .rtf.

Modify the Admin app to allow member check in without having to RSVP.
Modify the Admin app to allow member check in without having to RSVP first or having to manually enter each person in the database.
The modification could be as simple as create event and have the option for the event creator to default all RSVP's to "yes". Then you can check people in quickly at the gate.

In Admin View Search page by URL in the list of pages not in menu
I would like to be able to search pages by URL in the ADMIN view, in the left side bar, under Pages Not in The Menu. Then you would be able to go right to a specific page if you have many pages that are not in menu, which I do. I made an image of what it would look like, take a peak.

How to use $select API?
The documentation for the
contactsendpoint says "$select - Controls which fields are returned in the Contacts API call."Dmitry Smirnov provided some examples in the post below.
His example was:

Why can we not have multiple email addresses on a single record that each receive emails sent out by the system?

Include Deleted Registrants in Announcement e-Mail
Announcements should be sent out according to the current registration status, instead of "to people not yet registered". This text should correspondingly be changed to "to people not currently registered". Consider the situation where the date/time of an event is changed. Those who registered may no longer be able to attend. The obvious solution would be to delete the previous registrations, in order to send a new announcement to the entire target group. Сlicking the Unsubscribe link within an email will unsubscribe the recipient for all email addresses associated with their account.
Someone may wish to unsubscribe one email address, but not others. Allowing them to choose or UNSUBSCRIBE ALL would make more sense.

For the simple/quick registration form, it would be nice to allow organizer to remove the "maybe" option leaving just "Yes" and "No". For organizations that do not have "programmers", system needs to be simple and easy.

Events Title Not Editable
When events appear in the Upcoming Events gadget the title cannot be enlarged and is almost lost on the list. I have gone into Colors & Themes but the title of the event isn't listed for editing. I entered a test event and exchanged the Title for the Location and was able to make the title of the Event more obvious. See attached screenshot, the Jewelry event title was switched with the location field entry. Compared to the second event, Men's lunch the name of the event is much more obvious. Categorize Event Registrations - Drop down selection
EVENT Registration - We would like to see our registration options able to be combined into several dropdown menus - ie: One Day, Two Day, Special Rates. Then under those headings we could detail out our member, student, non-member registration rates. We have several options for rates and it is cumbersome to have them all listed out separately. If nothing else, it would be nice on the first page - before we hit the register button - to not have the entire list laid out. People have to scroll way down to get to the register button and it is…

Event email targeting and reply, defaults
On Events creation forms, the Event Access Permissions and the Email targeting look almost identical, and our users get confused and forget one or the other. Suggestions:
- Make these two windows slightly different looking; either in color or shading or an icon to indicate where they are
- On the email targeting window, the default is pre-chosen as "all contacts"; can you leave that unchecked? Targeting of emails is important to us and this would ensure emails get properly targetted. (Ideal: If a target isn't chosen, email won't send.)
