Link Events to Contacts (for scheduling events)
I would like a link between an Event and the Contact that scheduled the event. So that I could click on an event in the calendar and have access to the contact vice versa , click on a contact and see all events they have scheduled. And icing on the cake would be to be able to select existing contact info when setting up an event.

Excahnges
Exchanging tickets for an event is a complicated process. The original purchaser (member) must be cancelled and their account credited for the amount of the event, then the new purchaser (member) must be registered and invoiced. A single step within Wild Apricot would save much time and effort.

Members who are in arrears can't register for events? Since when? How inconvenient is this?
I don't know of a single association that doesn't have members in arrears past their renewal date that are kept on the books. Someone had the bright idea to automatically keep members out of events if they're past their registration date. In theory, I understand why this was a requested change, though I can't remember seeing the request. But a toggle should be made either in the setup on the backend or for each event to allow pending members register for an event. I mean, common sense, people! You have no idea how insanely inconvenient this is for us, our office staff and our members!

Ticket number with registration
We have an upcoming association conference and we're doing a concert one night. I've made an event to register for the conference, and a separate event to register for the concert.
The concert has two ticket types: Front row and general.
It would be cool if:
A) When people registered for the concert, they got a ticket.
B) It would be cool if each ticket had a customizable ticket number that we could use to assign seating based on when people bought the ticket.Thank you.

Improve sign-ups for emails and email address changes
I need a gadget and web site button HTML code to allow people to sign up for email notifications and newsletters. (This would cover people who wish to receive email, but who do not want to become full members yet).
Secondly, we often receive requests from members to change their email addresses. This is very time consuming. Making them log in and change it is silly -- most people won't do that, and it also requires them to keep track of login credentials and read the documentation.
The solution would be to include not only an "unsubscribe" link with every email sent, but also a "change my email address" link.

Make event announcement emails work the same as registration reminder emails
I get a direct increase in the number of attendees (my objective for each of my weekly events) when I can send a specific announcement email for that event. My members are regulars and don't want to and don't have to have to register for the events they want to come to, it wastes their time. The events are specific that week and don't follow a sequence but because of the way you have things set up, to be able to send an announcement ahead of time, for each event that week, I have to input 13 events a week or 52 a month (see attached) and then set up an announcement for each one.
Setting them up as four sessions for the month (using the session function) rather than as individual events, saves me a huge amount of input time each month. To me if you have coding in place now to send a reminder email ahead of each session to any member who registers for the event as a whole, why not simply code that option for announcement emails so every member who could attend that event/session (their membership level allows) gets that same reminder email for each session, regardless of whether they register or not. At the moment assuming your clients and your clients members are using the system a certain way.
Many thanks
Ali

Submenus direction
The last two dropdown menu items on the horizontal menu should have submenus fly out to the left, rather than the right, as shown in this screenshot. Because the dropdown menu is so close to the edge of the browser window, the text is cutoff and unreadable to users. Thanks!

calendar
Would like ability to print calendars from the website so that members can print by any of the views. Seems crazy to have NO print button. Pretty much the entire site has NO print buttons anywhere. (invoices on profiles, etc) Right now our only option to print the entire website page.

calendar year
The year design of the calendar only shows the start date not the end date. So events that are multiple days are not apparent. It also appears that our venue is open and it is not.

When sending email blasts, for certain errors try fix them automatically e.g. by resending emails again later
Today, I sent out two email blasts to all of our Contacts (338 people). Five emails were rejected all to Earthlink email accounts with the error code "421 Load to high". I view that as a failure on Earthlink and WA. Why can't you capture those error codes and automatically try sending those msgs again. Or, worth with Earthlink to resolve these failures? I don't feel I should have to monitor our email log for these type of error codes.

Shape of colored background for events in calendar gadget
On the current month of calendar, the colored background of each event are rectangles with pointed corners, cropped close to text. On subsequent months, the shapes are rounded corners with more padding around text. There is not a simple way to set the appearance you prefer so the events appear consistent. I was told "It's only possible through advanced CSS and Javascript Customization." which would require us to hire a developer.

Custom sorting options for forum subjects
This is similar to Paul's. It'd be nice for admins to be able to sort forum subjects in different orders. We can only "pin" one item to the top of a forum. If we can sort them by subject alphabetically, or manually number them, that'd be dandy. Last to first is

Social media intergration
Live intergrated Facebook/Twitter/Instagram and other social media accounts pages/HTML setup. so when you post on your mobile phone, it automatically updates on your website. The two work in tandem. So live feeds on website.
that would be great and would save me money paying other companies for this service. Plus will increase yours.sebastiaan

Add bundle administrators as a visibility setting for restricted web pages
This proposal is to add bundle administrators as a separate toggle for setting the visibility of restricted web pages and gadgets. The toggle would be listed as a "bundle administrators only" sub-option within each membership level or as a global "bundle administrators only" option across all membership levels.
Our organization makes a clear distinction between what a bundle administrator can do and what the other members of the bundle can do. I suspect that other organizations do the same.

Connect wild apricot site to personify database
My parent organization uses Personify as their database platform for their members. It would be great if I could link my Wild Apricot site to their Personify, now that Wild Apricot is owned by Personify, so that my records are always reconciled with my parent organization. The Chapters utilizing "Star Chapter" are able to do this, because Star Chapter is on Personify as well.

Effective dating/timing of changes made to webpages and content
Create, edit, replace, delete or discontinue webpages or content, etc. as of effective date(s) and times. This allows for changes to be made ahead of time, or as of a particular range of date/time, rather than making them appear as soon as they are saved and submitted. Use cases include, preparing announcements, articles, blogs, organizational changes, policy changes, changes in dues/fees, etc. when ready, but as of a start, end or range of dates/times when the changes go into effect.

Separation between menu items "Edit" & "Move to trash"
In Admin mode Webpage the menu items "Edit" and "Move to trash" are adjacent and subject to selection of "Move to trash" inadvertently instead of "Edit". Particularly with smaller and touch screen devices.
Suggest relocate the "Move to Trash" menu item a bit further to the right.
