Custom fields for events
We would like to have custom fields for events.
We use Wild Apricot for course registration and need to be able to identify the instructor. Currently, we use the description field, but we don't have a way of creating a report that includes the instructor along with the event title and related data.10 votes -
Late fees on overdue invoices
Would like to be able to automatically add an accruing late fee (either dollar amount or percentage) for overdue invoices at admin-specified intervals (e.g., 30 days past due, 45 days, 60 days...)

membership levels invoices update
Found a flaw
As an admin, I can change membership level regardless of if an invoice has been generated, and I can opt to update the invoice. However, My members cannot do this from their interface. Once the system has emailed them an invoice, they dont have the option to change their membership levels and are stuck with the level reflected on their invoice. I am of the opinion that the admin should have the option to give the members the same power as the admin to update their own membership levels and update their invoices for payment.

Allow all members to send out blast emails and to set up groups for blast email. We were going to use this as a communication platform

Membership Renewal/Donation page
HI. In general we like WA, but membership renewal did not go well this year and here are some suggested changes.
1. Please make it easy for a member to change their membership level. Keep this on the same page as the renewal so that the member does not need to switch pages in order to upgrade their level
2. Allow the WA customer to preset the "Renewal due on" date. We had members return after a couple of years and the system would not give them the same renewal "due on date" as current members. I realize there are…3 votes -
Income per group/city?
It would be most helpful if there was a feature that would allow us to see income generated per group or city. It would save us hours and hours of trying to figure this out manually. Thanks!

Recognize secondary email address for registrations
Allow secondary email addresses be recognized for members when they register for events so that they relieve member pricing.

Redirect to a Custom Page after Event registration
Ability to redirect registerants to a custom landing page after they register for an event so we can track online ad conversions.
As an event management system, we need the ability to monitor which of our marketing strategies are converting and driving people to register for your events. Not having this is a massive impact to our Marketing Team budget16 votes -
Facebook Pixel Integration for Event Ads
Facebook Ads Pixel Integration - We are spending $10,000s on facebook advertising and now we have switched from MailChimp to Wild Apricot we have ZERO way of knowing which ads are converting for registrations. This seems like such a simple function - PLEASE ADD IT IN ASAP!!!!!!

Member & Volunteer Extended data
I would like a tab where we can capture extended data beyond membership registration. For instance, a Volunteer extension could capture volunteer hours and interests. an Outreach tab could be used to track Member interests and answers to survey questions.

change theme colors
I'd like a simple way to change the default colors of a theme. For example, I like everything about a particular theme, except for the 2 shades of blue that are used (I'd like to match them to my existing logo). It would be great if there was an easy way to change this in the whole site, rather than using Colors and Styles and CSS to change the blues wherever I find them.

Automatically create group emails to use in email blast address list
Need support for sending email to a list that does NOT involve using WildApricot's online interface for drafting it.
IDEA: just allow me to send to a mailing list along the lines of "all-members@mydomain.com" or "named-search-results@mydomain.com". SOOOO much easier to send email.

Make ability to change Registrant Name field an option
Currently the event registration process allows a registrant to enter any name in the Registrant Name field, even if the event is limited to members only. The ability to change the Registrant Name field should be an option.

24 Hour Contact Service
We need 24 hour call service! Emergency hotline should be an option for this type of website service. OR Allow us to update our account to adjust our need. The HELP directions explained how to do it, but the site did not match the help directions. It is not ok that we had to update a payment option for our services to go over our contact limit and we could not update it on the site without assistance. We had a National competition this weekend and could not get any help to allow additional membership and registration.

Allow Contact Profile as an Entry in Site Menu
Now that members can see and print their membership cards from their profile, we want to give them a less circuitous way to get there, by putting the profile in the dropdown menu.
In the meantime, a workaround is to create a dummy page that redirects to the profile page. This is done by creating a page with text (ours says "One moment, please" to display something sensible while redirecting) and inserting the following snippet in the text box with the <S> tool:

Ability to create database fields that can be filled out separately from the membership application
I'm creating a website for a social organization. They would love to have "extended profile" fields (such as interests, hobbies, etc.) that are not part of the initial membership application. They worry that including a ton of fields in the membership application might increase the barrier for signing up, so these need to be separate from the application so that members can fill them out later.

Linking Invoices to Events
I would like to be able to link the following:
Contact to Event to Invoice. We are a community center that has a membership base but also rents out our facility.
We need to quote prices for specific events and then invoice for the event (rental of facility) when they decide to book it. And we need to be able to link the contact and the invoice to the event (facility rental). COMMUNITY TIMELINE
I will have a need to add a full featured social timeline to my Wild Apricot website in the near future.
My current project is being developed using software from https://www.socialengine.com/ , but the upcoming project will require more robust member management tools.
It would be great if WA would make integration possible, or add the features to their software.
