{Payment_SettlementsTable} macro does not produce wide enough table
The {PaymentSettlementsTable} creates a lovely table that shows the payments received. Unfortunately, this table is not 100% width. I would like to see it work exactly like the {InvoiceDetails} macro - it's close, just needs to be wider.
