print event registrations
We would like a print friendly option for event registrations. All other systems that we have worked with include this feature and we use it frequently. In other words, it would allow us to print the information a registrant in a format that is easy to read. We take these forms to our conference in case of questions, we have the info infront of us. We do not want it in an excel file or spreadsheet format.

notes to customers per product and multiple membership options
It would be great if you could create customized emails per products created in the store section that people purchase so people have more specific details of items, or possibly note per item to customers that can go on a receipt for products that are emailed to customers.
Another upgrade would be memberships that can be purchased as "checkbox" options vs. radio buttons so that people could enroll in different membership levels under one email. They select which memberships they want then they are tallied and payments made.
thanks

Facility Use Check in/Sign in - Mobile App
Facility Use Check in/Sign in - Mobile App
I'd like to see the mobile app be able to be used to check-in to the facility. When a member arrives to use the facility, they would tap a button on the mobile app that would allow them to sign in, with any family members also in attendance, and have the record date and time stamped with their membership number. This is separate from events.

Remove notifications and copys of emails to admins when a member is emailed through the send message button on a members profile
There should be a way to disable the email to administrator when someone contacts/sends message to a member via the send message link on their profile. For privacy reasons for Doctors. Lawyers, Attorneys etc... No one else other than the intended recipient pf the message should be able to see that.

Tinted Tiles menu theme colors and styles settings missing
Theme menu type color
One of our members is both dyslexic and color impaired. We're using Tinted Tiles light blue theming. The menu text is somewhat low in contrast making it hard for this member to read. We'd like to be able to use a lighter type color on the blue background. Help says that this should be themed but we cannot find the menu options in colors and styles.

Theme the Events widget buttons properly
Event calendar and Upcoming Events Register buttons do not honor theming.
We have one member who is both dyslexic and color vision impaired. To accommodate his impairment, we have increased contrast where we can by proper theming of typefaces and backgrounds. One place where we cannot do that is in the two events widgets. Apparently, they don't use the theme button types.

update email template for renewal
For renewal emails, the ability to apply the default template to selected levels would be helpful. We have 8 membership levels; not all the text for renewal and application are the same. 3 are different. Rather than apply default to all levels it would be helpful to apply to only some levels

Help request. Alternatives to PayPal (in the UK)
Hello - we are a non-profit membership organisation in the UK. We currently use PayPal for membership payments and are looking at alternatives to reduce fees paid to PayPal. What would anyone suggest or recommend? This is a new area for me! Thank you in advance. Nicola, Office Manager.

An editable Admin "Scratch Pad" for temporary and ongoing notes and crib sheets
At the top of my own wish list -- certainly in the top three -- is the need for user guidance. Wild Apricot's help pages are mostly well done and cover it all, but that's their problem. They're generic and so much to read that nobody ever will.
We need our own editable help screens or pop-ups, or something.
But for now, let's pull my wish back, a lot -- it would be invaluable just to have a place where we could store and update cribsheets for various Admin chores.
Currently we sorely need this for Advanced Searches. We have a lot of Saved Searches, and the collection is becoming very hard to sift through. New Admins shudder at seeing it. Although the criteria for a saved search are displayed in the list (in its entirety if you hover on it), that is unreadable if the search is at all long or complex (and especially if it involves a list of events). Also, to understand it, the user needs to be already familiar with Advanced Search.) Nor are those descriptions printable. The name of a search is no help, because it's way to short to give detail. (I will leave the inability to revise names, or even see it while composing a Search, for another Wish.) And (like the emails system), there is no field in the system for describing what's been set up for end-users. (That is, each search should have its own description field, of at LEAST 256 characters.)
The obvious solution is to give each search a simple name or number, and key it to a list we would maintain elsewhere. But where? Google Docs? Puhleeze, let's not go there. The wiki we're building? Not until we have an API to tie it into a WA login, and that's WAY down the road. The latest email to All? Gad! A text file on our website? Not editable without hassle and expertise. I've even considered putting the list in a specially created Contact's VP notes, or in a Forum thread Except Rube Goldberg stunts like that involve editing windows that are too tiny, or don't allow editing, or would become clunky, or would confuse the heck out of non-Admins, etc.
We need an easily editable page for Admins to store guidance and notes for reference by other Admins, without them having to go to other services, mess with further passwords, URLs, etc. Preferably a set of pages, because this is not the only rough edge in WA that seriously needs rounding off.

Website View on Mobile Device is Distorted
We get a lot of complaints from board members about how clunky our website looks when viewed on mobile devices. Can you improve this? Here’s what we feel is needed:
Photos, both in the page template and in the page content, need to be re-sized for mobile devices. At present, photos are truncated in mobile view.
Allowances should be made for layouts, margins, and padding in mobile view. Currently layouts, margins, and padding distort how the content appears on mobile devices. This makes the website look amateurish in mobile view.
Instead of the 3 white bands in the horizontal menu bar, will you please instead program it to say “Click for Main Menu”? Or at least “Main Menu”? Many people have no idea what the 3 bands mean, and they miss valuable menu content as a result.
Other software providers are able to make the transition from full PC width to mobile device view look great. I have discussed this in a tech support phone call and the WA representative I spoke with agreed. I was advised to bring it to the wishlist.

Auto-Tabulation of Survey or a Special Survey Program
Is there a way to send a survey to our membership and then have the results automatically tabulated by the responses made, such as the number of Yes and No, etc responses? I know we can "email blast the question(s), but the responses would need to be manually tabulated. For 1100+ members that could be a great task.

Re-open poll or extend voting period
Hi, I love the new polling feature! Some feedback based on our first use is that it would be nice to be able to reopen a poll after it has been closed and also, it would be nice to be able to extend the date of a poll if voting numbers are trending low. Thanks!

Drop Ship API
It would be nice for WA to setup an API with a Drop Ship supplier (IE: Printful - USA, T-Shirt Elephant - CAN). This way we could easily connect WA store with the Drop Shipper, allowing sales to pass directly through our website.

Change the Permission on the Contact List Save Function
I am the member of my organization, Women Graduates - USA, who sends emails to various groups of members, using saved contact lists to do so.
When I tried to create and save a new list, I was unable to do it, so my status had to be changed to Account Administrator. Now I get access to functions that I do not need and emails about membership that do not apply to me.
The person who does emails should be able to create and keep contact lists used to send them.

Cloning website, but no ability to activate it.
When we want to modify a website (new layout, look, templates), we create a clone website to play with. We take hours to get it right, make sure it works. Yet there is NO way to copy that over to become our new active website. We must go back and spend hours again, starting from scratch, building a new website. That makes no sense to me, any other web hosting company I've worked with allows that feature easily. Please help....
