Email AutoCampaign
Hi.
At some point, it would be great of you could set up emails in succession to go out on a pre-programmed basis, and either have the campaign be set manually to go out, or automatically in response to filling out a form.

Restricting discounts to specific renewals
I'm trying to market to lapsed members to renew with a discount specific to individuals and institutions lapsed over a year. There currently aren't restrictions that let me create a discount code specific to those types. Without that, the discount would apply to everyone renewing during the discount period, which is a revenue hit we can't take. Adding more robust restricting to discounts would improve the product for me.

Using notification Email as delivery note
The macro {Order_ShippingAddress} is displayed as single comma delimited string in shop order notification Email.
If this was displayed as separate lines the Email can be printed and used as a delivery note, with a correctly formatted address. The Email is customised so that when printed it is simply folded and put in a document enclosed envelope.
Is this simple change possible....

Generate list by birthday month
We would like to be able to pull a list of members who have birthdays each month so we can send them a birthday card. The current search has an option to pull birthdays "This Month", but that only pulls people whose birthdays are specified as the current month, i.e. February 2019, not everyone whose birthday is in February as one might expect.

Recognition Badge Gadget
We are implementing a badge program where contacts and members can earn badges from our organization. It would be able to define picture fields for each badge and upload an image for each badge to the contact's profile, and have that image automatically appear on a "recognition" page.
We would need a gadget much like the member directory gadget, but allow any contact, not just members, and display any fields we select from their contact profile horizontally across the page. Naturally, we would select all the badges fields from the contact profile to display, and the person's name. The gadget should select only contacts that have at least one of the fields populated. It should remove any spaces between badges. Meaning if a contact has earned badges 1, 3, 5, 9, and 12, the gadget would display the contact name and those five badges with the same amount of spacing between the badges (images). We should also have the option to display the badge name (field label) or not display it.

Hide empty contact fields
We need the ability to hide the field label if there is no response in the field. Whether this is checkboxes, radio buttons, picture, etc. If there is no response in the field, the label will not display on the contacts profile.
We wish to use this with the picture field to implement a badge program where contacts/members can earn badges of recognition from our organization. I can have a separate picture field and upload the image to that field when the contact/member earns a particular badge. However, it looks sloppy if there are 9 badges and a person has earned 5; then there are 4 field labels with no image. It would look much cleaner if the labels only appeared on the contact profile only if the badge image was there (field was populated)

To improve: On the Advanced Search page, make it possible to choose a saved custom Layout.

Auction - bid site
Similar to Catalog Function but instead of regular price and sale price allow a starting/opening bid and bid increment and allow folks to bid on an item---without checkout---until admin accepts/declares top/winning bid. In our case, our only product is ad space but we have no idea what we could get for the most prime location (back cover) because we've always given the last person the right of first refusal and they renew each year. We think it should bring in more than what we are charging and would like to experiment with this in 2020 (without having to request mailed bids).

User's Time Zone Display for Events
Time zones. We have members across 10 hours of time zones. Our events are listed as UK time and everyone gets confused. It would really help if, like many sites, the times are shown for the user's time zone

Automatic check-in and qr code support for tracking food delivery
In an event i have different food options with different price. Once someone buys one option, at the time of sering food i need to match the option and check off that the person is server. I would like an automatic process like providing a qr code with purchase and scan it at the point of service to match the option and mark it served.

User reviews or comments on a page
We're an organization that focuses on growing fruit. I'm creating a directory of the fruits we grow in our area and would like a user review/user comments gadget. It would show the user's name, give them to ability to rate it on a five or ten star level and leave some feedback about the particular fruit on the page.

Add a Drop Down arrow feature to select business or personal email for members
Add the following function a “drop down arrow, ” in Wild Apricot’s email field for members online registration. For example add a drop down arrow for users to select a “business email,” or “personal email preference.” Many members registering may not want to use their “personal email,” address especially when using a “work business credit card for payment.” It helps to keep personal and business transactions separate. Thank you for considering adding this improvement.

Route Membership Notices To Specific Manager For That Membership Type
Hi.
Right now, renewal notices go to the member and/or the site administrator. Various people may handle different renewals. We have a golf pro handling gold renewals, and someone else handles swimming renewals.
It would be great to have renewal notices directed to the appropriate coordinator, and be added to those that would be notified.

Unique Poll announcement Email
The Announcement Email for polls should be unique to each poll. Currently the announcement email must remain generic as it is sent with every poll that is distributed. It would save time if we could create a unique announcement for each poll without having to go to the WA email system.

time slot bookings for appointments
To be able to create and "event" with time slots in it. We provide our members with some professional services like Reflexology, Podiatry, Tax Clinics etc. We need a way to book time slots (appointments) for these services.

Need individual write access feature to folders and files.
WA has good "read" access rules for the folders and file but Write access is practically missing. We have many contributors to the web site and upload files. I don't want to give many people admin rights. Currently all files upload goes through me. This is not practical.
